    Troy was beyond incredible! We were stuck in the freezing cold and he came and not only did he fix what was wrong… he took us around and explained what was wrong and how to monitor it for trouble in the future! We are so happy he not only repaired everything but he took pictures and showed us what we need to do going forward! Beyond top-notch! Troy is the best request him if you can!

    Milltown sent their technician Ram to repair my water heater, which turned out to be beyond repair. I took their offer to apply the cost of the work to the purchase and installation of a replacement heater. I requested that Ram come to install it because he had been so knowledgeable and skilled in trying to salvage the ancient heater. He came on time and did the replacement neatly and efficiently. During both visits, he answered all my questions thoroughly and understandably. I would definitely have Milltown back when any plumbing needs doing in the future. Everyone I spoke with by phone, including Frank, Morgan and Anthony, were friendly and professional. Good folks to deal with.

    This was the best service I have used. I called after a google search for EV charger installation and found Milltown. I immediately got a dispatcher Kevin who quickly arranged for a service provider the next day. The electrician, Josh, was personable but more importantly has a great work ethic. There were difficulties and he just kept working on it. Tethered was a problem with the charger and worked until almost 6pm to fix it. He realized it was defective and studied it when he got home from work, found a place to get a new charger and came to fix it the next day. He spent the time with me setting up the apps and teaching me how to use them. Who does that these days!? Kevin also was so helpful in coordinating everything. That’s how a company should be run. Thank you!!!

    Milltown was great! Responsiveness from the time I called to the service at our house was excellent. Ralph scheduled us when it was most convenient for us and Pedro arrived on time and did a great job. Pedro was pleasant and friendly and respectful of our home offering to wear booties and keeping the floors clean. Upon assessing the situation of our drain and toilet - he provided us with 5 different options for various levels of service. We selected one and he got to work. When he was done - he demonstrated the difference, showed me how to use the follow on products, and walked me thru the warranties. We are excited to have the bathroom back in top shape!

    I replaced my gas boiler and certainly chose the right vendor to perform the task. Joe Greene was extremely patient in explaining the work that was required to replace my unit and entertaining my abundance of questions. Eric, the technician went above and beyond explaining technical plumbing concerns necessary to create a second zone and walking me through all the work that would be required. He treated my home like it was his own, making sure everything was in working order before he left and made recommendations to increase efficiencies. The electrician also did superb work. All the Milltown employees were polite and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the level of care everyone extended.

    I just had an outstanding experience with MillTown! My mother needed a new hot water tank, and from the moment I called, they were on top of everything. They came out the same day to inspect and provide an estimate. I had to manage the entire process remotely, and it couldn’t have been easier or more seamless.     I called Milltown after requesting a quote from another company and receiving no response. Within an hour I received a call back and had a project survey scheduled for the next day. I was given a quote and was asked if I would like the work done now. Less than 2 hours later I had an over range hood disconnected and a new outlet installed to accommodate a new over range plug in microwave. Ill be sure to keep them first on my list for any other projects that may come up. Highly recommended!

    Kudos to #Milltown for their great service from start to finish! When I first called, I spoke with Dan and explained the issue my parents were having with their bathroom toilet. I had called several other companies but none of them were able to come until the next day or even later. Dan was able to get someone out to their house quicker than we couldve expected! Communication was wonderful. I was told who was coming and the time frame to expect them. Then when an adjustment needed to be made, Dan called me right back to tell me who the new person was going to be. Pedro showed up on the time I was told. Right off the bat, he was courteous and friendly. I showed him the problem and after examining it, he took out his tablet and showed me all the options available. Then he went right to work. Pedro did a great job! When he was finished, he had us take a look and explained what he had done. He cleaned up the area nicely. It was a pleasure having Pedro do the work he did. I would highly recommend Milltown if youre in need of bathroom plumbing repairs.

    I couldnt have had a better experience with Milltown yesterday. I had encountered an electrical issue in my living room that required immediate attention. Fortunately, I came across Milltown through a Google search. From the initial phone call to completion of the work, the team was courteous, professional, and responsive. The technician who visited my home was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. He also left the work area immaculate after finishing the job. I am not one to provide positive reviews often, but the service that I received yesterday is deserving of a five-star rating.

    The team at MillTown are fantastic! Had a great experience the first time due to a leaking sink and decided to call them again for when my furnace was acting up. Joe, Scott, Darren, Brian and countless others were a joy to work with! They communicated effectively with me to schedule me as soon as they could. You can also tell the tech and crew all know what they were doing as they explained all the details of the situation with me. The tech diagnosing my furnace also gave me a play by play of what they were looking for during the process and made sure we were on the same page so I understood the issue with my furnace.Joe - the advisor - also did the same, by explaining the options I had and giving me a clear breakdown of the pros and cons and various options I had, making the choice to replace my furnace with a heat pump was a simple task. He also kept in communications with me even after the consult to answer my questions when it came to applying for a heat loan and made the process simple.Scott, Darren, and Brian - the installers - were very professional and treated my home with care. I saw them laying down tarps and such around their work are as not to dirty or damage my flooring even though it was just a mud room. They also took the time to explain their own experience and guiding me through understanding my new heat pump and what needs to be done to maintain it.Overall, I would highly recommend anyone for MillTown and their various services. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future issues -knock on wood it’s not too soon.

