    I met a fantastic team at this company I recently hired for some services. Teresa, the customer service representative, was a true standout. Her exceptional customer service skills and sense of humor made the entire experience delightful. Unlike other companies, Teresa made sure to keep me informed and at ease, even during unexpected delays. As a first-time customer, I was quite anxious due to past negative experiences with unprofessional and non-transparent companies. However, Teresas calm demeanor and reassurance made a huge difference. Her professionalism and care deserve recognition, and I believe she would be an excellent trainer for others in customer service.Next, lets talk about Quincy, the contractor who assembled my bed. Quincys excellent communication and attentiveness to my needs were truly impressive. Unlike other contractors Ive encountered, Quincy was open and approachable, which made me feel comfortable asking questions. I believe that Quincys strong work ethic and personable nature are a rare find in his field as far the first visit , and his firm handshake left a great impression on me.Update on second project on 8-27-24Terrys performance was truly exceptional! His exceptional customer service skills immediately put us at ease. Terry efficiently tackled the task at hand, which involved removing an old built-in oven to make way for our new stove. He skillfully cut around the cabinet to ensure a seamless fit for the new appliance. Furthermore, he impressively navigated the challenge of bringing the old stove down 13 deep and steep stairs. My technician Terry was the greatest, really knowledgeable, very professional, and he knows how to communicate with the customer.     As the first pictures show our bathroom needed a upgrade, we got quotes from different companies and this company definitely wasnā€™t the cheapest but was a reasonable price (because you get what you pay for ) and the assistance from Chris Chierici through the process made us go with them. Very respectful people Chris smith was working for 2 weeks in this changes and always was professional and nice. We absolutely love the results. Also mike did a awesome job with our white closet doors. I would absolutely recommend this company and we will definitely will use their services for future jobs around the house.

    James is a true craftsman. He did an excellent job! The scheduler Theresa was amazing at keeping up with rescheduling due to a lot of rain. There was some confusion about exactly what work was to be done and the manager Chris called and yelled at me because I intended to enforce what the contract said. I would use James again for sure but I would write my own spec and make sure the manager understood what he was signing!

    I called Z line out to possibly do some work for me on my Corian counter top that needed to be cut for me to fit my new washer and dryer. Timothy was on time answered any questions I had and got me a quote quickly. I approved and he got right to work on putting up dust protection to keep everywhere clean and finished the scope of work quickly. Finished product came out great no mess to clean up. I will definitely be using them again.

    Friendly and professional service. On time, came prepared and expertly completed. The finished project to reframe the inside molding on a window that was swollen from moisture looked like new. Cleaned up after the job. I thought the cost was a little too expensive but the completed project was outstanding.

    ZLine technician, Michael Bein, was a pleasure to receive service from. The company IS on the high end... VERY HIGH END in my opinion BUT the fact that they were conveniently available when I needed my sink remounted is why I decided to proceed. I must say, I dont regret it! From the young lady who made the appt for me to my personable tech, Im pleased. My sink was falling/separating from my granite countertops... I like that he explained the logic behind why he had to do each step. This, made me feel like he was very knowledgeable (even if he really wasnt) šŸ˜‰Overall, I would actually use Zline for all my handywork if they werent so expensive! šŸ˜µ

    Recently used Z line home services for some plaster work on a ceiling that had been water damaged. They sent out Terry who was courteous and knowledgeable.     So to start with Im gunna say Z-line were not only professional and punctual, they ensure the job is done right. I had my dryer vent ducting replaced due to it originally collecting water and dripping on to the cieling of my master bedroom. Z-line came out replaced my ducting and repainted my waterstained cieling. I did have a issue with the original duct replacement but I called back to z-line to see if they would fix it. The owner of the company personally came out to assess the problem and rectified it himself fully honoring the warranty they provide for services rendered. 10/10 calling them back for future repairs and projects. Special shoutout to the receptionist Theresa for making sure we were taken care of promptly!

    Terry was my professional that worked on my house - the home itself was just flipped but is a 1914 four by four home. Terry evaluated and installed insulation under our kitchen and house via the crawl space, fixed master bedroom door that couldnā€™t shut because it didnā€™t reach latch - ingenious solution that looks amazing and you couldnā€™t tell it wasnā€™t meant to be that way. The house has age old wood embellishments and a style that Terry met in all his custom solutions. It required cutting the door due to the walls not being plum nor the floor fully absent of raised bumps. All that said, he went above and beyond giving each job of 4 detailed attention and the time required to do a great job. The finishing touches we needed really came to fruition after each day of work (total 3) Terry worked. Would definitely use them again.

    This is the place you are looking for home services. I had a hole in siding/soffit that exposed my attic to the elements and wildlife. My technician, James J., came out size up the job and gave me a great quote and talked me through every bit of the job. Scheduling was quick and they got me in in the same week. Before the job, another hole showed up. James was able to patch everything and he even ensured that other damage that might had arisen from the original damage I had was not present. After the work was done, James cleaned the work area and it looked new. Better than it was originally when he came in.
