My heat went out on a Saturday night, i contacted r s andrews the next morning and they had Shane come out an hour later to diagnose the issue. i was well aware my unit was approaching the end of its life as i’ve had some ongoing issues with it the last couple of years so i did expect to hear that i’d need a new one, but i was given multiple options for repair as well. i decided to proceed with a new gaspack and today, the very next day, they came out to install. Anthony was super helpful with the set up of my new thermostat and he and Ryan did a speedy installation of my new unit as well. they completely removed my old unit and left behind no clean up! they were much more thorough than the old hvac company i used and the pricing was better as well!

From beginning to end, this was made pretty seamless to get a new water heater installed. Our technician Ricky had the challenges. Original unit installed when condo was built in 2011. Looked like the water heater, a/c handler and some 4 inch tall floor drain with no obvious purpose were installed first and then had the utility closet built around them. No wiggle room would be an understatement. Ricky just took it in stride and got it done, explaining everything and answering all our questions. Thanks so much. Great job!

Our installer had our best interests from before he even started the job. A purchasing issue would have caused us to lose the installation warranty, he contacted the parties to correct that issue as well as making sure that all items that were to be installed were up to inspection quality. He definitely showed his experience and knowledge in his profession.

It was the best experience with a company Ive had in years.Call Center first rate very professional.Mr. Chris Kitchen the onsite estimator was extremely professional, he explained everything for my hot water heating system replacement.Mr. Ralph Vass the plumber was fantastic, he explained every aspect of the job and was so considerate of my home. He is the apitamy of a true tradesmen. Not bothered by questions and shared answers the entire time on what the stages of the job would entail.To top things off. I came back from vacation Friday, Saturday I met with salesman Saturday afternoon.. We have been long time customers. Yesterday we got a new unit installed due to age on our other unit.David was super efficient at showing us new equipment, pricing, warranty and everything tied into to. He left nothing out. He came around 3-4 pm the following morning at 9am he had a crew here ready to go. They were done in less than 8 hours. Explaining everything, making sure I understood how to operate the new thermostat. Super happy with our latest experience. The install crew was great although I do feel bad I dont remember their names.Allan was our service tech who discovered our problem, he was really nice and very patient showing both of us separate what the problem was. Many companies offer specials for tuneups. In calling some of the other ones I found they were scheduled out for a month or more. R. S Andrews offered to come the same day! The technicians name was Alex Meyer, and he was very thorough and explained everything concisely. I signed up for the twice yearly service. I am a real estate broker and have extensive knowledge of different vendors companies. I would highly recommend this one! Very professional from start to finish.

The five star rating is to make sure Alexander M, the technician who worked on the unit, is recognized for his knowledge, communication, and skills. Overall rating for the company is 4.5, prompt call backs, easy scheduling, and always courteous. HOWEVER, the overall rating for the unit, is a 3 rating (which contributes to only a 4.5 overall rating for the company). Works great when it’s working but I’ve only had the unit for two years and starting the day after installation I’ve had to replace the motor (2x), the blower, the motherboard, add Freon, drain the pipe, and possible have to replace some valve in the future along with a current purchase of a surge protector. This unit has been a money pit with over 15k spent to date. For 15k, I would expect a quality product.

The gentleman that came to do the tune up on my furnace was professional, courteous and efficient. He gave me options on a new filter and didn’t try to push me into buying one. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to RS Andrews themselves. I tried to have the tune up done on my AC unit at the beginning of the summer only to be cancelled on 7 different times before they gave up and didn’t even try to reschedule me. This time when I booked the appointment I received a call back within 10 minutes that the day/time I asked for was already booked up. Then when the service technician called to inform me he was coming it was so late that there wouldn’t be adequate lighting to do the tune up. I’m not faulting him on that. Also, it was raining. But RS Andrews has proven to me that for matters related to my AC they don’t care about me.

I had a great experience with AC repair. The technician Emanuel was very professional and worked hard to make sure the problem was completely resolved. He went back and forth from the attic to outside at least a dozen times to make sure the drainage system that was clogged was fully cleared. I appreciated his thoroughness. Every time he came inside he put on shoe covers. It was also surprisingly affordable for a Sunday morning issue. I will definitely use them again.

Stated every 10 years, purchase a new furnace.Or have a professional Technician clean the coil and change the filter. Alex also shared and showed in explanation what green 💚 light and yellow 💛 light. And ❤️ color red, on what I called it, the mother board inside the furnace. The heart of the furnace.Further,Alex, the Technician used temperature gauge to view the baseboard vents, to determine what actually is causing the furnace cut off and on. Theres more and so Alex RS ANDREWS Technician have done a thorough job well done, including being honest, forward upfront the major costs replacing the furnace.