    Excellent service, prompt arrival, immediate set up for equipment analysis, prompt scheduling and completed in 9 hours. Extremely careful with shoe residue and cleanliness at work completion. Joe, Erika worked together to plan the installation. Ben, Matt, and two others in the crew, whose names escape my memory bank, were super friendly, courteous and service oriented. I could not have had a more positive experience.I will continue to use Milltown for services at home.     On 12/31/2024, I had fallen plaster from the ceiling in the hallway at the bottom of my staircase.I contacted Milltown to address the issue, and an experienced plumber (Pedro) was at my house that afternoon.Pedro found the leak, gave me an estimate and a time to return with another plumber to fix the issue.The price of the fix was fair, and the work was completed on schedule!!

    Today I had a major clog in my toilet, sink and bathtub, everything was backing up. I called Milltown Plumbing and they said someone would call me shortly, and they did. They said they would send someone out within about a 2 hour window.Chad came and fixed a very stubborn block. Yay! He fixed it! I am so happy and would definitely call Milltown again.     Excellent experience. The first day he came, Nick was knowlegeable and pleasant, explaining and showing me the work to be done, financing options and how to complete the forms. He made numerous calls to insure I had the correct information. The finance person was wonderful contacting FTL to be sure the contract was correct. Today Nick and Doug were on-time arriving and finishing the work. They were very pleasant and efficient, working steadily and well, completing the work beautifully. It was a pleasure to have them work for me.

    Professional, Dependable, & Pricey-The service professionals and office staff were knowledgeable and courteous.-I would recommend Milltown for large jobs (boiler, heat pump, etc). I used them for large projects because they had a clear plan and cost outline. However, in a few instances I think their price was at the higher end. I would not necessarily recommend for smaller jobs based on cost. However, dependability may outweigh the price point.-I appreciate the follow up after a job is completed.-The Dispatcher does a great job of scheduling a visit to my home.-I appreciate that they give you a price immediately for a job. I have had the experience where I got the bill after, which was not a good feeling.-Overall, Milltown is a great company.

    We needed to have our heating system replaced due to age and condition.We chose a heat pump system along with a new furnace.Milltown removed our old equipment so the we could do other work in the general area without the old heating system being in the way.Scott, Jay and the crew can in a couple of weeks later and installed the heat pump and furnace without a problem.Work is great, work area very well cleaned up.Thomas our Comfort Specialist made sure we had space heaters and helped with all paperwork .Thanks to all!Would highly recommend MillTown 100%

    Ive hired this company 2x now and its been a great experience. Most recently had a tech (Ram) come out to install a water line to a new fridge. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The rates seem fair. My only wish would be to get a range of a price on the phone, but a quote is only given on site (but the $85 site visit fee is waived if work commences...so it evens out).Definitely recommend this company.

    Troy did a great job with doing a thorough inspection of our A/C issue on the same day I reached out to Milltown, identifying the problem, laying out all options for resolving the issue, and then getting it done on a timely manner. He was also responsive to texts and kept us updated as we were waiting on missing part of our broken condenser motor.Update (12/9/24): Matthew and his crew solved a mystery electrical issue that was impacting our door bell and was able to get a Ring installed on the same day only under 2 hours. He was patient and transparent about his thinking process and coming up with the solution.Another update (12/19/24): Frank was able to replace our garbage disposal very quickly and efficiently. While at it, he also mentioned his concerns about our kitchen sink setup that might bite us in the long run. I liked how he listed all the options but didnt pressure/trick me into going with something I didnt like.Highly recommended.

    Pedro from Mill Town did an excellent job adding shut off valves to the pipes near the washing machine.     Milltown Plumbing was efficient with their services and prompt with their communication. We have a technician come out to check our drainage as a precaution. We ended up having Will come out and check our main pipes which ended up showing a big blockage issue. He was transparent about the issues and the cost. Erica was quick to respond and schedule.     Seng at Milltown Plumbing and Heating responded to my online message right away and dispatched a technician, Leo, who arrived within 2 hours to fix our central AC. I left messages for 5 different companies but only 2 got back to me and only Milltown was available for immediate service. Leo was so knowledgable and professional. His truck looked new and was so clean and neat inside. He had all the necessary parts, equipment, and tools in his truck and our A/C was back up within the hour. He cleaned the compressors with specialized coil cleaner and changed the filters, too. This is an amazingly well-run company. We couldn’t be happier!

