I have had two outdoor outlets that have not worked properly for years. I called Electrical Techs and asked them to correct the problem. Their electrician, Jason, was just right. He replaced the outlets with improved models that Im very happy with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business.

I was very pleased with Electrical Techs Corp. I have to say it was a relief to hear there was no service call charge and he would give me a free estimate for the job. I had called other companies and they wanted monetary compensation for just showing up. To me, that is offensive and greedy.Bryon Baker, answered the phone when I called and I explained my electrical problems of my lights not working outside. He offered the same day service and arrived in a timely manner. He was polite, neat, explained what he suspected was my problem and started from the main source; the circuit board tightening the fuses, checking the voltage and the GFCI circuits. Afterwards, he went outside checking the outlets to determine what was causing them to trip the inside GFCI fuses.He gave me an estimate based on the number of outlets he was going to check to pin point the problem. Then he began inspecting each socket. Lucky for me it was not the sockets but rather what I had connected to them. The GFCI was doing its job by powering off at the circuit breaker. He informed me that my problem was what I had connected to the socket.I feel relieved that he checked everything out because today as I was removing the incandescent light bulbs and the outside extension cordI discovered a burnt cord and water inside the light bulbs. This might have developed into a potential problem.

They were awesome! I had a electrical problem i had been trying to get fixed. I reached out to 2 other places & Electrical Techs got me on the schedule quick & found the problem & fixed it for a great price! They both were very kind & open to answering any questions i had. I have used Electrical Techs twice for service on my home and both times they have gone above and beyond! Byron is FANTASTIC! He took the time to speak to me over a holiday weekend on his own time and accord to not only give me piece of mind, but provided guidance on how to troubleshoot a problem over the phone. His professionalism and customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be using him and this company again!
