Kyle helped us out during a recent storm as water was filling up fast under our house. I called a few plumbers early in the morning and he was the first to respond AND came by the house to see how he could help. He had some helpful suggestions and stuck around to help us execute a temporary solution as it was actively raining. He was patient with all my questions and we hope to have him back to help out with a more permanent solution.

I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend Kyle, of Covello Plumbing , for all of your plumbing and remodeling needs. Kyle not only installed all of my new plumbing fixtures in both of my bathrooms , he also redesigned my electrical lighting fixtures, completed some dry wall and texturing, painting, flooring, and mirror and door installation. Kyle is a multi talented general contractor as well as an excellent plumber. He can do all of your plumbing and remodeling needs quickly, carefully , and with a smile! Kyle is hard working, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I am SO PLEASED with his work, I will definitely call Kyle , of Covello Plumbing for my future kitchen remodeling and plumbing needs. We contacted Covello Plumbing for a block in the pipes of our in-ground pool. What the pool companies told us couldn’t be fixed, Kyle fixed in less than an hour. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field. We’d recommend him to anyone!!

I (almost) NEVER write reviews for people……..but Kyle is amazing. I am starting a kitchen remodel and had Kyle come out to give me an estimate on putting in a gas line. A few days later my kitchen designer came to take pictures and measurements. The designer had questions about the plumbing that I couldnt answer. I called Kyle on a Friday at 4:00. Although Kyle was just finishing up on a job and about to finish his day, he came over and gave the designer the information she needed. In addition, he fixed an issue with my dishwasher I had (that I didn’t even know was an issue) and crawled up into my attic to give more information to the designer. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. Kyle is fantastic!!! I will be using him to put in a gas line as well as an outdoor bathroom. My dog also loved him and doesnt feel comfortable with everyone. I highly recommend Kyle.

I want to say These two guys are awesome, Kyle & Duston go up and beyond helping people out, my hot water heater wouldn’t stay lite but Duston was able to get it lite, my son decided to put in a new unit so they did…. I am very glad that a friend recommended Kyle to me. He eased my concerns about a whistling sound coming from the toilet in the main bathroom of my home. He worked with me to get approval for the work to be done from my home warranty company. Dustin came and did a very good job putting the new toilet in. I had a new Delta tub spout that needed to be put on the bathtub and he took a couple of minutes and installed it as a courtesy. They are affordable and professional. I appreciate all that they did for me and I will happily refer them to people I know! Thank you Kyle and Dustin!

I literally never post anything but feel it’s important to share this great community resource.Great businesses in general are hard to find as I’ve lived in Paradise for 40 years. There are some gems and Kyle is one.Kyle’s goal is to provide good quality work for reasonable a price.He came highly recommended, scheduled me immediately, gives 110% of his time, attention to all details, has a policy of sticking exactly to his estimate, did a beautiful job, was kind to my wandering 13 yr old shepherd, has excellent communication skills, and the list goes on! What a contrast to the other franchises I’ve tried whose ads and trucks we see around.We are lucky to have him in our Paradise, Magalia, Chico community!He is licensed and experienced.

Kyle is professional but is also down to earth and shows empathy for his customers. Kyle saved me twice from situations that rendered me without water. First a valve broke under a sink which needed to be replaced before the water could be turned back on. Secondly, he replaced a 70ft water main under concrete that was leaking. Both times he prioritized getting me back up and running.Moreover, Kyle’s knowledge and experience is obvious. Go ahead and call the other big names in town and then get Kyle’s take on it. You’ll see what I mean. He replaced my water main using fewer couplings and T’s to ensure a more hardened system, and also checked to make sure everything was working correctly before the job was done. Definitely takes pride in his work.Also, the guy is pretty much the Paul Bunyan of plumbing. His hands are pipe wrenches and I wouldn’t be surprised if his heart had copper plumbing. I mean he removed 70 feet of concrete and installed a new pipe in no time at all. This would have been a job for a whole crew but he did it with just himself and his trusty coworker Robert like it was nothing.Having a plumbing catastrophe is every homeowners nightmare, but I can rest a little easier knowing Kyle is just a call away!

We broke the handle on our shower. This was not a simple fix since it is older plumbing. Kyle was able to find the necessary parts in a timely manner with the exception of the handle, the only visible part. He made a handle that looks like the one we broke. He was on time, efficient, reasonably priced and very pleasant. If we ever need a plumber, we will definitely call him.

We can not say enough amazing things about Kyle! We were recommended to call him when a pipe in our wall burst and was spraying water in the wall behind our backsplash and kitchen cabinets. We called Kyle at 4:30pm on a Friday, and he was at our house 20 minutes later. He made minimal damage, removing only a couple of tiles from the back splash, cutting a small hole, and immediately locating the problem. He was quick, experienced, professional, and so kind! He took the extra time to pet our puppy, to make faces at our baby, and he even wiped all of the debris off of our kitchen counter and threw out the garbage from the hole he had to cut. If you are in the market for a plumber, this is your guy! Professional, Experienced, Responsive, and a genuinely nice guy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
