I highly recommend Charlotte Pavers and Stone. I’ve used them twice. First to repair our front walkway flagstone steps, which they did beautifully. And then hired them to rip our our backyard and create a flagstone patio and enlarge the existing stone steps. They are professional, hard working, and create a beautiful finished product. They had to deal with some drainage issues at our house and handled them beautifully, the patio drains without a problem. The stone work is gorgeous and the new steps blend seamlessly with the old steps. We love the new patio and will use them again for our next stone project. Highly recommend!

I got their business information from Angies List around 2015, I have used their service to put a partly new concrete driveway and a pad for a carport garage for my classic cars. They did a great job smoothing the concrete on the leveled ground. I really like the workers as they were professional, courage, respectful, honest, and hard workers to get it done right in timely manner.Forward to year 2022, I used their service again to put drainage pipeline to direct waterway to nearby ditch instead of going to the house on the property. They quote the price fairly and affordable for me to resolve the flooding problem on my property, once they dig up the dirt to make a path, put rocks along with new HVC pipes from one area to another. They did a professional job, and treated their customers right with good critical thinking skills. I cant tell you how pleased I am with their professionalism, great attitude and respect. I can recommend with a complete confidence to my friends, and families any type of drainage, concrete, and designer patio pad and stone work. I am very happy with the results and price ranges.

Charlotte pavers and stone came out to fix issues with our previously installed patio/pavers. They were great to deal with! They discussed all our options and explained everything in detail. We ended up removing blocks up against our siding (if we kept it as it was, we would definitely have rot under the siding) they dug out the excess sand and cleaned it up, sloping the edge for proper drainage. They pressure washed and scrubbed the entire patio, removing mold, mildew, moss and remaining paver joint sand, the applied new polymeric sand. The finished product is just what we wanted, it looks great and was done in a timely manner. We would definitely refer them to anyone that needs a cement or stone project!

We had several out to price out a retaining wall for sloped yard management and erosion control. Charlotte Pavers and Stone stood out from the rest. Our job consisted of a tiered retaining wall design with stone steps, paver patio in herringbone pattern, and seat wall; work included regrading our backyard and pressure washing our driveway after they were done. Stoney returned every call & email promptly and with relevant information that showed he actually read my messages and listened to my questions. Their quote was very reasonable, and he made suggestions we didnt even think of. He prompted us for information about possible future plans to make sure his construction would accommodate, as needed. We ended up taking his suggestions and havent regretted it one bit. It was HARD work, much having to be done by hand (digging included), but he and his crew were there when they said they would be and finished on time and on budget. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and the materials used were exactly as I asked and as promised. Site prep and clean up were flawless. They tried as much as they could to make it like they were never there, as if the hardscaping just magically appeared. I would give Charlotte Pavers and Stone ten stars if I could. Charlotte Pavers and Stone was TRULY phenomenal! They did quite a bit of work for my wife and I. We had a back patio extension with a stone wall installed. Despite the weather not cooperating they were able to fit us in and get this addition completed. They kept us posted every step of the way, gave a full itemized quote so there were no surprises, and were able to lend their expert advice on both design and function. Not only did the extion and wall come out perfect, but they also did some grading of our backyard for us to make it look neat. We also used Charlotte Pavers and Stone to do a concrete driveway extension, as well as some landscape edging in our front yard. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are looking at other project ideas for them currently. Top notch operation with QUALITY work! Highly recommend for landscaping, concrete work or stone/brick work!!!!

We contacted Charlotte Pavers and Stone to clean and seal our patio as well as replace the polymeric sand in many areas where it had disintegrated over time. It was a three step process to clean the pavers, replace the polymeric sand and seal the pavers. The team helped move the heavier items off our patio and were very careful with their power washing around our three season porch vinyl windows. Charlotte Pavers and Stone did a great job for us and I highly recommend this company.

The owner came out right away to give me an estimate and I hired them two days later. They came and did a great job tuck pointing brick on the front of the house. They matched the mortar perfectly so the work is barely noticeable. I had a crack in the concrete driveway that they fixed and several cracks in the cement on the back patio. It was repaired perfectly and is not very noticeable at all. I would highly recommend this company. Stoney, the owner is a great guy and the two men who were working here were very nice and professional. All around great company to work with.

