    Smooth as silk. Techs Jeremy and Chaise showed up on time, Both Technicians went right to work removing old HVAC units. Professional and knew what they were doing Installed a new 3 Ton YORK system. In under a day. WOW! Almost no noise from outside unit! Looks great! Truly happy that we picked the York Horizontal Discharge Heat Pump or the outside unit Its a smaller footprint and did I say its super quite. I made a paver pad for there pad to sit on raising it enough so no weeds can grow around it. As you can see It really looks and runs great. Thanks Millers

    I am so impressed with the job Tim did. He fix my heating, this was the first real cold day we have had. Tim found the problem and it works great. We also had surge protectors put on our unit. I would recommend Miller Heating and Cooling to anyone that wants real good service. Tim was a very knowledgeable and kind person. He answered all my questions I asked.     We have an older oil heat boiler and ultimately it was determined it needed a whole new burner mechanism. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The service staff at the office was friendly, helpful, and kept us up to date with progress phone calls and texts. John handled the inspection, analysis, and replacement. He was friendly, very very knowledgeable and offered several options for repair. Overall just a very positive experience.

    Have never had a better experience with an HVAC company. Jay was my technician and was incredibly detailed and informative in letting me know what was wrong with my system. He was also professional, courteous about being neat and made sure I was understanding things every step of the way. This company even provides you with pictures and videos on your invoice. Will only be working with Millerā€™s and Jay from here on out.

    I write this as I enjoy my nicely heated house! Great all around experience, they were able to come out quickly and complete the service in about an hour to have my heating system up and running. My technician was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. He also triple checked everything to make sure it was working properly!Great experience, I will continue to use Millers!

    Great first experience, Walker was prompt on arrival, courteous, conscientious, respectful and thorough. He was able to determine an item on each system that needed to be updated and recommended a safety feature for my attic unit regarding drain and overflow issues. He had the items on his truck and was able to install them during his visit. His recommendations were appreciated and optional at my discretion. I am very pleased with my first Miller interaction..

    Excellent customer service. Jason came recently with a great attitude and HVAC expertise. He was super professional and courteous. I call and they come immediately, troubleshoot for quality control and fix the issue for free with my purchase contract. Last Summer, I bought a York system with dual fans, stand alone unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars so far. My winter bill was shockingly low just as they promised. I love them and as long as Iā€™m in 757 they will always have me as a customer.

    The Miller folks responded within 24 hours of my call to fix my boiler which was leaking water. Technician, Logan, quickly identified the problems, obtained all the parts and repaired same day. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after all the repairs. I highly recommend Millers Heating and Air Conditioning.

    I initially called for no power to my system. Michael S. showed up promptly the same day it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem he was also very informational and fast . Millers has fixed my hvac twice now fast and efficiently. They hire smart and speedy technicians that not only satisfy customer service but there impressive with how fast work is done even scheduling for same day services.

    Scheduled a service on my 10+ year hvac system. Logan called on his way over and arrived on time at the beginning of the window Iā€™d been given. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly inspect the system. He performed the tune up and went over his recommendations for maintenance repairs. Repairs were completed the same day. I will definitely be using them for my next servicing in the spring.

    I had my annual cleaning and service, but a week later heat had issues. Millers can out the next day and spent several hours troubleshooting and then drove to Newport News to get a part and returned. Technician worked into the cold and windy night to ensure I had heat for the upcoming winter weather. Above and beyond!

    I have to first say that we have been customers of Millers Energy for 20 years so we have had prior experience with the company.When we returned home Monday evening after a weekend away, the inside of our house was 86 degrees. Our current unit was 15 years old so I had kind of been expecting something to happen sooner than later. Called Tues AM and technician Jay was at our house mid-morning. He diagnosed a bad compressor along with some other issues, and gave us estimates for repair. Very nice guy, and very professional and knowledgeable. We declined repair, and Roberto was at our house early afternoon to discuss replacement. He was a very pleasant gentleman, very professional, and not at all high pressure which I appreciate. After a bit of negotiating with plenty of time for discussion and questions, we signed for the new heat pump and are expecting install next mid-week. In the meantime we happily accepted the courtesy portable AC unit which was delivered and installed before the end of the day. You cant ask for much better service than that.

    Had a but of trouble getting in contact originally as thr web request didnt seem to work, but once I called I had a next day appointment. The techs showed up early, kept me informed and got the job done quickly and completely. The little things like cleaning up the insulation that fell out of the attic when they went up the ladder are the kind of little things that make all the difference.

