    This company was amazing to work with. The staff are friendly and answered all my questions. When Colin came to give me a quote, he offered me suggestions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He made sure that the indoor units and the outdoor unit were placed exactly where I wanted them. The installers were professional, efficient, and courteous. They made sure to clean EVERYTHING as they worked. There was no left over dust or debris in any of my rooms. Installation was exactly how they described. I had a mini system installed and it took 3 days. The last day, they did not leave until I felt comfortable using my new heating/cooling system. A few days after the installation was complete, I had questions and they helped answer them for me. The office staff was also helpful - they took care of rebates and the warranties associated with the units. I never had to wait or leave a message to speak with anyone. Highly recommend this company.

    Both Dominic and the young man working with him, were both efficient and kept us informed about what was going on with our boiler! I’d recommend their company to anyone.Dominic was back today because of a problem with one toilet. He was not satisfied with the first replacement part so left to get a better one. While he was gone, the second toilet broke! “No problem! I’ll look at it as soon as I finish the first one.” We so appreciated his attitude and high work ethic. It is a pleasure to recommend him and his company. Linda in the office is also so pleasant and easy to work with!!!

    Our new ductless, mini-split air-sourced one ton heat pump installation was done two months ago (January 2024) by the Pespisa Company of Billerica, MA after interviewing about four heat pump contractors. Pespisa had nearly the best price and reviews were good. The design was modified to compensate for conflicts with a window shutter, a cabinet door and to reduce the impact on the street view of the building. The work was done on schedule and they were very good on cleanliness with shoe coverings and careful well planned work. Their work effectively replaced one of our house heating zones resulting in a major reduction in the time our gas boiler runs to heat the home. Weve had an unusually warm winter so there was no big test. The air conditioner side of the heat pump installation will not be tested until summer. Colin Pespisa with the Pespisa Company is highly recommended for such work.

    Pespisa Company designed and installed an air source heat pump HVAC system for us, in Feb 2024, and we are very pleased with the project. Colin put a great deal of effort in designing a mini-split system for us that satisfied our partial home heating and cooling needs as well as price target. The installation team was very professional, efficient, and performed the work on time per the plan. It has been a month since the installation and we have used the system in a variety of heating scenarios from mild temperatures in the 50’s down to frigid 13F, and it has worked great!

    They did a complex job for us - removing an oil heat system and putting in a heat pump. The estimate was the best we got, and they stuck to it. They were fast and careful, and we are very happy. Colin just came back to replace a motor in another heat pump (not one of theirs) and again, a good job with friendly, intelligent service.After a comfortable winter with our new heat pump, I am settling into the new workshop created where the old oil boiler used to be. Colin came by today to give a Spring cleaning to our heat pumps. Were looking forward to a cool Summer.

    I needed to replace my aging ductless ac system. After dealing with a few sales reps for hvac companies who wanted to charge me enormous money for a system (why is this so expensive? well we need to pay for our trucks and stuff) I remembered that Colin had done some maintenance work on my old system. I got in touch with him and he quoted me a new system that fit perfectly and added another zone at much less than what the others were charging. And then he and his brother installed it! The electrician sub they used assured me that they are the best. They certainly seem to be. I heated my house with it all winter and just got a $2k federal rebate!

    My AC went out just before Labor Day, The temp in my condo reached 93 degrees! A friend recommended them and I wholly agree with them. I have asked for a service agreement on the condo and three others in the area. I will use them without doubtwhen I need a service that they provide. I also have to commend Linda the Office Manager for getting additional paperwork done that the condo association required before work was done.

    I have used Pespisa’s service over 6 years. From regular boiler maintenance, boiler fixing to expansion tank replacement, I am very impressed by their quality of work, knowledge, professional spirit. Dominic, Colin, and Anthony are all very good. And they are very organized, response timely to my email. I just feel comfortable using their service. People usually are defensive when dealing with contractors, and are afraid of traps waiting for them. But working with Pespisa is completely different. It is like buying things from Costco.

    The Pespisa brothers did a fantastic job helping us solve our heating problem. We an ancient force air electric heater system that was unable to keep up with the cold winter in 2015.We called Colin and Dominic and they reviewed with us a number of options . Ultimately we settled on a mini split heat pump and it has been both more economical and effective at heating/cooling for us.The brothers were super friendly, courteous and responsive. Im happy to recommend their services to anyone in need.

    These guys are great! We switched from oil to gas. They helped with all the paperwork to get an interest free loan through MassSave and all the rebates. They replaced our 50 year old boiler with ease. They used all the best equipment, and built the new system designed for easy maintenance and long term durability. No short cuts. Only the finest products. These guys are in it for the long haul. Its been 2+ years since install. Theyve serviced the boiler, and told me about a recall on a small piece of the boiler since install. They are very receptive and responsive to my frequent questions about the system. Anything having to due with plumbing, Im calling these guys.     Colin and Dominic did a gas conversion for me and installed a gas steam boiler and a tankless Rinnai hot water heater. I cant recommend these guys highly enough! My oil tank started to leak right when it started getting cold this fall and I was waiting for my Mass Save loan to come through. These guys saved my butt by being incredibly flexible with their installation date (It started snowing just days after the system was installed). Their work is meticulous and they are very open to questions and suggestions. Very happy customer here.(Will post pictures shortly)

    When we decided to switch from a fuel oil-heated boiler to natural gas, we called in three different companies for estimates on a new system to replace the 16 year-old System 2000 (5-zone heating) boiler. From the beginning, Colin Pespisa was the most knowledgeable and the most efficient. He knew exactly which paperwork wed need to apply for available rebates and he helped us fill them out. He studied our basement layout to determine where the new boiler and vents should be placed, he got everything quickly and properly permitted through the Town of Concord, he worked with us on scheduling for least inconvenience to us. Colin was responsive to all our concerns every step of the way and even came to the house after the work was completed to re-do concrete repair that hadnt dried properly. I cannot recommend Colin Pepsis and his company highly enough!

    I highly recommend Pespisa Co for the superior work they do with highest quality materials. Pespisa Co has done three projects for me, one was replumbing during house renovation, one was installing a radiant heat floor, and the latest project is the heat pump/mini split system that is amazing. I have been boycotting fossil fuel, heating with wood (which is nice but very labor-intensive, hands-on, and rather dirty), but waking up to this quiet and efficient and warm system is a real pleasure.