The comfort advisor Gary came out and answered all of our questions and explained everything in great detail. Anthony and Jay the installation team arrived to do the install. They were on time and very professional throughout the entire process. They worked extremely hard the entire time, and never once lost their professionalism, even though they had a few snags along the way causing the install to take considerably longer than normal. In the end, they both had the same great attitude and professionalism as when they first arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned up after themselves when they were all done. I am so grateful! I’ve been without AC for 2 weeks. I set up an appointment with them the same day that I called. Alex the technician is five stars, but price of repair is too high. Alex worked while explaining the mechanical components of furnace. My furnace mother board had an error code. He reset it 3 times to make sure it was the problem. After the 3rd time the code went away. It works now, but he said it might be intermittent and should be replace in his expert opinion. The system works. I have to make a decision to replace whole unit since it is over 15 years old. I have two units. He checked both. Again Alex is a professional and knows his business.

We had to place our AC unit this past summer and the technicians were very professional and efficient. Two weeks ago we were not getting any heat so we called them back for a checkup. They charged us $69 for the home visit and found out that some parts had become defective and were still under warranty. Well after all was said and done the parts were ordered and replaced with no charge. The technician who replaced the parts was named Alex. He was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what he had to do in laymans terms. According to their policy, one of the parts came with a charge but Alex was able to talk to his supervisor so the parts charge ended up being no charge. Thank you Alex. I would definitely recommend RS Andrews to anyone experience HVAC issues.

I was actually scheduled for an emergency appointment on Sunday, between 12-5, at 4:35 I received a call telling us that they were rescheduling the appointment for Tuesday morning before noon. To say we were disappointed in having waited all Sunday afternoon for no reason, would be an understatement. But we were resigned at that point.Shortly after 8:00am this morning, the phone rang and RS Andrew’s told us a tech could be out within a couple of hours. My husband told them, “come on, please!”10:30 the technician arrived, and she was wonderful. We knew we had major problems caused by the previous service person, but she was patient and thorough and got us back up and running. Definitely no inexpensive, but much cheaper than allowing the previous person further damage the system while bleeding us out!She was actually kind and understanding as well as very knowledgeable and competent. We signed on for the annual service.Would recommend.

And ever since then, RS Andrews have kept up with the maintenance schedule and we have not had any issues again. Bruce has been phenomenal. He evaluated that my heat pump was in good condition but the thermostat wasnt engaging the heater strips at all. Replacing the thermostat fixed the issue. Thanks!

My original unit, had served me well for nearly 25 years, so I didnt mind parting with it.They showed up on time, removed old AC/ Heat unit, installed new unit and cleaned up after themselves. AC works like a charm!Heat failed to work when I turned it on, in October, but they dispatched a tech that was able to take care of that. The new unit was installed in July, so the heat was never tested.Would have given 5 stars, but the smoke alarms were screeching and the house was full of smoke until after midnight. My previous digital thermostat was replaced by a Google Nest unit that still wont connect to my phone or my home wifi. Also, the tech that helped was the 2nd scheduled for me that day. The original tech, that was supposed to have show between 6pm and 9pm, never arrived.I would recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Derrick was extremely thorough and I feel confident that the assessment he gave me was honest and I feel comfortable using RS Andrew’s based off his work ethic. He was able to access the AC that had been built into a box by the previous owner had built with wood planks around the unit. No other service provider had done this previously, so I’m not sure how they were claiming they accessing it. And I feel that they probably weren’t even looking inside the unit now that I realize how restricted it was. Derrick cleaned everything up and assembled everything back together even though I told him he could leave it disassembled. But he reminded me that critters can get into the system (I have squirrels in my attic) and I appreciate that he made the recommendations based off of what he found and for making sure he left things orderly and properly. I agreed and he got me on the schedule and even worked around my upcoming surgery.Anthony Brooks and his apprentice (apologies for not remembering his name) showed up on time and worked hard for a whole day, keeping me in the loop the entire way.They covered my floors and got right to work installing the outside unit, ran a new line set, installed a new thermostat and replaced the furnace in the attic. By 8:30p the same night my house was cooling off. They returned the second day to install the venting in the attic and was done before noon.In such a stressful time the entire RS Andrews team made the process very easy. They never showed up even after the 4 appointments that were rescheduled as they stated there were people without ac, therefore they didn’t need to look at ours. I contacted Rob, who ttheir quality assurance manager, said he would call me back once he spoke with the Service manager Jeremy. Did I get a call back? No. They have zero regard for their customers or the “warranty/scam” that they offer.

Ensured drip pan was centered, large enough, and would drain out in an emergency/tank failure as requested. I would use them in the future. I went through Lowe’s who hired them but in the future I may just consider going straight to RS Andrews directly.