    I called because our AC was blowing hot air. Millers set an appointment for two days after I called, which I thought was pretty good considering it was the middle of summer. I got a call the next day saying they had an opening today and asked if they could come out early. Dean came out and did a fantastic job fixing our compressor and stayed to ensure the house was cooling before leaving. He was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with Millers and I just signed up for their maintenance plan.

    After a rough start on Wednesday (no communication from the company regarding the cancellation of a technician visit), installers Wylie, JJ, and Jason showed up to work on the installation of a new HVAC system in my home. I couldnt have been in better hands. Wylie, well-trained, smart, and technically talented, led the team as they removed the old system and began the two-day installation of a new one. They worked long days, were very friendly and thoughtful, as well as incredibly knowledgeable about the task at hand, seemed to truly enjoy the challenge and each other, and completed the job with tired but satisfied smiles.I need to add that this was a big job. They had scheduled two days, and the young men worked nonstop during that time -- not even lunch breaks. But, on Friday, as the day drew to a close and there was still work to do, those three refused to call it a day and come back another time. Instead, they worked on -- until shortly after 9:00 pm. And when they were done, the units were functioning perfectly, I had been given a training session, so I knew how things worked, and the garage was immaculate.I cant brag enough about these three men. I had always used ET Lawson, so Miller Home Comfort was a new experience for me, but these guys represented the company beautifully and left me feeling that the decision to purchase from Miller was a good one.

    Our technical, Michael, was AMAZING!! we didnt part with the greatest of news (we need a new heating system), BUT Michael did take his time in our home explaining that R22 is no longer avail and that our fan to push the heated air isnt even made by the manufacturer anymore (our system is 2007, so things have changed in the industry since then) so it wouldnt be prudent to have one fan literally made for us. He explained current standards and models and even what are the latest systems that would last past some things currently being phased down. Michael gave us answers to questions that no other technicians who have been to our house prior have never given us answers to (wed be fffrrraaanchised over apparently). He even took a gander at our home warranty policy and saw that with our system not meeting VA efficiency standards, our warranty company *MAY* actually cover replacing the whole system!! Millerss Michael definitely upholds the companys standards and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. ((My mother, Carla B, is the homeowner/account holder if/when looking to connect this review to customer records))

    So, after having an issue with the ac, i can wholeheartedly say that the personnel at Millers are some of the best in the business. In the past, other companies would not address the cause of the problem and would immediately seek to sell me a new ac. My technician today, Mr. Aaron Brunson was nothing short of amazing in that rather than sell me a new ac, he repaired one that is 17 yrs old. He recommended getting a new one when my other projects were finished and said that he would get that one up and running. Hands down best professionalism Ive seen from a technician in a long time. There is only one company I will go with from now on, thanks for everything Aaron!

    I didnt give a 5-star because its too early to tell if the maintenance service would actually improve the efficiency or extend the life of my two units. I smaller unit, which is for the second floor, was low on freon. I had to pay around $450 to refill. My house was comfortable at 75 degrees settings for both floors with a 4100+ square foot home. Saturdays power utilization was 109 kilowatt, which is the most this season. Lets see how it does this summer, and Ill try to give an update. Also, the bigger unit is at least 16 years old. I cant remember the service technicians name but he is very nice and polite. He was informative and made sure to answer all my questions. I would give him a 5 for that and being diligent about his work. I have not received a report or receipt of my payment for the freon refills as of Fridays service. Maybe its the weekend, but they were quick to give me an estimate on a drain trap safety switch. Again, I will hold my full assessment for a later date.

    We recently had issues with one of our Air conditioning units and contacted Millers on a Saturday. I was able to get someone on the phone without a problem and got the appointment scheduled quickly. The tech, Justin, came out to the house and was very knowledgeable and was very thorough with his diagnosis. The field supervisor, Ryan, came by quickly after that and was very thorough with looking at our current system set up and giving several different options to fix the problem. We replaced the broken system and the installer (Brian) was very thorough with the installation and going over things with us throughout the process. Everyone was very courteous and professional and was excellent in their communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Millers for any of your HVAC needs!

