We recently had the pleasure of working with Perry Mandarakas to replace our HVAC system and Water Heater, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He really knows his stuff and took the time to explain why our old system failed and what kind of setup would work best for us.Perry made sure everything went smoothly, and the upgrade has been a game changer for us.What really stood out was how patient and understanding he was. He took the time to understand our needs and financial situation and even helped us apply for an affordable 0% loan - even while he was on vacation. That kind of dedication is hard to find.He and his team - Perry, Barbara, Mike and Jose & crew moved quickly and handled everything - from the quote to the purchase, loan, and installation - without a hitch. I dont Do Google Reviews.But I dont know any other way to get the word out that Pipe Works is likely in the top 1 or 2 honest businesses I have ever dealt with.I called them out and I said- ME- that I need a new radiator. The lady who took my call told me that she will have someone come out and take a look and judge for themselves, because there is often times a cheaper solution.The tech came out and sure enough- the problem on that unit AND my 2 additional units were resolved at the cost of the diagnostic fee plus a couple dozen more! I dont mean to sound dramatic, but it made the difference in the quality of my kids Christmas. 10/10 would have them out again!

My old central air system died after 21 years. I got several quotes. My quote from Pipe Works was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive either. But the quality of the service was impeccable!Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense.And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them.

They set up an inspection for me right away, on the same day!They sent a supervisor named Mike, who arrived promptly and explained everything to me in great detail. I dont live in the area and my father had a bad plumbing situation at his house. It needed major repairs including the need of excavating equipment to make the repair. I had worked with Pipe Works in the past when I lived in the area so recommended them to my dad. It was a stressful situation because I couldnt be there to help my dad out and Pipe Works really came through for us in a big way. Not only did they give him a fair price to do the job, they did exceptional work that only true professionals could accomplish. These guys really know what they are doing and check every single box. Johnny and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired and put back together like they were never even at the house, both inside and outside. I need my furnace replaced, so I was getting some quotes from different companies. Kevin from pipe works was very professional and answered my questions when he came out to provide me with an estimate. In the end I decided to go with pipe works. The fact that I can fiance for 84 months with zero percent through pse&g was a huge help. The first step is done but Ill need to update once the job has actually been completed. So far, Im very satisfied 👍

Today Pipe Works Home Services came by to complete work that was started on our HVAC system. Thomas is our Technician, he was great in explaining all that was done as well as what needed to be done on our system. Most technicians that we have worked with in the past usually come in and do the work and not completely explain what was done. I truly recommend the company but most of all I would recommend Thomas, he’s a definite keeper for our home and our family.

The whole process was relatively painless and actually faster than expected. Since we had to install a whole new HVAC system in our new house, that was really important to us. They also had a subcontractor add an attic ladder, which other companies would have required us to figure out how to do on our own or hire a separate contractor for. The crew that came out wasnt always the same people on each of the days, but everyone was very professional, helpful, and relatively communicative. Honestly, we look forward to working with them in the future if we need any other kind of work around the house!

Pipe Works is BY FAR one of the best, if not THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. Last month they installed a mini-split AC system and I could not have been more impressed.We live in a 4 level condo (3 floors plus basement) and our single-zone AC couldn’t keep our top-floor bedroom cool on hot summer days. I researched several other companies about mini-splits. One of the larger local companies said “No, too hard”, and would only offer to replace our current single zone AC with one with more cooling power, but “wouldn’t guarantee” the top floor would get sufficiently cool. So after further online research I found the Pipe Works website. I was super-impressed at the quality and thoroughness of the site and gave them a call. They quickly responded and got a tech to our house ASAP. Another great thing they do is send a text with a photo of who’s coming to your house and when they will arrive. Nice!The tech was Rob Moakler, and I was blown away by his professionalism. From the moment he walked in wearing his “blue booties” (they all wear them to keep the floors clean) He had an abundance of knowledge and thoroughly explained how they could install one in our house, and keep all the lines internal, avoiding any exterior lines running up the side of our condo (which I’m sure our condo association would not approve). I was all in!My installers, Jose ad Giovanne T were awesome. They worked tirelessly all day to run the lines up all three floors from the basement, having to veer and switch routes as the access from the basement was not a straight line through the ceilings, walls, and floors. The installer who came the next day to install the outdoor unit was also great, but I forgot to get his name.When it was all done, Lindsey called the next day to check up on us and see if we were happy with our new mini-split. …Needless to say, WE LOVE IT! It is SO NICE to be able to sleep in a cool room even on the hottest nights. I’ve been telling everyone that our mini-split is my new best friend! And Pipe Works is my new favorite company!!! Giovanne T said everyone at the company is great and that the owner only hires quality people. From what I’ve seen, that definitely rings true.And so just last week, the AC broke at my rental condo in Mendham. I recommended Pipe Works to my renter and they came to fix it the next day. Jimmy F did a great job with the repairs and recommended (which it definitely needed) and installed a new thermostat. My renter was so impressed with Jimmy and Pipe Works that she gave his business card to a few of her best friends.And so now that I’m a true Pipe Works fan, yesterday I had them install ceiling fans to the other two bedrooms in our condo (the primary bedroom already had one). Electricians Philip and Alex did an outstanding job and didn’t even have to cut any holes in the drywall. And when they were done, just like all the other Pipe Works employees, they cleaned up after themselves and left things looks great afterwards.I see that Pipe Works also does plumbing. We’ve used the same plumber for 20 years, but I think next time we need one, we’ll go with Pipe Works. They are truly head and shoulders above any company out there.30AUG23: Zach Langowski came to fix our old main air conditioner, which was leaking condensation water on the floor. He found a glog in the line, fixed it in a jiffy, and the utility room is high and dry. Great work, Zach!

