    I needed a replacement of my old heat pump, and asked 128 for a quote. Darren was the rep that came and assessed the installation. He is very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had, and provided me with several options that fit my need and budget. He connected me with Sandy who helped with any application regarding financing and rebates very speedily. As soon as I got the financing, Jen was able to schedule the installation for me the next day! On the day of installation, Ron and Raphael and other crew members showed up right on time (like by the minute). They were very courteous, and made sure that I understood what they were going to do and made known the progress they were making. They were able to finish the installation in 2 days, and they even installed a pump system to make sure that the condensate from the air handler got drained outside, and installed some padding between the air handler and the ground to minimize vibration.     I would highly recommend 128 PHCE to anyone looking for ductless air conditioning installation. The front office staff was diligent and responsive, helping to complete all mass save paperwork.Secondly, the service techs, Paul and Mike, as well as electrician Cash were top notch.     We had a great experience with 128 Plumbing. They replaced our 40y boiler with a combination style unit. The company was very professional and they came recommended to us so we gave them a try. The installers were prompt and friendly. They kept a clean work environment and took care to limit the amount of time without heat. That was greatly appreciated with two kids in the middle of winter. The process was incredibly smooth, and the inspector seemed to love the work they did. The lack of headaches and speed of the installation made us very happy customers. The unit they installed looks amazing which is weird to say about a boiler. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into their solution. A week out everything is running smoothly.

    Hello,I just wanted to take a moment to comment on the great service I received from the 128 Technician that came to my home today for an Air Conditioning check-up and maintenance call. He was extremely professional and he did an amazing job. I wish more companies had people like him. He called well in advance and gave me a 30 minute window of arrival which I appreciated. He came in and inspected the furnace/ air conditioning unit in my attic (not a great day for that as it was probably a 100 degrees). He changed the filter in my furnace which was well overdue, and cleaned the air conditioning system outside which was filthy. My guess is the prior home owner never cleaned it. The air conditioning unit is sparkling and looks brand new. He took lots of pictures and explained everything he did in laymans terms so I could understand all the steps he took to ensure the system was reviewed thoroughly. I was very impressed by his level of maturity and professionalism and and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for doing such a great job and his wonderful personality.     I had two different issues that came up this month, that needed service. Kenny came for the plumbing problem and Craig came for the heating problem. I can always depend on 128 to show up when needed, and on time. They always have exceptionally competent, professional, and courteous plumbers. I am always confident that the job will be done correctly and promptly. Ive used them for several years and have never been disappointed. I signed up for their service plan, which provides that extra peace of mind. Gone are the days of not knowing who will show up at your door. I have always been very satisfied with 128.

    Working with the 128 Electrical Team was great. Their communication and responsiveness is 2nd to none. We had our panel upgraded to 200 amps as well as some dedicated circuits added around the house & a new motion flood light outside. The entire electrical team that we met were professional, friendly & thoughtful. (Nick x 2, Sean, Kris, & Cash) Everyone arrived on time, clearly explained the work and were respectful of our house. (They were also great to our dog which is much appreciated). The work was done on time and done well. We had a few minor issues and tweaks needed after the initial work was done and they were extremely quick to respond and come back to address them.     I recently had my oil burner serviced by 128 Plumbing and Heating. The technician, Jorge, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.He explained each step of the process while performing the maintenance.He is a fine young man in addition to being an asset to the company.     I want highly recommend Jorge B. From 128. First of all he arrived on the scheduled time which showed me how serious they take their costumers. Jorge started by explaining what the heating system will include along with the estimated time line, he explained every step he was doing.     I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with 128 on my ductless AC installation! Their customer service and general follow up were excellent. I ended up having to do an electrical system upgrade as well, and they were very clear about what was going on every step of the way. Everyone who came was on time, left my house totally clean after they finished the work and they were incredibly flexible when we ended up having to schedule some extra work in.     I had ‘123 Plumbing…’ come to do routine maintenance on my tankless water heater. From my initial call for information and scheduling to when the work was done, I received exceptional service! Everyone was professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly! My technician (Luis) arrived on time, performed the needed maintenance, shared before and after photos of his work, and went above and beyond In explaining everything to me, including making sure I knew how to turn my gas and water off in an emergency.     The 128 team just left. All I can say is, wow. So professional, so thorough, so reasonable. They were the best quote we received to install a mini split system for heating and cooling, and I really feel they did the best possible job. From the moment they arrived, walking me through the process, being super clean about their work, and making recommendations so that the installation process was efficient and fast as possible. When they finished the install, spending the time to walk me through how to operate it, as well as what to be aware of, like keeping the outside unit clear of snow, and keeping an eye on the filters inside.     When our older furnace stopped working reliably, we called several HVAC companies for an assessment of the issue(s) and available options. Darren from 128 thoroughly checked the system and provided us with a detailed description of what was, and what was not, operating correctly. He then provided us with multiple options ranging from a repair that would get us through heating season (and possibly longer) to a replacement. He offered us 6 detailed options for the replacement, in writing. When we decided on one of the replacement options, he promptly scheduled the installation. The technicians who completed the installation were exceptional. Ron, the lead person, was ably assisted by Rafi. They arrived early and worked every moment they were in our house. They were professional, knowledgeable, and especially careful of our home. They left the work area exactly as they found it -- maybe neater! Ron provided us with an understandable summary of how the system worked and made certain we were satisfied with the work, inside and out. An extremely positive first experience with 128.

