I have worked with Kyle ant Accurate Plumbing for many years. He is professional, polite, punctual, and above all else he communicates during any type of plumbing job. He is quick to give me a quick call about where we are in the process. Our most recent frustration was dealt with very quickly considering the challenge. I recommend Accurate Plumbing if you are looking for a good plumber with a good work ethic. More specifically, request Kyle. He is our “go to” person.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I flushed something down the toilet that didn’t belong and it wasn’t flushing for multiple days. I called Kyle at Accurate Plumbing. Kyle showed up promptly within the hour and on a Saturday. He fixed the problem very quickly. He is friendly, prompt, and professional. Prices are reasonable and they are straight to the point. I would highly recommend them for any of your pluming or sewer needs!

This business is absolutely over the top. You would have to travel very far to come even close to beat the quality of service they provide. They are timely. They are reasonable. They treat you as though they were working on their own home. Each employee conducts themselves as though they were the business owner, fully assuming responsibility for your customer satisfaction. I have never ever dealt with a company with such integrity. I am a customer forever. For certain!!!

I was beyond impressed with the two guys that arrived from Accurate Plumbing. Kanon and Juan came to service my apartment sink today. The apt maintenance team was unable to fix the problem over the last several months. In no time at all, these two young gentlemen fixed the problem completely! Not only did they complete the task, but they cleaned up impeccably after themselves. They were very professional and very personable. I highly recommend this company and just cant seem to say enough good things about them. Please use Accurate Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, you will be as impressed as I am.

My kitchen sink was leaking for uh...way too long. Had a day off of work and decided to finally schedule some home repairs. Called around noon expecting to wait days for the repair. Kyle called about 2:30 to asking if I was available. About 30 minutes later, he had my new faucet installed. Gave me some advice about my nearly 100 years old plumbing for future repairs. All around great service from Kyle and his associate (whose name I didnt catch). I have some serious plumbing work coming down the line and will definitely consider calling them again.

I had a small outdoor leak at my home that was covered through Cal Waters insurance plan. Less than 25 minutes of calling Cal Water, I heard from Tanya at Accurate Plumbing who was sending a plumber who arrived in less than 30 minutes. Kyle, the plumber was able to expose the leak and replace the leaking section also in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate the very fast turn-around, great communication and quality service from Tanya and Kyle at Accurate Plumbing.Thank you!

We have insurance with our Water Company and noticed a sewage smell in our house. I called and they called Accurate Plumbing. The lady I talked to was very professional and actually got 2 of her guys to our house within an hour. Horatio and Miguel came and found that our galvanized pipes under the house were shot. They replaced about 15 feet of piping and were very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them if we ever need a plumber again. Couldnt believe that it all got done within a couple of hours after my phone call. Thank You so much.

We have been using accurate plumbing for the last few years for our home & they are consistently fast at getting us in. The staff is always professional, polite, and efficient. We had a leak spring up over the holiday weekend, and I called in at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon when we noticed the pooling water. I got a call back within 10 mins and there was someone at our house fixing a leak within an hour. They went over all the costs of the repair upfront, so there were no surprises in the bill. I absolutely recommend this business. Great customer service consistently every single time.

I hired Accurate Plumbing to install a Hydro Logic filter on our water line. They provided a responsive bid in a timely manner, scheduled the project and provided a phone call prior to arrival. They completed the project in a timely and professional manner.I also contacted them at 2:00 p.m. on Friday due to a leak on our service lateral under a sidewalk. They arrived for repair at 4:00 p.m. the same day and had the leak repaired and water back on by 5:30. I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing.

I have never been happier with work done on my house. Kyle is not just the best plumber, but the best professional overall that I have ever hired to have work done on my home and I have done it all. He took on a job in my old house which is not easy to work on and did a flawless job. He was on time, worked efficiently, was clean and tidy not leaving any mess behind and was attentive to detail in the work he preformed. I wish I could just hire him to do everything because he was that good. I would give more than 5 stars if could!

I had just moved to Chico and didnt know who to call for a broken pipe. A friend recommended Accurate Plumbing. Im glad I used this company.Very professional and courteous! When I called I was Immediately given an appointment. Plumbers Rick and Get showed up on time and found my problem with my pipe and faucet. I even got a blanket to keep the pipe from freezing in the winter.I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing and wont ever call anyone else!Thanks guys!!!

Kanon from Accurate Plumbing came out to give me a second opinion. A prior plumber had told me I had a hole in my sewer line line and was to charge me $4020 to repair. I told Kanon my tale of woe and he proceeded to send his camera down the sewer line, clear out to the street, and I watched and there was no hole and the pipe was in perfect condition. He had told me prior to using the camera the charge would be $300. After he was thru he waived that fee! Bless that boy! Will be calling them from now on!!!
