Im not big on providing reviews, yet Im compelled to provide this review about the wonderful service that Josef with Quality HVAC provided today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is not often that you come across genuinely good people who convey that through their work in the customer service that they are providing. He diagnosed and repaired my AC issue within about 30 minutes. I believe anybody can do a job, but its how you do the job that separates you from everyone else. Josef most certainly separated himself from the pack. If I owned an HVAC company I would be blessed to have an employee that represents my company and themselves the way Josef does.Thanks Josef!!!

Extremely happy with this company!My package unit was old, on its last leg, and had been failing, and needed repairs, every winter for the past few years and finally died, this fall. The idea of replacing it was quite frankly scary as I know nothing about this stuff and have heard horror stories from many people over the years. I called several companies before i found this one and no one seemed to care as they were too busy i guess or they simply didnt answer and never called me back. When i called, Ashley the office manager was super friendly, and professional. She took the time to educate me on my system and what the work would entail. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, and didnt make me feel dumb for asking them.I requested an estimate asap and they came out the next day. The price was extremely competitive according to what I found online so still a bit nervous I said ok.Im so glad I did! Again the office staff was awesome. They took my payment and had the new unit ordered by end of day. With supply chains being a little slow, the unit took a week to arrive, but was installed and completed within a few days. I was kept in the loop the whole time.The owner himself came out on a Saturday and installed the unit himself to get my heat back before the next cold snap. I couldnt believe it. I have delt with many companies over the years for many things, but have never had a company go the extra mile the way they did for me, and my family. The new unit looks great! The house is toasty and I dont have to fear the next winter storm.They are professional.They are extremely knowledgeable.They are fast!They are fairly priced.They care about what they do.I hope they are around a long long time.

Matt and his team installed a new American Standard HVAC system for me. First of all they responded in a timely fashion. After trying 2 other services providers they were able to come out and accurately assess the problem with my old system which needed to be replaced. Secondarily, they worked hard to get the new system in place all for a great price. The install team were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Quality Contracting for excellent and affordable services.

Quality Contracting Electrical & HVAC worked on our Norfolk apartment (separating foreign electrical loads from our electrical panel). It was a pretty complicated job . The staff of Quality Contracting is professional and honest. I was especially impressed with the last worker, Stan. He uninstalled our furnace and water heater (had to be done to get to some rotted subfloor in our utility closet) . When our subfloor gets fixed, I’ll be asking for him to do the reinstalling!

So glad I went with this company! Matt was such an awesome, professional guy. Very knowledgeable and didnt mind talking us through the process and explaining each step of the way. Got me scheduled same day on a Saturday when my house was 85° with two kids and I cant even begin to express how grateful I am of that. I had to have called 10-15 different companies and the response time of Quality Contracting was impeccable.and as a bonus I found out they also do boiler work(I have a gas water heater) AND they do electrical work.