    128 was recommended to us for oil to gas conversion and mini split installation in a newly purchased home by friends who used them for the same projects. Right off the bat the customer service was excellent, and the pricing was in the middle of the range of quotes we got. They were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice before the cold weather hit as the old oil system in the house was not operating properly. They also handled getting us hooked up with the Mass Save loans and rebates. The installers showed up promptly each day and were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. They fixed some additional old pipes that started leaking while they were working, and cleaned up the basement pretty well when they finished. The new setup is really well done - you can tell by looking at it that they care about doing a great job. I would highly recommend 128 for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

    I had the pleasure of working with a member of the 128 team earlier today. I had a light fixture/chandelier that I attempted to install myself, but ran into issues that could have been from the previous owners setup or my complete lack of electric work knowledge. I survived to tell the tale, but was in need of a true expert. The 128 team member was knowledgeable, able to fix the issue within 30 mins or so and for what its worth...was also just a very funny and great person. He was masked the entire time and made sure to double check any questions with me before performing any fixes. I had also blown out the dimmer on the light switch and he was able to replace that free of charge. Always great to get good reliable service and I will definitely be using them again for any other needs that the company provides. Great work!

    128 did a wonderful job dealing with an HVAC unit replacement on the roof of our Boston townhouse. The unit needed to be replaced quickly as the winter weather approached and we didnt have heat. Leslie was incredible and arranged for technicians to come out immediately, arranged for a crane for the old and new units and helped answer several of our questions. Ron and his team did a wonderful job on installation, explaining the process as they went, also answering several of our questions and going the extra mile. He educated us on what to look out for and set expectations for the future of our system.     We used this company as an emergency plumbing service on the weekend. Matt did a great job diagnosing the shower hot water issue and fixing a line that we needed to shut off for the winter.     For the 2 years we have lived in our home we never used the large sunroom attached to our deck because it was boiling hot or freezing cold. No one had ever installed a heat source in that room. We decided to get a ductless mini split but didnt know where to start. We called 128 and immediately had an amazing team of professionals working to help us. Evan came for a consultation and walked us through the logistics, prices and options. He answered all of our questions (which were many as we are new to homeownership and these types of projects). Next Nick came and did a quick check to make sure our electrical system could handle the addition of a mini split. He took the time to teach us about our panel and give us helpful advice. Simultaneously Sandy guided us through the Mass Save financing and rebates process. You could tell that 128 does a lot of work with Mass Save and is more hands on than other companies to help submit the necessary paperwork to help get you the best rebates. And last but not least our installation team came right on schedule and did a great job making the mini split a reality. Ron and Rafael were so kind and professional. Ron went above and beyond by making sure I was happy with the placement for the outdoor unit before it became permanent. He also took the time to teach me about my vents and the importance of keeping them clear of snow. Austin the electrician helped to make sure I could download an app and connect to the puck so I can now control my mini split from my phone which is awesome. I would definitely recommend 128 to my friends and family.

    Absolutely fantastic. I have an older house and was very concerned about the aesthetics of having channels on the outside of my house for a split system. Wayne and his team were amazing. Courteous, communicative, took no shortcuts and did a flawless job. They even took the time to make friends with my dogs as it was a 5 day job and they wanted my dogs to feel at ease with strangers in the house. This is the single biggest investment I have made in my house and I had a hard time pulling the trigger but I wish I’d done it years ago.     Installed 7 mini-splits across three levels of our house (basement, first, second floors). We thought about doing this for years but whenever we had a company out we werent comfortable for one reason or another. With 128 it was all extremely positive from the first time they came over through the whole process. Polite, knowledgable, thorough, you name it. They asked good questions and listened (!) to us, and took our opinions and thoughts seriously. Communication by everyone - office, install - was great. Electrical did a walkthrough a couple weeks in advance, just to make sure it would work. Cleanup was always same day, and there were never messes left each day. The quote was for exactly the scope we discussed, and the contract terms were very fair. They were always on time, and finished on schedule (ahead of schedule, really). Would highly recommend to our friends, especially the ones who are picky like us. Wayne and Jared were our crew and they were fantastic.

