    We couldnt be happier with our new metal roof and matching gutters from Clark Roofing and Siding. I spent months researching metal roofs, metal roof products and how to install as we have a very uniquely constructed home.     Had a great experience with Clark Roofing and Siding Inc yesterday. They installed my roof about 10 years ago. It developed a small leak that I noticed on my ceiling below it. I called their office. They came out the next day and found the leak and repaired it, no charge. The two repair men were pleasant, highly professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience.     When I needed some of the condo windows replaced I contacted the Clarks. They came immediately to give me an estimate for replacement. I signed the contract almost the end of July and my windows were in on October 4th, which for this time period was very quick. The Clarks had scheduled installation for before the end of September, but at the last minute I needed to reschedule. Taking the change I needed with their positive attitude (as always), we rescheduled for about a week later so fit my schedule. I give them 5 stars....more if they were available.....for quality work, professionalism, positive attitude, and the ability to work with the customer in meeting my daily changing schedule. If you need any type of repairs.....talk to Chuck and Donna.....they are wonderful people and wonderful to work with for whatever you need.

    Clark roofing replaced my roof and skylight a week ago. I had a lot of damage by my skylight. They did a beautiful job on my roof and I am very pleased with it. They were very professional and help me make the right choices with the options presented to me. The crew was very hardworking, fast, and did a great job with the cleanup. I am a returning customer. Last year they replaced the gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffit and did a beautiful job as well.

    Dealing with Clark Roofing and Siding was a pleasure from the first contact all the way through job completion. Barry showed up on time and with so many choices for our siding project. The estimate was delivered with several options for us to pick from. This is in contrast to other companies we called that would only allow us to take a picture of their sketch pad with their figures on it! The installation crew showed up on time each day and were very courteous and professional. The work site was thoroughly cleaned up every day and the equipment stored neatly and out of the way.     Ive used Clark Roofing and Siding for multiple projects. The first was a full roof replacement project in Elizabeth City NC last year. At the time, I lived out of state. They managed my entire project for me. The work was completed using high quality architectural shingles. The roof installation went well and looks amazing. Their roofing team did excellent work. This year, I moved to Chesapeake VA, and I called them to update my porch columns and rails with new vinyl products. They also replaced my soffit, fascia, and trim. Again the team members were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Chuck, Donna, and the rest of their team for all exterior home improvement projects.

    We needed a repair to the fascia on a second floor part of our home. This company was responsive and made the quote process simple and quick and they didnt seem to overprice this service. It was these reasons we chose this company over others. When it came to the repair, they were on-site first thing in the morning and left before lunch, cleaning up all debris and material.     Clark Roofing and Siding Inc did the roof and siding on my new construction home at Foxfield Meadows. After closing, I was unhappy about a few things with my roof and siding.     ABT did a bad job on our flashing across the entire house when it was built. Hardly any nails used. Clark came in to fix one of the piece that blew off and also went along and nailed several places so additional flashing wouldn’t come off and they replaced a couple shingles the found that were lose at no extra cost. They were on time courteous. Zero problems of any kind. Now months later almost all of our original ABT installed flashing has come off, but despite a recent storm with hurricane force winds none of the areas Clark repaired or added extra nails have had issues. I highly recommend these guys! Put in way more effort than the original builder.

    Over the last couple of years, it became evident that I was going to need to replace the roof. A recent heavy rainfall made that decision an immediate concern. I had no connections and no idea who to trust with this important task. I began my research and ultimately landed on Clark Roofing after reading nearly every review I could find. I made the decision to have them do an estimate and it would be ultimately one of the best decisions I have made. The owner, Chuck, came to the house, took the time to look at everything, supplied me with all of the information I could have possibly needed, and sent me my estimate. It was ultimately in line where I thought it should have been so I made the decision for Clark Roofing to do the job. They constantly communicated through the preparation phase of the job, showed up at sunrise on the day the job was to begin, and by the end of the day had completely removed the old roof, made needed repairs to the sub roof, and install the new roof. Throughout the day my yard looked like a construction zone but when the job was completed I was unable to find a single piece of evidence that they were ever there. In the end, I have a gorgeous roof that has completely sealed every issue that I had and couldnt be happier. If you have any doubt on making a choice to replace your roof, Clark Roofing should be at the top of your list.

    Update - October 2020: We were able to closely work with the owner, Chuck, and Barry to get our ceiling fixed. They were very apologetic and worked promptly to fix the issues, even coming out on the weekends! Barry even gave us his cell phone number and told us to reach out if we need more paint touch ups. I feel much more confident in this company after communicating with the owner to get our issues fixed!September 2020:Clarks replaced our entire roof in mid-July of this year. All was fine until the hurricane hit and the water damage pictured happened in August. Clarks came out and thought they fixed the issue, and said that someone from the office would be in contact with us to fix the water damage. Fast forward A MONTH and no one had reached out to us, despite us reaching out to remind them. Then last week the heavy rainstorm hit, and we discovered that the original problem was not fixed. The flashing around our chimney was not done correctly so water is running down the chimney and leaking through our ceiling. My husband thought the stain looked darker, so he went to touch our ceiling and his fingers went right through (hole in the picture). Throughout the process the office staff has been absolutely no help - we have to text the owner or his brother and they have continually given us excuse after excuse as to why they cant come by to fix the issue. Dont get me wrong, they are polite people, they are just not prioritizing their customers. They gave us a time yesterday and literally didnt show without so much as a call or text as to why. We are tired of not getting answer/results and the damage to our house is just getting worse.

    Clark’s roofing uses high quality shingles and underlayment and are very helpful. We have a beautiful new roof that will last a long time and with no hassle. No issues with scheduling, the work being done or the way our yard was left after installation. They even let me take home samples because I couldn’t imagine the colors on the house. It looks great!