    We are so impressed by Millers! From the time Eric came out to give a very thorough quote with several options and monthly payments so we could go ahead and see what fit our budget. Eric was great with communication for my many questions. When it came to install, Jeremy and Cole, did an amazing job! I was planning on sleeping in the front room as our bedframe blocks our window in the master and Jeremy came up with a better idea for me to be able to sleep in my room and keep me as comfortable as possible! We chose to go with the York Variable system and could not be happier with it. They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and made sure the drainage from the lines did not cause a mud pit like our other system did. They explained how the system works and how to work the new thermostat as well as made sure I was comfortable and ok before they left! Jeremy and Cole did a 3 day job in 2 days working in the hot attic with no complaints while I was working from home and on the phone a lot. I would advise anyone to go with Millers as their communication to install to just over all customer service is impeccable! Thank you Millers!!

    Amazing service! I have had issues with my HVAC system condensating at the my ductwork for two years, used multiple other companyā€™s that tried to find an issue and couldnā€™t. I had Michael come out from Millerā€™s and do everything he could to find our issue. After a couple minutes he had found that our unit wasnā€™t installed properly, he educated me on my system and explained the proposed repairs at a level I could understand. He did not try to sell me every service available trying to rack up the charges unlike other companies that I have used in the past. He came out the next day and completed all repairs and now my a/c is back to running great and no condensation issues. I 100% will be recommending this company every chance I can!

    My tech was PERFECT from estimate to completion. Way more thorough on th investigatory part than 95% of all similar experiences. He was also very chill and def knew exactly what he was doing. Paid great attention to detail with respect to my wishes and executed accordingly. He was installing a five stage RO water filtration system under my sink and I wanted to keep as much space as possible under there And he did a spectacular job of accomplishing that. Not only that, but he showed me himself not once but twice how to release the filter cartridge for changing filters and then made notes on the paperwork again for doing so, and left them attached to the filters for an easy find later. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail Gives him six stars.. If he works for me, I would give him a raise. If I had his information, I would meet him anywhere to hand him a nice fat tip. My presence of mine on the day of was fully consumed with the death throws of moving in the final days.ā€¦ Not like me to miss an opportunity like thatā€¦ And buy a copy of this to Gugle. Iā€™m hoping to hear from him.

    I was given a 5 hour service window, which they did not keep. Due to the previous job hiccups However, they offered to reschedule, or come late today. Or, at the very least, let the customer know up front they are speaking with AI. When a representative did call me back, I thought they were an AI. She sounded exactly like the AI answering machine and to say that caused a problem is an understatement.

    My AC broke in the early morning hours on a Saturday, which was going to turn out to be one of the hottest days of the year. I called Millerā€™s and they sent out a technician in the afternoon. He was well mannered and was able to complete a temporary fix.Because of the age of my AC system, I need to purchase a new system. Millerā€™s will be installing the new system in about 10 days. The installers are extremely busy during the summer heat wave. Millerā€™s has loaned me a temporary portable AC unit in case I need a backup.Every Millerā€™s employee has been respectful, kind and caring.

    Daniel came out and replaced a capacitor. Called and told the dispatcher fan blows, no cool air. 30 minutes later had a call from Daniel promising a show time of 45 minutes. He made it on time. I told him my problem, he addressed and solved it all in about 2 hours from calling. Only 3.5 hours after we had the issue.Dispatcher. 10/10Technician. 10/10It costed me money for this repair. Comfort ainā€™t free. I donā€™t mind paying for prompt service and cold air when the temp is 92f at night and humidity is 80%. Thank you so much for solving our issue. We look forward to continued business.

    Well I was greatly impressed with the customer service on the phone and the member plan they set me up with. But I also requested an inspection on my system to start with and because I was a member now the fee was only $60 plus parts if needed. So the very nice old timer showed up ( the inspection guy) and was very thorough and talked and helped answer a lot of questions. He mentioned my suction side was low and wasnā€™t sure exactly what that meantā€¦yet. But when I came back around and saw he was charging the system with more refrigerant I knew that was gonna cost extra but not $540 for 1-3lbs. I understand mark up, but jeeze. The point I want to make isā€¦ it would have been nice to have been warned of the cost because I didnā€™t just have $500 laying around. The intention of my inspection was to let me know what was going on and what needed to be done. I didnā€™t want to move forward till I knew what it involved especially that cost. I was not pleased with the bill when he showed me. Again, great guy and fantastic conversation and very knowledgeable. He did apologize, just not sure he was on the same page as I told customer service. Thanks

    Millers Home Comfort did not disappoint! I have heard their radio ads every morning for a couple years now and when my AC finally went out, they were the first company that came to mind. I can attest to their repair not replace motto as I was sure that due to my units age any company would recommend replacement. Which I was not in a position to afford. But the technician, Brad, came out practically immediately, diagnosed the issue and then explained everything in detail. He then worked diligently and we had ice cold air circulating throughout in less than two hours. I cant thank them enough for making such a major home appliance repair as stress-free as it was. I also purchased the home maintenance plan (no brainer) so Millers will be my only HVAC servicer moving forward.