My experiences with Pipe Works have been nothing short of positive. They’ve been servicing my rental property for a few years now, and recently, a 30 year old condenser for one of the apartment units gave out. Pipe Works had been servicing that condenser for a few years and had, no doubt, extended its life for at least 2 years. When it finally bit the dust, Pipe Works sent out Jimmy F, one of their technical experts, within 24hrs. Jimmy coordinated his arrival time directly with the tenants and was able to diagnose the issue and provide me with a couple of competitive options for replacing the condenser. Once my choice was made, Pipe Works coordinated the installation date/time directly with the tenants and within 3 days, Jose B, another technical expert, installed the new condenser and did some duct work supply repair and modification. The tenants were very please and I couldn’t have asked for a quicker or smoother process. Everything was resolved within 5 days starting from the first phone call I made to Pipe Works. Highly recommend.

Pipe Works replaced my two zone attic AC/furnace with a two stage system, and my one zone basement furnace with a high efficiency two stage system. Perry was my salesperson and was highly professional, thorough, technical, and transparent. He provided me several options to replace my systems, along with the costs and pro/cons of each, so I knew my options before signing. The two installations went smoothly as did the post install support. Everyone at the company - sales, administration, HVAC technicians, electricians, etc. - was professional, responsive, skilled, considerate of our needs, and respectful of our home. In addition, Perry / Pipe Works handled all the paperwork, including permits, product registration, manufacturer rebates, etc. and is aware of, and participates in, financing programs for its customers. Pipe Works provides a customized and premium service for HVAC and more. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called Pipe Works on Dec 15 because I had no radiator heat throughout the house. Diego arrived Dec16 and after a full inspection of boiler diagnosed that we had a low gas pressure in flow and I needed to call to have the in put gas pressure fixed. I was told it most probably was not the decrease gas pressure….but Diego was correct. After much work a larger gas line was installed. I just have to put in a good word for Diego. He is quiet but explained everything. He knows his stuff, is thorough, knowledgeable , pleasant, cleans up after himself and (wears his shoe covers) He is an asset to the Pipe Work team. Great service from Pipeworks as always. The central air system wasn’t cooling. Pipeworks sent Zach, one of their technicians, out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue to be caused by a clogged condensate line. He perform a full service of the system, flushed out the condensate line, checked refrigerant levels, compressor, fan and checked the condenser outside the house.

We had sewer odor in our garage the day after our neighbor had a sewer backup. We thought it was the sewer easement next to our house or the neighbors sewer line. We had other plumbers come and check the pipes, clean-outs, and the town sewage dept came to check the sewer easement. Out of options, the town told us to camera our pipes which are not near the garage. We called Pipe Works and Mike G. came. Mike took his time and reviewed the previous checks and listened to the other theories. Very professional and patient. The problem turned out to be a bad lawn mower battery giving out a sewer odor that has been in the garage for months. Replaced the lawn mower battery ten times over 20 years. Never had such a problem. An odd coincidence and a badly made battery. Anyway, Mike G was great and I would recommend asking for him.

