A*a*a*a*mazing!!! Our installers today Brandon & Ryan were the best! Very punctual, professional and courteous!! They worked right through- no lunch break,and we werent inconvenienced with water being off very long as I didnt even know it was off and back on had they not told me. They were through and if we get our second bath redone I know whom to call!! Thanks guys for making our dreams a reality...a new safe shower!! Bathfitters we were pleasantly impressed!! We recently had a tub to shower conversion done by BATHFITTER. Our experience started with Christian coming out to measure and design. He was very helpful and informative. The team that installed it, Brandon, Brian and Chris, worked tirelessly, explained everything along the way, took care to ask our opinions, demonstrating to us how it worked. A really good experience and we have a beautiful new shower. BTW this install happened the day before Helene hit the Carolinas. So they worked all day going in and out of the rain. I prayed they made it home to their families safely.

We are extremely pleased with our two Bath Fitters installations. One was shower to shower and one was tub to shower. The quality of materials and the reviews were the best that we found when we were looking for the perfect company to do our installation. Our first installation we had Chris and Brian. Second installation we had Brandon, Chris and Kevon. Both teams really worked well together. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. They got a long well with each other. We were very comfortable with them in our home. They were so respectful of our property and of us. Cleaned up well before they left. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Exactly what we wanted. By the way, the pictures in the bath fitters pamphlets or online do not do their product justice.

Bath Fitter did a great job converting my tub to a walk-in shower for my condo. I started with a virtual consultation with Jerry where we went through the process, design tool, and I received a quote. He then came out to take measurements the next day and I paid the down payment. Then about a week later Stacy called to schedule the installation. We had some issues finding the water shut off but we were able to get that resolved with Dale the plumber. Stacy then rescheduled me for the following week. Brian did the installation. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. The old tub was removed and the walk in shower installed within five hours! Best of all, he left the condo and bathroom clean with no trace of remodeling.This was truly a great, streamlined experience. I’m happy with the service I received and love my new shower!

I would recommend Bath Fitter a million times over. From the consultation to installation everything was seamless. Everyone we met and dealt with were confident and professional and we had no doubts throughout the entire process. David was our sales representative. He was knowledgeable and down to earth which we appreciated. Our installer Chris had our shower done in a day but we had to wait on our glass enclosure for a few weeks, understandably so it was worth the wait and we are very happy we chose Bath Fitter for this project.

I am the caregiver for my 96 year old mother who has dementia. Six months ago, she fell backwards into our walk-in shower and cracked the structure of the shower stall. Since then, I have been giving her sponge baths with disposable adult cleansing cloths. How I longed to give her a real shower again!After reading about roll-in showers on the Internet, I made an appointment for a consultation at the BathFitter showroom. I was immediately impressed by our salesperson (David) who arranged for us to go into the warehouse to see a roll-in shower typically displayed at trade shows. Over the course of the next few days, David patiently and responsively answered questions ranging from plumbing fixtures to preventing slippage. I was also impressed that David came to our home after our showrrom visit to take his own measurements and photos.The actual work was performed about two weeks later. The installer (Brandon) was on time, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. Our new roll-in shower is both beautiful and functional. Giving my mother a shower is once again a pleaurable activity.One final thought. If you are considering investing in a roll-in shower for use by an elderly person, get three grab bars - not two. The extra grab bar gives the senior more mobility and greater safety.

My bath tubs/shower look fantastic!!! My whole experience with Bath Fitters was great. I requested a consult through the website. I was contacted promptly. The sales person was very thorough and not pushy at all. I signed the agreement on a Friday afternoon. After some thought I decided to add a seat to my walk in shower. The sales rep came back to my house on Sunday to redo the paperwork. Bath Fitters contacted me approximately 2 weeks later to set up the install. I had 2 tubs redone. The install was complete in 2 days. The installation persons were very neat and I was left with no mess. They cleaned everything including the floor. My before and after pictures are not that great but maybe you can see how great my tub/shower looks. Although I havent finished the remodel in the bathrooms, I know that the tub/shower will be the highlight of the bathrooms. I highly recommend Bath Fitters if you want a professional and reasonably priced remodel for your bath.