    Service was great. The only thing that was a little difficult was the timing of the appointment. When I booked it, I was told the appointment more in the morning so we sort of planned our day yesterday coming home last night so I could be here first thing in the morning and it ended up not being to the afternoon. I understand things happened, so it was just a remarkably different schedule than I was told when I booked it. Other than that perfect. He serviced the air conditioner and then he did make the suggestion that since I had not had it cleaned nor the furnace cleaned that we clean both they’ve both been I’ve been signed up for the preferred customer plan. I’ve always had good service with you guys no issues. He was very professional. He is very Professional polite.

    From the first phone call to the finished job Milltown personnel were a joy to work with. Technician showed up on time, explained what the repair would be and the cost. Ordered a new pump and when a supplier didnt have it on the shelf they ordered a pump from another supplier and overnighted it to meet their estimated completion date. Scott the tech was friendly and really cared about doing a great job. Will use Millton again for future repairs but hopefully not for a while.

Ive had her here today and a couple of years back for furnace issues, she goes above and beyond to find what is causing the problem. Even the man that installed my furnace said she was a good service technician.I have to add that I have been checking my furnace for days now.     I was having smell of gas when outside my home.. National Grid came by and said my gas meter was leaking, they replaced it and said everything was good.. Was still smelling gas and called Milltown. They sent someone over the next day. Harry the Milltown gas Technician said yes he smelled gas too and proceeded to isolate the problem. Quickly he had the area to check under my back deck. We decided to replace the whole pipe from the meter to the house. All is good now thanks to Harry and Milltown.     Wow! My 28-year old heating system failed in march during a cold spell. After seeing an ad on TV, seeing a Milltown van parked at a neighbor’s house, and reading their reviews, I decided to call them and get an estimate to repair or replace my existing system. They (Joel I) responded to my initial call immediately and a repair person came out the next morning.Given the expected cost to repair the system, which was confirmed by a second estimate from my usual plumbing and heating contractor, I decided to replace the natural gas boiler and hot water heater. The Milltown estimator (Thomas) gave me a reasonable estimate, explained possible rebates, and described the possibility of getting a no interest loan from Mass Save to cover the cost of the boiler. They started the work at 7 AM on Friday morning and stayed until 8 PM that night to ensure I had heat for the weekend—it was a big job. They came back Monday and finished the job of installing the new hot water heater. The team (Eric, Scott, and Mike C) was great. There were 3-4 people at my house for two full days and they were friendly, professional, and very skilled. They cleaned up and even installed some extras such as a new light to make maintenance and repairs easier and a CO2 detector.As part of the job, they scheduled and helped with the town inspections, helped process my Mass Save rebate, and guided me through the Mass Save Loan process (Erin D was great!). From start to finish, this was a first-class job. I would add a 6th star if I could.

    Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Milltown. Todays visit was a plumbing inspection with Nick and AJ. They were prompt and courteous, commented on a few items that may need to be addressed in the future but with no pressure or hassle. There were 2 areas that I had questions about and they were able to provide a quote and make the fixes on the spot. Highly recommended!

    Great as always! AC failed at 4:30pm one day during the heatwave, and they had someone here first thing the next morning!     MillTown is a fantastic company with knowledgeable staff and superb customer service. They sent over one of their electricians, Matt, because I needed to replace my basement bathroom exhaust fan but wasn’t quite ready yet. He explained the steps and offered a solution that worked for me for the time being until I’m ready. He was quick, efficient, and completed the job in no time. And something else that Matt did that may be minor to some was that he used shoes covering and cleaned up after he was done. I greatly appreciated the fact that he respected my home. I used MillTown late last year to also replace both of my toilets based on a trusted friend recommendation, and their plumber did a great job as well. After the job was done, someone from customer service team called to ensure I was satisfied. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

    We had a very backed up laundry sink and we were unable to get any laundry done so I called Milltown. They arrived quickly and were able to fix it for me. That sink hasn’t drained so fast in years! James was friendly and informative. Reasonable price as well. Would recommend to anyone!

    I never have given a review before. However, I must comment on the excellent experience we had with Milltown during a recent plumbing/sewerage issue. The communication was excellent, from the initial call, from the updates via the dispatcher to the quick and truly stellar customer service and professionalism of the team. Izzy and Tyler were nothing short of amazing in every aspect of the jobs they undertook. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the problem was completely remedied before they left.     My Rinnai tankless boiller stopped producing hot water and produced a strange error code that was like your “check engine light “. Essentially it said something was wrong, but didn’t specify what was broken. The MillTown tech, Jonathan, worked with the Rinnai technical center for almost two hours running various tests and diagnostics. Theycould not find anything actually “broken” . (Presume it was some type of pressure-power-etc glitch) He cleared the code, got things, running, and only charged me for a diagnostic call as nothing was actually replaced. Great service, great tech, (kept me informed on what was happening) . Clearly deserveFive stars.
