    After a bit of a rough start last week due to an appointment that caused the technician to be later than we could wait for him, Im happy to say that Im quite pleased with the service we received today. Owen, (and Im so sorry I didnt get the other gentlemans name with him), and Zach Greene, all were very polite, courteous, and got the job done quickly, with care to make as little mess as possible. I the past, Ive had experiences with other service providers who seem to think women know nothing about their own homes. Not these guys! Very professional. Best yet, they were happy along with me that this bit of preventive maintenance showed we have no looming problems. Thank you Zach, Owen, and the 3rd young man!

    Justin was the on site supervisor and nick was our technician. I called for a free estimate on hydro jetting main sewer line after an inspection they offered me a fair price so I agreed to continue with the jetting. All jetting took about a hour, nick was very careful, professional and polite. He informed me on everything outside and inside of my home that may need to be replaced ( some things were a if I wish basis to make my daily life easier ) he wasn’t your average skim from the top money hungry plumber. I fully believe roto rooter can handle whatever plumbing needs you may have. If you call them try to request nick. Most importantly the price they quoted me was the price I paid not a penny more.

    The plumber came out twice the first time he gave me the estimate. The 2nd day, he came back with what was needed and put them in. He answered the questions that I had and was extremely thorough. He was working on plumbing (faucets) that were over 30 years old!!!! He was very patient!!!! Thank you, sir, for an exceptional job!!!! And, HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!!! I SHOULD add, even though he did a great job putting in the new sinks in the bathrooms, the floor and under the sink in one of the bathrooms were TO-tally wet to where under the sink WILL have to be replaced. Nothing was said to me about this situation otherwise it would have been taken care of promptly.

    I really appreciated that the technician didn’t try to upsell me. He could tell that some of my problems were caused by old drain hardware and that paying to have them snaked wasn’t going to fix my problem. He even called his manager to see if he would need to charge me for the work he did on my toilet, since that problem was also just caused by age and not by a clog in the plumbing like I had thought.

    They hooked the water line in to the out valve on our water softener. We called to have this error corrected and Nick said he would send somebody the next day. Nobody showed up or called. The reverse osmosis filter they installed wasnt working either. Horrible communication issues persist with RRs bloated corporate management structure. Believe it or not, this is actually an improvement over the last time we used RR for a project larger than a drip or clog. Slow to learn, but I think I got it this time - for anything more than a minor fix, go with a better company. Id rather pay more than deal with this headache.They did finally send out a plumber, who left without checking the water softener or RO filter. The water softener leaked. Unbelievable. I finally left a one star review which quickly resulted in a call and a repair time set up.While they were out the last time, we were assured we would receive about a 30% discount because of the hassle - would we please leave a better review? I changed the review to 3 stars. 2 weeks later, we didnt even got the discount! I changed the review again to one star, and wow, we got another call. 6 weeks later..... everything works and we now have our discount. Essentially, they bought this review.

    A+ Service. Steve installed a new water heater for us. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of the new water heater since it was different than our ancient one that needed to be replaced. Their price was lower than a couple other companies. They even hauled away our old one. We’ll definitely be using this Company again for any future jobs that may be needed.

    Roto-Rooter installed our new water softener. We can definitely feel and taste the difference in our water. My wife says her hair is soft now. Mike came out to give us the estimate on a Friday and by Monday afternoon we had a brand new water softener. My wife and I were very impressed with the price quoted and that they stuck to it.Update: We have had them come over for a couple of different issues. This company and its employees are wonderful.

    Zach is the only one I will call to fix any plumbing issues. I had hired other people to redo my bathrooms from water damage. Then called roto rooter. Zach came in and fixed the other companies mess. I had a small space for a shower and it was a nightmare. Zach had a ton of hard work but he did it all with a smile and said no problem. He was truly my life saver. Very fair price, extremely knowledgeable, polite, I did get bumped and had to wait ( only pointing this out because he is in high demand. He stayed until the job was done and done right. So if you cant get in when you want be patient and wait your turn. Its worth it!) He is also coming back to do some other work that 5 other companies told me cant be done. He said no problem and I trust him 100 percent. He installed shower, tub,two toilets, two vanities, fixed pipes. +. Thank you Zach 😊

    Just wanted to say thank you so much for the great service. Eric and the guy that came with him (I apologize, but I didnt get his name) were so helpful! It was determined that the water heater has a cracked tank and since its still under warranty, hopefully AO Smith will provide a new one. Eric explained everything and when we find out about getting a new one, we will certainly be calling your company to have Eric install it. It was so nice to have people that are so nice and honest. Eric certainly deserves the 5 star rating.

    Nick came out Friday and was going to do a snake cleaning and I changed my mind to a Jet cleaning but his line was broken and he had to get it fixed. He came back Monday and jet cleaned the kitchen line. He was professional on the job. Even offered to mop up the floor from mess (wasnt alot) . Thank you and will be having him back to put a new sewer pump in at the end of the year. This company is sooo much better than the other gouging companies (MW, JH). Very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious.Zach back out Thursday to repair a dripping shutoff valve. Took care of the issue quickly. Then I picked his brain for advice on how to prevent future frozen and/or broken pipes. Very helpful.

