Very responsive and competitive pricing, got the job done in a reasonable time frame. Good documentation, contracting and payments all handled electronically. We had one of those days where everything broke at the same time. The things that are taken for granted daily because they are silently doing their job and going unnoticed until one day when they stop.A HUGE thank you and shout out to KB Heating & Cooling for saving the day! Not only did Kyle Brown and his team replace our furnace but they also installed a new tankless water heater and upgraded our thermostat. Everything in the picture is new, except the air conditioning unit (previously installed by KB). The team worked tirelessly to get everything running up to speed before the first cold day. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, affordable, punctual AND unbelievably tidy. I would recommend them over and over again! I recently had my air conditioning installed and my plumbing completely redone by KB heating and cooling, and I couldnt be more pleased with the work. From start to finish, Kyle demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise.The installation of the air conditioning unit was seamless; Kyle took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions. His team worked efficiently, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. The cooling system works flawlessly. A close lightning strike blew the capacitor in my unit and Kyle was there within hours to replace it.In addition to the AC installation, Kyle revamped my plumbing system. He completely redid my main stack and added an entire new bathroom in the basement. The attention to detail in his work is commendable.What sets Kyle apart is his commitment to customer service. He’s always available for any service calls, responding quickly and addressing any concerns with a friendly demeanor. Kyle and his team were very professional and took the time to discuss multiple options to replace the unit as well as servicing our current unit to get us through the remainder of the summer. The project was extensive, including installing all new ductwork throughout the basement and attic, installing a brand-new boiler, and moving my water heater. Last year my husband and I began a large project of converting our garage into a kitchen. We contacted Kyle to come out and provide pricing to install a mini-split in the new kitchen. Kyle came out to see what needed to be done so we could be priced out accordingly.Kyle provided us with a step by step of the scope needed so we could relay to our other contractors on what needed to be done before him and his team could come in. Kyle and his team were very punctual and efficient which we appreciated greatly! The work done was very clean and the mini split put in works absolutely amazing and we are now exploring having him replace our other three splits in our downstairs.While Kyle was in our home he also noticed our water heater needed to be replaced (which we knew when we purchased our home). Again, we were very happy with how quickly he was able to turn this around with his crew. Weve contacted KB Heating & Cooling once more to come service our Central Air System upstairs as we know we can trust Kyle to be honest and provide the work quickly and efficiently. Working in Property Management, I see all sorts of vendors and many times deal with nightmare stories on our sites but KB Heating & Cooling have earned a customer and I will gladly refer them to anyone looking for a vendor. -

We have used KB Heating and Cooling for about 4 years now. We started by replacing our furnace and central air with Kyle. We got many quotes and felt his was most fair and he was honest. Since we have had him out numerous times to help update our old house and take care of my parents as well. We trust him to be timely, honest and fair, and always leaves the house clean. There have been times he has advised us not to waste money on replacing parts but to clean it instead, saving us thousands of dollars. I recommend Kyle and KB Heating and Cooling to everyone we know!! -

Kyle and his crew did an excellent job with my AC unit. My AC wasn’t getting cold and would freeze up quickly, he came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me my options. Once I decided to replace my old unit, he gave me a good, honest quote that was more than fair compared to other companies. His crew came in and replaced my unit with a heat pump and new air handler and we are more than happy with the work that was done! I’ve been very pleased with KB’s work having used them first for a home AC replacement in 2021 and subsequently at a church property I manage for four independent repair jobs plus most recently a full HVAC unit replacement. Especially compared to other contractors, Kyle has been very responsive and easy to work with. Their work is well organized and up to my fastidious scrutiny. Their technical acumen came through on the first job where the improved air balance relative to the failed system being replaced made the house much more comfortable throughout. They’ve offered innovative modern upgrades (e.g. hermetic dampered registers for a standalone AC system, improved media filters, heat pumps [although I didn’t go with this system]) and talked me through the pros and cons to help me make the best decisions for our situations. -
