Conyers replaced our entire downstairs hvac. We are so happy that we did. We have a lot of windows at our house and it would always get hot in the summer time. Not anymore! This new hvac unit is amazing. Their tech Matt did a great job. It was 92 degrees out and he did the entire job by himself. Matt also took a look at our crawl space while he was here AND gave me some knowledge about our gas fireplace and kitchen appliances. Apparently Conyers does it all. Well be calling them for all our home repairs from now on!

It started with a midnight-holiday-weekend panic call that our panel was throwing sparks during a bad storm, Conyers was on site within the hour and isolated things so that we had the necessities for a few days until they completed a panel upgrade and whole house utility upgrade. They did a stellar job, so much so that other contractors who have come behind them for other jobs commented on how clean and nice their work was. We later had an hvac issue and they were just as fast to come out and work with us. Thanks again guys!

This evening I came home from work to our house having half its power, with only a few lights working and essentially all of our appliances out, including our HVAC and fridge. We have a home care agreement with another Company so I immediately called to see if we could get emergency service. That company advised me that they did not have an availability to assist us until next Tuesday, despite the fact that we pay for a home care agreement with them and have been loyal customers for years.We started desperately calling around to find anyone who could come out and help us to restore our power. We assumed that it was an issue with our houses electrical system and not a Dominion issue, as all of our neighbors still had power and some of our lights still worked. After calling two other companies who could not provide us with service until next week, we were able to reach Conyers. The woman who took our information was incredibly kind, understanding, and assured me they would do everything they could to get someone to us as soon as possible. Almost immediately I was transferred to Steve and I talked him through our issues. Instead of coming out and charging us for a service call, Steve worked to find out if we were experiencing a Dominion outage to save us the fee for service. Sure enough, the issue was with Dominion and one of our underground lines. As a result of Steves contact, Dominion was at our home within 30 minutes and set us up with a temporary box until they can come out to do a permanent fix next week. Steve did this for us free of charge.Conyers Electrical Service has earned our business going forward. We will be canceling our home care agreement with the other company we currently use, and will call Conyers for our future needs. We have a new puppy who has been sick this week and family coming into town this weekend, so we were especially stressed about the prospect of not having power. A million thanks to Steve for helping us through our power issues. I would highly recommend this business.

Conyers Electrical Service is a fantastic company to work with! My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are timely and professional in all of the services they have to offer. They most recently replaced my entire HVAC System and did not leave without making sure we were satisfied as the customer. In addition, you even receive follow up calls from the generous office staff the very next morning making sure you are satisfied with all of the work completed. It is so nice to work with a company focused on Customer Satisfaction! The technicians are always courteous and extremely professional. Best of all... They ALWAYS go above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend any of their services to those looking for a white gloved treatment.

I was very impressed with the quick, professional service I received from this company. I requested same day service on a Friday afternoon and they made it happen! Meagan was courteous and helpful as she efficiently took my information and scheduled my appointment. Matt Patterson brought me a replacement thermostat, installed it in no time, and even patched a hole on my wall left by the old one. The price was more than fair as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

My new repair company! Our 3 1/2 year old Bosch dishwasher broke. Called the company we bought it from, and it would take just over a week to get someone out. So, I decided to call around. After calling several other places, found most do not work on Bosch. The only one that did couldnt come out for two weeks at $140 an hour. Stumbled onto Conyers. They had Matt come out the next morning. He was very courteous and professional and after an hour and a half of troubleshooting, had us up and running.

Jacob D from Conyers is amazing! I recently bought a house, which came with some unexpected issues, the main being the electrical. There was smoke from my breaker panel box. I made contact with Conyers, they came out that same evening, took a look at my system. I needed a full replacement. They started that night and came back early the next morning. Our box is outside so it was blistering hot but they worked diligently. Jacob spoke back and forth with the electrical company, made many runs to city hall and really just went above and beyond to try and make sure that I was able to get back up and running ASAP. I work from home so it is CRUCIAL that I have power. He even called after his work was done to make sure the electric company had done what they needed to and that I was good to go. I highly recommend these guys seriously! I happily paid them and i was so terrified at what the price would be at it wasnt even half of what I thought. JACOB and Conyers are the best and will be my go to for any future electrical needs!

