    Ion and his team at General Home Watch & Maintenance were great to work with. From start to finish Ion was reliable, communicative and professional. He not only listened to what we envisioned, but actively participated in answering our questions and making recommendations for additional improvements, all while remaining within our budget. He worked with us to really transform our home, not missing any small detail. Ion and his team painted our interior walls, doors, ceiling, trim, kitchen cabinets, and a portion of the outdoor of our home. The quality of his work has been exceptional. His skills are very broad and we will continue to work with him on many other projects in the future.

    Ion Sajin , is the owner and Contractor of General Cape Realty and Renovations. He camed referred to me.I needed most of my trim repaired ,replaced, and painted. My clapboard needed repair and paint. New lights and a lot more. He is most thoughtful and fairly priced for such quality work. Easy to talk with. Will go out of his way to make the job right and customer happy. I love the transformation he and his crew did. The crew is detail orientated for sure. Always professional, showed up on time , worked fulll days. He just cares. I trusted him ,his words are solid, and Iwill continue to do business with him in the future and highly recommend his expertise and quality work for anyone who needs work done around your home.     Ion Sajin at General Home Watch and Maintaince has done a very professional and reliable work. I am the owner of the Beauty Studio in Chatham. The original building is over 100 years old and needed everything: new floors, new interior and exterior painting, interior and exterior color design, new dry wall, installation of new doors and windows, also new trims and new siding! Ion and his crew was very knowledgeable and was able to prioritize what needed to be done first and how to complete the project on time with an outstanding new shic look 👌 😀.     I had the pleasure of using General Cape LLC for 2 projects in the summer of 2024. The initalnproject was painting of our house. General Cape (Ion) arrived on time, work was very inptessive and very neat. Upon completion i was so impressed with the quality of the completedvproject that i dcided to have General Cape replace the carpeting in the master bedroom with hardwood. The project was completed on time and far exceeded my expectations. The workers were neat, left no mess and the flooring looks great.I would utilize Ion’s company again and would recommend them without hesitation.

    We couldn’t be happier with the extensive remodeling work done to our house by General Cape LLC. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation throughout the final design and renovation work which included, among many things, the remodeling of two bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer), transforming one large living space into a separate a living room and bedroom with closet, installing recess lighting upstairs and downstairs, and the painting of the entire exterior. The owner/project manager of the company (Mr. Ion Sajin) listened carefully to our preferences and provided expert guidance and advice throughout the process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the remodeled spaces were truly impressive. Our neighbors were greatly impressed and the quality of their work exceeded all expectations!