Charlotte Pavers and stone did an amazing job replacing and repairing all the stone coping on my pool and spa. They took the time to find an exact match for the existing stone and even suggested a different size stone to complete the cap on top of the spa. It looks fantastic.I tried to get several other pool companies and numerous stone companies to help with my repair and NO ONE would even come to look at it and said they were all too busy. They other companies also wanted to tear out ALL the stone and charge me over $10,000 for a simple repair. Stoney Wilson came to my house and was very thorough, always polite, and gave me a reasonable estimate and completed it the job well beyond all my expectations. He called to keep me updated during the job and when the weather caused delays. He took extra time to find the exact right stone for my spa spillway, and it looks like a brand new pool!!! Stoney and his crew are true craftsmen. Everyone who looks at our house remarks on the looks and quality of the stone work and asked who did it. Before they got started the owner had to look long and hard to find the color of stone we wanted with the right mixture of grays and browns, hard to find in Tennessee field stone. Charlotte Pavers & Stone returned and started the job again using a concrete patch substance which is close to the painted color and filled the cracks properly. The drive and walk way are now much more visually appealing.

Charlotte Pavers and Stone came to my home to assessed mortar joints cracks on the exterior walls. I have small amounts of moisture seeping into my crawl space during periods of heavy rain and was hoping that tuck pointing some of the mortar joints would alleviate this minor moisture issue. After investigating the extent to the mortar joint cracks, it was determined that it was unnecessary and that any minor crack repairs may (or may not) be effective at solving what is a relatively-minor problem. This honest review and assessment was sincerely appreciated and, therefore, I wanted to provide my five star rating to Charlotte Pavers and Stone since honesty and integrity are important to every home owner when hiring a contractor.

I found Charlotte Pavers and Stone on a google search for stone masons in my area. I had some grouting and minor work on a stone patio that needed to be done on short notice. Stoney Wilson and his team of expert masons were at my house the next day completing the work in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. Our landscape engineer just happened to be working at the house that day and suggested that I convert a pea gravel path into a composite stone/concrete path to better withstand the rain washouts that were carrying all the gravel to the bottom of the slope. Stoney gave me a quote that was not matched by any of the other companies I had used in the past. He created a beautiful path of concrete embedded with white pea gravel on the surface. It was exactly what we were hoping for and was completed within one week from the day of the quote. I strongly recommend Charlotte Pavers and Stone for all stone/paver/cement work. I had a great experience with Charlotte Pavers and Stone. The area around my swimming pool needed a number of repairs to the stonework, pavers, and pool tiles. When I sent an email inquiry about whether they would take a look, I heard back quickly with an offer to come out within the next few days, even if that meant weekends. When I gave a few times that would work, I had a quick reply and a visit for an estimate. I got a fair price for the estimate, and they began work the following week. The mortar that they used to secure my lose stone matched, and it is impossible to see where the repairs were made. The pavers that had been needing level look great, and the loose tiles that had come unattached in my pool were repaired. Everything looks great, and I could not be more happy with the results.

We hired Charlotte Pavers and Stone to pressure wash, repair pavers that had shifted due to tree roots and re-install polymeric sand in between our brick pavers on our exterior patio. They did a phenomenal job! The did a VERY thorough job pressure washing all of the mildew, lichen and debris from the brick. They did a wonderful job with re-aligning the brick pavers due to the tree roots and re-installing polymeric sand so that there are no gaps between the brick pavers. The patio looks brand new! Super pleased with the final result!

We had Stony come out to evaluate the stone face of our home since we were concerned with the mortar job done by the builder. Stony took the time to explain to us that our stonework is dry stack meaning the mortar is not as visible as it is on, for example, brickwork, and that they gaps we were seeing were nothing to be concerned with. He was upfront & honest with us, and didnt try to sell us a service we didnt need.We were so impressed with Stony that we will be giving serious consideration to Charlotte Pavers & Stone when we are ready to move forward on hardscaping our backyard, including built-in grill and garden walls.