This company is a lifesaver! While trying to install new light switches and a new ceiling fan our wires got tangled and we lost power to our living room. We called a few places the were 24/7 for support none of them could help us immediately when I called Conyers they were able to help right away. The Technician we spoke to walked us through everything even troubleshooted the issue with us over the phone and on FaceTime. He was very patient and professional with us. We will definitely use them again for any and all electrical issue they have!

THIS MAN SAVED MY WEDDING!! Checked into a bridal suit in the afternoon. After hours of setting up we returned to the apartment exhausted and ready to go to bed only to find out none of the outlets in the “get ready” room were working. 11:30pm on a Friday with a hair and makeup team showing up at 7:30am Saturday morning. This man drove over 45 minutes to come and help a room full of exhausted girls get power at almost midnight! Not only did he fix the problem but he also made sure to lock us all in the house when he left to make sure we were safe for the night! Def recommend! He went out of his way in more ways than one!

I own a 100 year old home, so as you can imagine it’s not quite up to code in quite a few departments. Electric being one of them! All of our wires are the same color, making installing a ceiling fan difficult. To make matters worse, our electric panel isn’t accurately labeled. Having very limited knowledge of the trade, my husband and I decide to turn off the main breaker. *installs fan, guesses on wires, attempts to turn electric back on, massive spark in living room*Cue immediate and panicked phone call to Conyers, explaining that my main breaker won’t stay on after I tried to install a fan (laugh with me here), at 4pm, on the Friday after Independence Day, it’s 100+ degrees, and I have an 11 month old baby at home. Maybe it’s the “new mom” in me, ever prepared for worse case scenarios? I was certain we were going to be off grid for days waiting on parts, shelling out thousands in repairs, and maybe even spending a few nights in a nearby hotel...TWO MINUTES LATER (seriously, I have the screenshot to prove it): Cody calls and is on the way from Shore Drive to my home in Larchmont! Cody not only got us back on the grid within about 30 minutes of my original phone call, but also took the time to teach us some basics, make some recommendations, installed a two fans and a switch for about $100.THANK YOU for honest good business.

Very professional and knowledgeable. After the initial job was completed, Kevin noticed (along with myself) the lights flickered in small intervals. Through an investigation, he determined that the entire panel needed to be replaced. It was old and it seems as if I was buying time, but, time was up. Kevin and another associate worked on replacing the panel until the job was complete; giving me a piece of mind afterwards. I now keep Conyers Electrical Service on my phones speed dial (hopefully I wont need it); but, its good to know that they will be there when I have electrical problems. Thanks again!!!

I wish that I could give them 10 stars; it is so nice to know that there are still companies out there that offer quality work for reasonable prices and have truly professional employees that will go above and beyond to give their customers outstanding service.I purchased a house that was built in 1939 and discovered that the 3-prong outlets that had been installed were just replacements - the wiring had never been updated and they were not really grounded. Other outlets that I needed for appliances were still the 2-prong type; at the very least I needed get those switched out so that I could plug in my stove.I called Conyers based on the reviews here and pictures of their work on FB. They were out the next day; Henry was on time, thorough and efficient in his inspection of the panel and the outlets.Since NONE of the outlets were grounded, I decided to bite the bullet and have the house completely rewired; The price was competitive and Steve was readily available by phone (even outside of typical business hours) if I needed to speak with him. Henry was on site every day, overseeing the crew while they were working, and the entire team was very accommodating and respectful with regards to requests or questions I had.Bonus: They cleaned up after themselves! (Many of you may be thinking - Well, yes, theyre SUPPOSED to clean up after themselves... but I had some recent dealings with other contractors whose idea of cleaning up was, at best, a joke. These guys REALLY cleaned up after themselves.)I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work, have told everyone that I know about their company and work ethic and will definitely call them in the future for any electrical work that I need done.