    I am so happy with the quality and professionalism of the service I got from Roto-Rooter. Our Sewer pipes were clogged and whenever we drained the water, it would over flow our basement. Eric and Nick came out to our house late at night and were in great spirits despite the late hour. They explained everything they were going to do and the pricing for everything that was expected. They took a camera down our sewer and let us watch first hand what they were seeing so we could fully understand what was going on in our pipes. We had roots growing in our pipes which was causing the clog. They removed the roots and made sure that our pipes were working properly before they left. They guaranteed us a certain price in the beginning and that is what we were charged, even when they went in with the pressure water which was supposed to be extra. We were so pleased with the work they did and we will definitely call them if we have another plumbing problem. I highly recommend using them.

    After a horrible ordeal with Tiger Service, I had RotoRooter out and they jetted the pipe and used the camera to make sure that the drain was completely cleaned and was able to put a year guarantee on the service.     My basement flooded back in June when we had torrential downpours and the power was out for about five hours. As part of the clean up and remodel I wanted to upgrade my backup system and have my sump replaced. I obtained referrals from neighbors and obtained quotes from two well known locally owned appliance and repair services. The quotes were both very close together but higher than I anticipated and so I was looking for a third estimate. I didn’t have any experience with roto rooter but thought it wouldn’t hurt to get a quote from them. They were less than half of the other two quotes for the exact same work. I couldn’t believe it. The roto rooter technician came out and was very helpful. He opened up the pit and checked everything out and explained everything to me. The other companies that came out didn’t open the pit they just looked around and weren’t as thorough or helpful. The technician completed the work on time and cleaned up everything and went over the new system. I’m very pleased with the pricing and service and very glad I made that third call.

    I am 100% satisfied with my service! My sewer backed up the night before Christmas Eve due to tree roots, so I was a bit panicked about the cost and trying to get someone out. I called and schedule my appt at around 7 PM and was given an appt window of 10 AM to 12 PM. The morning of the appt, I was sent a bio of the technician, and he called about 20 minutes before 10 to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, prompt, and professional and answered all of my questions. He blew my line out and used a camera to check out my lines and was done with everything in about an hour and half. My bill was very reasonable. (FYI, they never charge extra for nights, weekends, or holiday.) I highly recommend Roto Rooter!

    I am very happy with the service I received. Dispatch was friendly and upbeat. A technician was sent out the same day I called and within an hour or so of my call. The service needed to repair my issue was explained in detail. The technician showed me the issue as well as gave me options. There were no hidden fees and I believe the cost for the service I received was very reasonable. The technician Tad was very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, as well as fast. It was nice to chat with him a bit while we were waiting for the washer to finish test draining.     We were pretty sure we had a clog, and nothing we tried could get rid of it. We called Roto-Rooter on Monday evening, and they made the appointment for the next day. They said they try to stick as closely to the early part of the 2-hour window they give, and that wound up being true. The technician, Sterling, arrived promptly, was very cordial and especially courteous and conscientious regarding social distancing and Covid-19 safety. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. Even after he got rid of the clog (it was an old wash cloth, gross!), he ran a few tests to make sure everything was good. He was great! We will definitely call Roto-Rooter again with any future issues.

    These people are first rate starting with the person who answers the phone and sets the appointments, the reminder call about the appointment time, and the plumbers themselves. I have gotten all my appointments either same day or next day unless I requested otherwise. Polite, prompt, very accommodating, and the quality of the work is absolutely top notch. They fixed a toilet that had a broken anchoring screw, cleaned out another toilet and replaced a toilet. In the past they installed a opening into the sewer pipe from the house and have done roto rootering multiple times. They have fixed rates for each job so you know ahead of time what the cost will be. A really great company!

    I called this morning in a panic. I had water running everywhere. The customer service gal was very reassuring & offered to walk me through how to shut the water off at the main. She scheduled me for the first available appt today (Sunday). The tech arrived within the timeframe specified. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it right away.     My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Carlos and the technicians (Matt, Colton and Ranger) that came to repair a sewer line issue in our yard and a possible leak in our basement. Our house is older and presents a number of challenges. All the work was completed in one day, excavation, repair and backfilling. Carlos showed us exactly what was going on at each stage of the repair and gave us options for what we could do. He was also able to have a technician (Sean) come by later that same day to hydro jet clean the entire line from the house to the street.     Thank goodness for Micky from roto rooter! It took him about an hour and a half to open a main line that Steve Ray plumbing couldn’t get open in the 20 minutes he was there. Then steve ray said I had to do a $10,000 repair. Some companies are out to steal your $ like steve ray plumbing and some provide good customer service like Micky.