We are indeed delighted with our new shower installation. We met with the rep on a Saturday and one week later the job was done! The installer was very professional it only took a day and a half to get it completed. Our situation required more than the usual demolition so that is the reason it took longer than one day. We are totally satisfied with choosing Bath Fitters to renovation our main bath/shower.They amazed us from start to finish. It was so easy and convenient for this project. The Sales Rep. came to present their products and services in one visit. Very User Friendly process. He left after taking accurate measurements and presenting the quote including accessories and options. So we always had a choice. After the project was complete, we called them back for an upgrade to a second shelf.Their office Staff contacted us soon to let us know our product arrived and we booked the install promptly. Right on time, Brian showed up and went to work independently, alone.He really knew what to do without any advice from me. What a great system he has for his work plan. He too, was so respectful, professional, polite, neat and the cleanup wasperfect. He knows what he is doing. No shortcuts. Bath Fitters even arranged the permit and Building Inspector to arrive and inspect. The Inspector was also very impressed. We live 70+ miles away and it is such peace of mind to find a team of professional that go the distance for a job very well done. The installer worked like a well trained Baker with final touches. That Guy did an incredible job caulking. They are an incredible team and well worth contacting. Just start with questions. No regrets here.Well worth the ROI, Return On Investment.No more tub wall to hurdle over. We urgeextra hand grab bars for safety like they suggested. COVID Compliant too.We have no doubt that this was our best remodel yet.

I am so glad I hired bath fitter to redo my shower. I felt comfortable from the beginning when I scheduled the first appointment for an estimate. The staff and workers were professional and helpful. All questions were answered and the services explained. The guys who installed my new shower did a great job. They were very professional, courteous and respectful of my home. Everything was cleaned afterwards and all the material removed from the old shower was loaded and discarded by the workers. We had not fully committed until the gentleman who came, explained things, showed us what made them stand out and all the work they do to fix any issues. Day of installation, we had a gentleman, named Bruce, show up for installation. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! Our job took two days due to our plumbing but Bruce called the appropriate people and got what needed to be done, done! He cleaned everything up and overall did an AMAZING JOB!!! Thank you so much.

Bath Fitter is a great company to do business with and their product is amazing. We were remodeling our house and selected Bath Fitter to redo our tub and shower. The process was very easy. We met with a very knowledgable consultant who walked us through the process, answered all our questions, helped us pick out the options, and provided a quote. The installer was very conscientious while working in the house, explained the process, and the work was completed in about 5 hours. The result was amazing and worth every penny spent. Everyone from the consultant, to the scheduler, to the installer, and the manager was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I cant say enough about their dedication to making sure the product was exactly to our expectations and that we were completely happy. I will be using them again next time I need to remodel a bathroom and I can highly recommend them to you as well.

Besides the price being right within our budget, our installer, Warren, was right on time. He removed the old product, cut it up and disposed of it with no mess whats so ever. Chris did our other bathroom by himself. He was great. Our shower rod didn’t work and he came back after working on a long job to replace it because he knew we had company coming in. That was great customer service!

The process was smooth. He arrived as scheduled had all his tools and even gave us a few minutes to add insulation to the wall. I was asked how high up I wanted the tile sheets to go and had multiple choices . They took care of the permits and had scheduled the time for him to arrive. He even told us about our floor joists needing rebuilt in the bathroom and showed us the problem. Hung our grab bars where we wanted them. Installer did a great job

Samuel and Dexter were able to remove our old shower/tub combo, replace a leaking cracked drain and install a beautiful new white subway tile shower unit and faucet/shower head in approximately 8 hours. Their work was excellent and we could not be more pleased. Later we had the bead board from our walls and popcorn ceiling removed and requested Bathfitters replace the caulking that was damaged when the headboard was removed. They had Samuel come back out and Samuel not only replaced the caulking, but cleaned the tile unit saying spray from the popcorn removal had gotten on the tile and could damage it if it was left as is. We didn’t even notice this spray and was very grateful for Samuel’s excellent eye and detailed service. Highly recommend Bathfitters. And, be sure and ask for Samuel if you are in our area. Charlotte NC. We receive lots of compliments on our shower. So happy we went with Bathfitters.

I love my new shower. I had a tub replaced with a shower the same size. I chose the smooth side option. It is so easy to clean. I just swipe it down with a squeegie. This was the best decision Ive made. Easy in, easy out. And if I need to sit in the shower one day, there is plenty of room to put a shower chair in.

We recently used Bathfitters to remove a bathtub/shower and replace it with a walk-in shower. From the date of the consultation to in install was less than 2 weeks!! We love the shower and will definitely have them come back to help us with our next bathroom project.

We had a small issue with a scratch on one of the corners of our new tub which was handled quickly by Bathfitters in scheduling and effecting the repair. We continue to be happy with our decision to use Bathfitters in creating a much nicer bathroom which dates to the later 1920s.

Product is great and the installers were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Only complaint was they left metal shavings in carport area where they cut the shower door rails.
