Called based on Best of Chico selection. Completely deserved. We are new to town and know little about plumbing. Antonio clearly an expert who is able to do and to explain clearly why. We signed up for the maintenance package as a result. We now have our Chico plumber. Happy to have experts reducing our stress. HNY to Earl’s.

I was very impressed with the promptness and professionalism of Earl’ Plumbing. I called early on a Friday morning to get a clogged toilet fixed. The polite and friendly receptionist scheduled me for service that afternoon. What a relief! The appointment was confirmed immediately by text. Later, when a service man became available earlier in the day, they alerted me right away by text and sent a photo so I’d recognize him when he arrived. Craig, quickly assessed the problem and provided the cost estimate to fix the problem. He promptly took care of it, advised me on how to prevent future problems, and handled the payment and receipt right then. It was a pleasure having Craig come to fix the problem and I am very happy with Earl’s and its staff.

I called other plumbers and the cost to check the plumbing was really high. Steven came out and verified that my plumbing is working fine. He could have made something up and I would have had to go along with it. This company is honest. I will recommend and save the number in my phone. Dont call anyone until you talk with this company. Also I rarely leave comments.

An exterior burst pipe which also served as our main water line into our home was not good because three of our family have kidney issues and require lots of water and occurring on Christmas Eve made matters worse.The first plumber my wife called said they could get somebody out the day after Christmas. I was familiar with Earls said they could get someone out in an hour for an emergency call.Wade was very professional and courteous and found solutions when we couldnt find the main valve/meter as unbeknownst to me the landscaper had let ice plant grow over the meter box!!!I would highly recommend Earls for your plumbing problems before they become an emergency call!!!

Both plumbers did and excellent job removing my old gas water heater, installing a new heat pump water heater, condensation drain and overflow drain. Both were professional and courteous. I will use them for my next plumbing job.Update on 8/16/24Shawnessy came to do a hot water heater flush and warranty check. During this we had him install a citric acid descaler and water pressure limiter (our water pressure has been noticeably getting higher over the years). He was able to work everything into his schedule and did an excellent job without complaint.

Ryan showed up on time and was well prepared. He took a look and gave an estimate that was held to in the invoice. We had an underground leak in the main water line in our backyard, which required Ryan to dig, by hand, through a foot-deep level of mud. He did this in a professional manner and even seemed pleased that I wanted to take a look at what he was doing. (I like to learn whenever these things happen.) The repair was done quickly and Ryan checked, in three ways, that the repair held and would not give us any problems. Also, of course, this was on a Sunday and Earls Plumbing was able to send someone out at a time convenient to me. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire episode (after, of course, I found the disaster in the yard). I will never call any plumber but Earls when I need help.

Mondsy at 9:00 am. I called and was able to make a same-day appointment for noon. Bought this house last year and needed a water filter overhaul. Looked as though the filters hadnt been changed in a while and I wasnt even sure it was functional.Was contacted 20 minutes later that a plumber was available and on his way. Matthew showed up to check and replace the filter system and explained the repair and how the filter system worked. He was very knowledgeable about all things water/filter and recommended a water test to ensure we have the correct filtration for the well water in that area. Will be using Earls for all my plumbing/filter issues. Fast and friendly !

It was odd that my technician came to my door, shook my hand, then was never seen again while his apprentice did all the work... but it nonetheless was done well. Ive been using Earls for years and have always had good experiences... Only reason for 4/5 stars this time is the strangeness of never seeing my technician after the initial handshake.

I am glad I declined the vendor to whom Moen referred me as I needed that help!

Service was not immediate but there was no emergent need. He replaced the spigots/hosebibs for our washer and dryer. Relatively quick and courteous. No issues afterwards with the spigots. We had to turn off the water to the house for it and now my bathroom is having an issue (this is not the fault of the plumber- just a house that needs maintenance). I am going to call them back to schedule that fix- I see no reason to go with anyone else. I plan on using this company for my work in the future.

Every single employee that I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a water softener and tankless hot water heater put in, along with other items on our to do list finished. Phil and Travis completely redid one of our showers. It turned out better than I could have imagined. The office staff also deserve kudos. The Earls plumber showed me the leak and worked with the manufacturer to get a new unit under warranty. They scheduled the replacement quickly and installed it for a fair price. Travis from Earls Plumbing came out to fix a leak in our washing machine outlet box and after he arrived he also agreed to do some work on some of our outdoor spigots and our main shutoff valve. He completed all of the work quickly and did a great job cleaning up after he was done working. He was very professional and friendly throughout his time at our house. He told us every step of the way what he was doing and showed us the mechanism within the disposal which caused the issue...We had recently purchased the home and didnt test the disposal.....however Earl wasnt able to repair the old disposal because an item (kids toy, rubber was stuck in there which caused it to be inoperable. However Earl replaced the old disposal with a new one comparable to the old one which ran very quietly and to our satisfaction. Thanks Earl they need more Reps like you