    Our heater was not reaching our set temp in the winter (we set it to 75 F, but the temp was only 58 F). 128 Plumbing was able to send someone to take a look the next day and found that our 25-year-old heater was overheating. They suggested we replace our furnace, and they were able to come and work on it immediately the next day. Super quick and helpful.

    I originally hired 128 PHC&E to maintain our forced hot air/cooling system and hot water heater. Based on this experience, I hired 128 to install a tankless hot water system using a HEAT Loan. Because of the trust I now have in the company I recently hired 128 PHC&E to install all of the plumbing, Heating/Cooling, and Electrical work in a ~1,000sf basement build-out for an in-law apartment for my parents. I was very worried about hiring multiple contractors for a project on a tight timeline realizing that different contractors would lead to finger-pointing and delays. When I called 128 for estimates my first observation was that the plumbers, the HVAC techs, and the electricians were a team - they started coordinating their work to build an estimate together standing in my basement. I knew coordination among the trades was not going to be a problem. There was an obvious team mentality on display here that gave me comfort.Regardless of the trade, the 128 staff showed up, knocked out their work, made sure my wife and I were happy, and moved on. My wife described the 128 team as Ninjas who did their work and left no trace that they were here other than the new system they left behind! The Ninjas were here today, was her normal text to me whenever 128 was at our home.Over the course of our months-long project I came to know and rely on key staff. Leslie was my go-to coordinator for all of the work. We talked, we emailed, we texted and I came to rely on her responsiveness and reliability. One-stop shopping. Chandler was our plumber and extremely easy to work with on complicated matters like a new full bath and kitchen. Morgan and Ray worked with me on the heating/cooling system and were very accommodating. They worked hard to explain options and install a system that was going to meet my parents needs. Chris and Eddie worked with me on all of the electrical and they seemed to find a solution for all of our big challenges with a no problem shrug. Im forgetting the names of the various apprentices who helped but to a person they were polite, professional, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. During the heating installation, Ray was proud to tell me and my brother that one of the young men helping him had just been promoted and would run his own projects - team.Ive learned that its true - you get what you pay for. Me and my family didnt just buy systems from 128 PHC&E, we bought piece of mind knowing that these systems are high quality, installed by an incredible team of skilled technicians, and will be well maintained. When I call 128 PHC&E they answer the phone and respond. None of the, Ill try to get someone over there next week or, let me call you back that Ive heard from others.If you are looking for a team of tradespeople supported by a management and leadership team who have built an organization who cares about the customer and their employees, 128 PHC&E is worth the investment.

    My experience with 128 Plumbing has been positive across the board. They installed a Mitsubishi split system for Air Conditioning and heat perfectly. My project had a change in scope last minute (change in ducting) but they handled it well and were able to still finish in time. Special mention to Ron (installation lead), Miguel (Ron’s partner in crime), and the 2-3 electricians (sorry - forgot the names) who made sure that I am happy and satisfied with everything and decisions being made during the installation. e.g., position of inside/outside unit, piping, wiring, thermostat install, and many more small items.     The crew of 4-5 professionals where at our house for four days installing a very complex HVAC system, including a wireless system for determining best heating system to use with outside temperature input probe. The computer would determine, if due to the outside temperature the oil fired FHW system or the Mitsubishi ductless system was most efficient. This involves a lot more work and knowledge to put this all into working order. This crew from 128 Plumbing knew their stuff for sure as it was all done in less than four full days and done very neatly, clean, and they where always very considerate and professional.I have recommended them to two other families of which both are going to have them install their systems as well.

Someone came Saturday the 4th and we needed two new heating sensors! Parts were not available that day and the warehouse was closed!A top technician (Keith) came Monday PM with the necessary parts to install and to do maintenance on the system!We were treated fairly and everything was up and running by Monday PM. Did not charge us a dime, even though we were a week beyond the one year guarantee!The reason for the four star rating and not a five, is because I was dismayed at the thought of this happening on a new system after one year!

Nick Showed up with Gio and the two of them did great job getting all that work done. They answered all questions that I had and were so polite. Very neat and cleaned up like they werent here. This is my 3rd time using 128 plumbing and highly recommend them. They are who I will always use for any work I need done.

    I had a new heaters installed on 9/2/2021. The technicians Ron and Miquel were outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I was a customer service manager in a high tech company for 40 years and have high expectations when it comes to service. These technicians exceeded my expectations. I have to give a special shout out to Ron Milhem, he went over and beyond providing me information about what was being done and educating me on my new heater.
