Brandon was one of the best contractors i have come by in a long time. Attention to detail, fair price, communication, and total quality craftsmanship was by far way above the “ standard” for contractors nowadays. I whole hardly recommend him and look forward to working with him again. The stucco concrete he does is absolutely amazing.

The EFIS (stucco) on my house was approaching 25 years old and was in need of some repairs and reconditioning. It is not an easy area to find a good contractor who will do a smaller job. I contacted BK Williams and Brandon was very willing to come out and quote my job, was very quick to provide a quote and some recommendations, answer all my questions and agree to a contract. He kept in contact with me prior to the job start and even ordered supplies early to make sure he stayed on schedule. His team showed up right on time and were very professional, took every effort to be clean and safe and worked very hard in the 90+ degree weather. The job was finished right on time and was excellent. We have had several neighbors already compliment us on how good it looks. And when the job was completed, Brandon drove all the way out to inspect it himself before he sent me the final invoice. I highly recommend BK Williams Construction.

Brandon and his crew were outstanding.They converted our garage into a bedroom and put a shower in aswell. It looks beautiful and they were not only professional but reasonably priced. Brandon is very responsive to questions and estimates, and offers very reasonable and competitive rates. Had our EIFS home cleaned through Brandons company and the job was professional and outstanding. Will be following up with our annual EIFS inspection. Thanks Brandon!
