Hello,I had my closet remodeled. Heather was knowledgeable and very kind, helpful in meeting my needs. Our closet fell suddenly and I decided to go with her product. I wish I would have done it sooner!!! I am over the moon in love with my new closet. The shelves and design are incredible. Levi did the installation and he was very precise! Very helpful in answering all of my questions. He left the place spotless when he left! Thank you. We are doing our pantry next!Update: Now a year later and we had our laundry room, coat closet, boys bedroom closet , bathroom closet and linen closet completed with The Closet Guy. Ryan was very patient in answering my questions. Again we are beyond satisfied with the work and finished product! Heather was very accommodating with meeting my needs for each closet. Heather is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She created the perfect layouts for all of our closets in our home. We also had cabinets installed in our laundry room. Heather was patient and assisted with the style and color of cabinets we put in. The quality of materials and professional installation were quick, tidy and couldn’t be happier with the results. Wish we had more closets for them to redo, would absolutely recommend The Closet Guy!!

I am very satisfied with the service that the Closet Guy provided. I have them installed a shoe organizer in the mudroom and a cloth organizer and a big island with pull-out laundry basket and drawers in the walk-in closet. Everything came out perfectly. The workers were very polite and they started and finished the job on-time. They showed no attitude when asked to use shoes cover inside my house. I appreciate that they kept my floor clean. The owner is friendly and willing to work with you (I did serveral changes). When she came to my house to estimate, she would provide you options (such as color scheme samples and drawer pulls selection) and professional opinions to meet your needs. I moved to this new house and I have hired some other contractors to do my home projects. The Closet Guy is the best of the best and I highly recommend it.

I did ask for a few changes, but Heather was so incredibly patient with me and provided a drawing that was exactly what I was looking for. The Closet Guy did a wonderful Job at an upscale home for one of my clients. In fact, I dealt with the closet Lady! (The wife, in Chatham). She had great ideas and gave us some imput. There was no complication, the installed 4 closets including a large walk in one, 2 linen closets and the pantry.Highly Recommended, I woulnt use anyone else in central IL.