We have had issues with our A/C unit on and off for the past two years. Recently, it started leaking huge amounts of water into our garage. We were told that it was an absolute necessity that our unit be completely replaced (which we knew was inevitable anyway). Steve not only replaced our unit completely, but worked through less than desirable conditions to ensure we didnt go more than one day without A/C in our home.During the replacement it was he also discovered damage to our old unit that had been caused by our landscaping company. Within an hour he had the owner of the landscaping company on our property to examine the damage and come to a resolution.We were referred to Conyers a few years ago through our homeowners insurance and they knocked it out of the park yet again today. They will definitely be our go to service in the future!

I needed a 240v outlet installed on very short notice and Conyers pulled through perfectly for me. I had called 6 other electricians on Thursday, all saying it would take until Monday--Conyers had it done Saturday morning. A++ will use again.

HONEST electricians. The guys at Conyers Electrical treat you like family, and always do professional work. I grew up with the owner in Virginia Beach and like to support small businesses. They did a ton of work for my husband and I when we moved into our house. They added recessed lighting and dimmers to four rooms, hung a dining room chandelier, wired for a TV and installed a receptacle, and later installed a pool pump timer. They are the best!!!! They are incredibly busy but they make every customer feel like they are important.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for this company. Ive been battling some chronic HVAC issues over the past two years. From running new lines, to installing new units, and more. Never could quite get my house to heat up to the appropriate temperature even after all the expenses and cold nights.That was until the Conyers team showed up. Matt was the gentleman that arrived on the scene and immediately went to work (and was autonomous in his work - which was amazing given that I work from home and need to be on calls.) Respectful, on time, and most of all got things done properly. Whereas before I had to wear hoodies and make sure my Son had the warmest of clothes during the Winter - we can now relax and feel cozy finally in our home. Every time I turned on my A/C, the breaker tripped my electrical panel. The first company I called quoted me $6,000 to replace the unit. Frustrated, I called Conyers for a second opinion. Conyers sent a technician the next day who discovered that only ONE WIRE had to be replaced. Conyers fixed my A/C, saved me thousands of dollars, and now I’m frustration free!

We had a mishap with an outside outlet at about 6:30 pm and after a loud pop we discovered the whole 200amp breaker blew and all power was gone. We scrambled around to find some help and stumbled upon Conyers in the Google search. From the first phone call to completing the job this company was top tier. We were told on the initial call that there was a $40 trip charge for after hours (Very Fair) and that someone would arrive to help in 45 minutes. Gabe first arrived (early) and assessed the situation. We had a very old breaker box and required a new one. Steve the owner spoke to us, explained what had occurred, what we needed and what made most sense. Steve arrived with all the parts. He and Gabe stayed here until 2am to complete this job so that we could get all our power back. Not only did this company show great pride in their workmanship but their customer service is outstanding. It has been a very long time since ive seen customer service like this. Im tellin ya, dont mess with the others, just call Conyers. You will not be sorry.

Public Service Announcement: Call Conyers Electrical Service before you call Michael and Sons. I needed to swap out a chandelier in my two-story 18-ft ceiling entryway. The old and new chandeliers were less than 10 pounds each and very basic. Conyers electrical provided a quote over the phone that was a third the price of Michael and Sons who had to come to my house for a $69 price quote -- only to quote me an astronomical figure to do the job. It was ridiculous. Kevin and Drew from Conyers showed up on time, were very careful to move their extremely heavy and awkward 14 ft A-frame ladder into my foyer, and had the light swapped out in an hour. They were very polite, took great care to avoid damage to the walls or tile floor and did a fantastic job. Long story short, give Conyers Electrical Service a call if you need some work done. They are now on my short list of companies I plan to use in the future. Thanks guys!

They fixed a light that had fallen in a closet, fast and efficient and didnt charge us since it was such an easy fix. We recently had a need to replace our package unit HVAC. I used Conyers Electrical again, because of very positive past experience with this family owned company. Steve and his guys were friendly, responsive, reliable, affordable and who I will call on in the future. They installed and converted our electric package unit, to a gas/electric package unit. The install was very clean, professional looking and thoroughly tested prior to their departure. They left the worksite clean and quickly disposed of the old HVAC unit. I would highly recommend this company in the Chesapeake/VA Beach area for your electrical and HVAC needs.