Ive now used Pipe Service Works twice. The first time I called for furnace maintenance. The technician found several large issues which he explained thoroughly. He was able to complete all of the repairs the same day. The work was neat and impeccably done. The second time was for a sump pump failure. I used the chat feature to contact them at 4am and they set something up for the following week. Later that morning they messaged to ask if I could be available the same day as they had found an available technician. Mike let me know 30 minutes before he would arrive, was extremely thorough, and explained everything. He didnt have the pump on his truck and planned to come back the next day, but I was not going to be available. He managed to get someone to drop off the pump so it could be done same day. April 19, 2024: Fortunately, I learned about Pipe Works from Perry Mandarakas when I was interested in a mini split A/C system when we experienced a leaking steam pipe. (See comments from March about Perry). Pipe Works was contacted when a leaking steam pipe was discovered in our basement crawl space that went from the boiler to a second floor radiator. They promptly responded to my call. Mike Rivera conducted a thorough inspection, explained the scope of the problem, and provided a detailed repair plan and cost estimate.The work was scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Mike returned with Delroy Cumberbatch and the old pipe was removed and a new one installed. The work involved removing a portion of a wall and ceiling. They were careful and respectful of the property. Drop clothes and boot covers were used to protect the flooring. Any debris was completely and thoroughly removed and the work areas vacuumed. After the installation, they made certain that it worked properly.This repair wasn’t simple. The house is nearly 100 years old. A portion of the pipe was located between the floor rafters in the crawl space; a tight work area. Mike and Delroy had the skills and experience to tackle the job and get it done correctly. Job well done. I got three quotes from recommended companies to replace our air conditioner. Rob from Pipe Works was the first to come to give us a quote. Rob was very professional and extremely thorough with his explanation of what was needed to fix our faulty air conditioning unit. I would say he definitely went above and beyond (he even checked in on us during the heat wave). The two other companies came and barely spent 15 minutes at our house. I was pleasantly surprised when Pipe Works came in with the lowest quote. The workers came at the scheduled time and couldnt have been nicer. They cleaned up my laundry room better than it was before they got there! I felt so comfortable with them at my house that I went back to work for a couple hours. Its been a couple of weeks now with air conditioning and we couldnt be happier. Ive been meaning to send Pipe Works a Thank You note and they beat me to it by sending US a Thank You complete with a soft cooler filled with cookies! Definitely an A+ in my book.

I was grateful again for Pipe Works! They assisted us with our heating system in December and I called them again for our air conditioning unit upstairs this past week (it was a very hot May week!). Diego was very professional in communicating everything he intended to do to repair the air conditioning. He wore booties before entering the house and a mask. I really appreciated that he communicated the cost and made sure that what he wanted to do to repair the air conditioning system worked before we were actually charged! I think this is so important when it comes to a business and the reason why I re-reached out to Pipe works again. They are honest, fair, reliable and professional when it comes to getting the job done! Additionally, I was able to schedule them one day sooner when I called which I was also grateful for! You feel like theyre trustworthy and arent out torip you off. Office folks are very kind and helpful too. Pablo is a true gentleman and a book OK knowledge on insulation. Hes just fantastic keeping with pipeworks high standards. Jorge, Denzel, and Darwin are miraculous in fitting in such a small space swinging such a heavy piece of equipment. I have high hopes for a warmer house this winter.Phil came back and added some electrical work. A craftsman for sure.(the missing section)Fantastic crew1950s house bought in 2002. Original furnace and central a/c plus added a full width addition built on a crawlspace. House now drafty. Full Length bed room suite cold in winter and hot in summer. Pipeworks recommended new furnace, a/c, twin splti in bedroom, and encapsulation and insulation of crawl space.Circumstances required house amperage be raised from 100 to 200. So a lot of workI couldnt have asked for a better crew then Phil Ty, Shakil,, Brandon, Jose, Chris, Joel. Excellent work ethic and. Very neat clean when finished.. These guys like each other and enjoying each others company.Ty and Phil explained and trained us how to use it.Great price. Great workmanship. What more could you ask for? Once again, Pipe Works did a great job. I feel like I might pay a smidge more for service from Pipe Works, but it is well worth the spend. They have always been very responsive, extremely professional, on-time and the work (repair work for us) speaks for itself; on more than one occasion one of our AC zones failed, and without pressuring us to replace, Pipe Works always came up with reasonable alternatives that fixed the problem and stayed within our budget. Recently Zach, our technician, was able to get our AC back on track in record time. He was extremely helpful, and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I also appreciate that Pipe Works texts me a picture of the technician that will be in my home and I get notifications, both text and call, of arrival time. I highly recommend Pipe Works!

My serious plumbing issue began on the Monday night before Thanksgiving. The plumbing company I have used for years would not come out. Frank Worsdale came out promptly, and worked until 12:45 a.m. The next day Delroy Cumberbatch worked very hard all day to resolve the issue. When he determined, part of the pipe needed to be removed, Jonathan Dorieux and his excavation team arrived at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Jonathan answered all my questions and explained the seriousness of the problem. The problem was fixed. The technicians were prompt, professional, and competent.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Got a leak from drainage line in one of the bathtubs, called ‘Pipe Works’, spoke a Adriana, who understood everything well, and within “ONE HOUR”, sent Zach and Raheem, who were very professional and knowledgeable, found the leakage and fixed it. He also checked the other areas for leakage. Also offered HVAC annual services, so i took the membership. Very very pleased with their service, and would highly recommend them.
