Several hotel remodeling companies from Chicago gave me the estimates to rehab 8 bathrooms at my motel. Finally I got AVA Hotel Renovation Company on ground and they surprised me with a low cost estimate with some reasonable time to complete the project (other remodeling companies were giving me ‘next month’ date…). Was worried that they will not finish on time or the work quality will be poor. Like other Chicago hotel remodeling contractors I dealt with before…None of that! They were to finish up on Friday but they were done on Wednesday. Their designer (apparent expert in hotel remodeling) came out with a beautiful concept and was responsive to any changes or comments. The team showed up every morning promptly at 8am and were working till dark. Adam, the owner was coordinating everything .I was surprised he was even showing up.