    Scheduled a coil cleaning for our home with the anticipation of warmer weather being around the corner, we inherited an older unit when we purchased our home years ago and it is likely approaching 20 years or so, the technician arrived earlier than planned, which was great for our family and also gave us a very detailed breakdown on how much power and amperage the unit was drawing, and some options to remedy that if we chose.     They went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Initially the unit was out if refrigerant, and they fixed it. Once repaired and repressurized it became apparent the compressor was shorted so they cleared their schedule to take care of it. They found the warranty information with Trane to get all of the parts for free, discounted the labor, and didnt charge me to fill the unit with refrigerant a second time. The refrigerant is not reusable and was 1300 dollars to charge the system the first time and free the second time. He cleaned the coils in both units while he was at it for no charge and without me asking. He even offered to help carry in the groceries when my wife came home with groceries. They cost a little more, but they go above and beyond to make it right for you as a customer! I cannot say enough good things!

    The tech that came out was on time, friendly and seemed to know his stuff. The receptionist that I talked to was pleasant and able to schedule me in quickly.     Office staff is not the most courteous..despite proof of no calls or voicemails, Office aregued and had attitudes saying they called and left messages. Newer Techs didnt seem to fully know what to do, despite supposedly fully trained before going into a home. Tech didnt realize / know to not to step off the Support Beams in attic and put foot thru ceiling. Office wouldnt let Tech finish installation the next day, so sent additional Tech to help, however they left at 5 or 530, leaving head Tech to finish (took an additional 2 hrs). He still didnt finish and rushed at the end, and didnt complete the work. Someone new Had to come back next day and seemed he didnt fully know what needed to be done, even though he said he had ahh the info. Seemed lots of miss communication. Having issues already and its only been 4 months since install.

    They have fixed our system twice in the past 6 or so years. They are excellent at explaining problems, giving different options for solutions and price points, and they are quick and efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend.

    My Miller Oil maintenance contract now includes not just my oil burner but my A/C-heat pump system (I have dual fuel). So convenient to have both systems covered by same company.Miller Oil quickly scheduled me for service within a day of calling. Aaron was on time and able to replace the part that day. He had my A/C system up and running within the day. I appreciate that Miller Oil sends a technician who has previously worked on my other system. Aaron was polite, answered all my questions, and was thorough in repairing the system and ensuring system and vents were all working properly. Thanks Aaron!

    Our a/c was leaking (donā€™t forget to do your maintenance!) through our library/dining ceiling!!! Called Millers and our technician Jay was here in no time and on a Sunday!!! We were up and running within the hour and signed up for the maintenance plan, so this never happens again. Wood and books donā€™t love water.šŸ˜œ Now for the ceiling repairsā€¦.

    I contacted Millers because I had a lot of heat upstairs and no heat downstairs. I received an immediate appointment that fit my schedule. The scheduleer contacted me the day before to confirm my appointment and the day of to let me know a technician had been dispatched. Gavin promptly arrived and put on booties as to not track outside to the inside. He quickly assessed the issue, took pictures, explained what was happening. He provided me with options that included pricing and longevity of each option. He was quiet, efficient, and worked to resolve my issue. I could feel and immediate difference in temperature in the house! Highly recommend for customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and scheduling!

    Jeremy and Brandon installed our new AC & furnace/heat pump today, they did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. Explained everything and showed us how to work everything. They cleaned up any evidence they were here and left our house and yard just as they found it. I would give them 10/10 for sure! We would definitely use Millers again for a new system. The office communication was frequent and pleasant. And they kept us aware of everything that was going on.

    Worker texted he was running 30 min late. Went straight to work after asking a few questions about how the system was functioning. My unit is 12 years old, its a PAC unit, never had anything go wrong but a fan motor burn out and replaced. After checking the system he noted the capacitor was testing at about 60% and recommended maybe replacing it next year. Everything else was fine. No pressure or sales tactics, just like the commercials claim. He will be back for the winter check up. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
