    On time, very polite, put down cloth runners everywhere they walked, (I have white carpet, very much appreciated that) 4 1/2 hours new furnace and air installed. All clean when they left. They tested everything to make sure all was working. Great job!! Also Matt came out to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. He measured all the windows to know exactly what size we needed for our equipment. Very thorough. Would refer them to everyone.

    Buying a furnace can be stressful, but all the people at Schaal really made it stress free. The sales people did a wonderful job breaking down all of the options. The installation team was very professional, and efficient. They were tidy, and wore shoe covers to keep my house clean.     I had called because I was worried about my ac unit turning on more frequently. I was able to be schedule quickly and on the day of the appointment they had sent Rickey Stephen. He was able to come early which was a nice surprise! He was very nice and professional as he examined my unit. Once he finished he explained what was wrong and how much it was. Since mine was a very old unit he said he wouldnt recommend actually doing the repairs which I really appreciated that he didnt just tell me to fix them. He also set me up with a consultation to have someone come out to talk how much it might be to fully replace it which I also liked because one less phone call. Overall very satisfied with Rickey and would have him back out if I had issues again.

    Brandon, the service tech from Schaal was top-notch. He made a same day assessment and installed our water heater the next day. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We are hoping that he will be our service tech for our biannual maintenance and assessment of our HVAC systems. We will recommend him and Schaal to all our friends and family.

    Sam Ziebol has been to my home twice and has been very thorough and patient on each visit. He always addresses the problem and explains everything in detail. Very polite and trustworthy and most of all knowledgeable. I will always ask for him when I need help.     My air conditioner would not shut off. Blake came to check what was going on. He checked the thermostat and thought it was ok. It was on cool but should be on heat for air and furnace. He replaced a part but was not the problem so left it with no charge for it. The next day he returned with another guy to check air. The problem was resolved. I paid for maintenance two times a year.

    Yesterday, a Sunday, I had to have a Schaal technician come to fix a problem with my heating system. His name is Vaughn Swart. He took care of the problem immediately and thoroughly explained what happened. I mentioned that I’d had no hot water since Friday. He offered to look at the water heater and found the pilot light had gone out. He got it lit, showed me what to look for and how to get it lit if it goes out in the future. Vaughn Swart went out of his way to help me so I could have a hot shower and a warm house by Sunday evening. Thank you Vaughn.

    I really recommend Brandon H.as a wonderful person and a good professional.Brandon H.came to inspect/assess the condition of our ( broken) water heater.     Our service tech, Adam Powers did an e crllent and was very professional and courteous. We had a new water heater installed that replaced two old water heaters. Adam and his two associates had the new one installed and the old out in less than 1 1/2 hrs. This was our first experience with Schaal snd we will definitely use them again.     Jacob Pulliam, Nick Childers. were awesome and we wasnt there yet but my son let them in an they had moved everything so I didnt have to, They made sure they didnt track up the carpet with mud and snow, When they were done they put everything back where it was when they came, and they cleaned up everything as it was or shouldve been done in the furnace area, I would recommend them to all of my friends and family in the future.Thank you from Veronica and Kenny

They came out and attempted a repair on my out of date 35+ year old unit and quickly identified the issue was not fixable. The following day they sent someone out to measure my home layout for sizing needs and received a very easy to understand estimate with clear pricing.     This is Brenda‘s husband Craig Andersen. I am so happy. I called schaal Blake was the most awesome, friendly, courteous, professional knowledgeable technician I’ve ever had come to my home. He was so polite and explained everything to me in detail and coming out on Friday night. He was in no rush. He made sure knew everything that was wrong with my AC and furnace in no way did I feel he was ever trying to pressure me into something I didn’t need he did the most thorough inspection of both by furnace and AC unit that I’ve ever had and showed me everything.     Joseph Arellanes was very nice! A pipe from our air conditioner that is fed into the basement had frost on it. He checked to make sure it wasnt a refrigerant leak, but we both agreed it looked like water and not oil. He said we wouldve had to have run the air conditioner lately, for that kind of leak at this time of year, which of course was a hard no 😆 When we got our air conditioner replaced in April (?) we think they took out some of the insulation, and we both agreed we think its getting a draft from outside, and adding some insulation back in should help. Of course, he said if it keeps happening or gets worse, give them a call ASAP. Im satisfied and comfortable with the outcome of the appointment.

    To start off 2025, I was greeted with a furnace making some strange noises while the heat was running. On New Year’s Day, I was able to go to the Schaal website and schedule a technician to come out the very next morning. The process for making an appointment was really simple and they are extremely competitive in terms of pricing to roll a truck out to your door. Sam Ziebol was the tech I got and he was fantastic. I had the issue diagnosed very quickly while educating me about my system. I got some super helpful tips for maintenance and most importantly, Schaal had the exact part I needed so I was able to get back up and running within a few hours of Sam being out there. He was very personable and professional, which is greatly appreciated as well. I am super happy with the service I received with Schaal, as well as Sam and I will continue to be a customer for as long as we are in the corridor area!

    Called Schaal after our 2 year old hot water heater failed. Sam was so helpful explaining our options and also explained why such a new hot water heater failed. While here, he also did an A/C tune up we mentioned we planned on scheduling for a later date. He also did a tune up of the furnace and swapped out the filter since it was about time. And the whole time, Sam is stopping to listen to my questions and thoroughly explain his answer to ensure I understood. AND he won the heart of my 10lb tripawd pup that is terrified of strangers!! We talked all things tripawd dog related because Sam has a tripawd dog too!     Chad is a delightful person. He arrived on time with a smile! We went to the lower level to assess the situation and there was no question that we needed to replace our homes original 20 year ago water heater. Chad had the new one in place and functioning in less than three hours. He explained everything thing to our satisfaction and cleaned up behind himself. The installation is updated from before and very clean. We had hot water in less than eight hours from realizing that we had an issue. Right time. Right place.     Braxton was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions. He explained in detail how to operate the thermostat and how to get it hooked up. The other technician, his name escapes me at the moment was always doing something to move the job forward. The system is now operating and they cleaned up as they went.Our system was over 20 years old and and undersized. They worked the new system in easily. The tested the furnace to ensure operation before turning the AC on. Extremely satisfied with their work.

Everything is good to go, and I feel better knowing my furnace is ready for the cold weather.He also informed me of the sale on electric filters, and explained how they work. They are more efficient and better for both ductwork and furnace operations, so I took advantage of the sale and replaced my old filter.He also suggested I consider replacing my water heater some time soon, as its a 2009.     EDIT: Im bumping my review up to 4 stars because they were quite prompt to respond and fix the minor damage they caused in my home. They assured me it wasnt intentional and were very apologetic.Over the past 2 days Ive had Schaal come and install a new furnace and heat pump and then do a duct cleaning the following day. They were polite and did a good job.However, each day after they left I noticed damage in my home that they caused and left without notifying me. It was minor damage, but Im going to have to repair my door frame because now the door to my furnace room wont latch closed.Im extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this. I get you dont want to look bad, but you really should own up to your mistakes instead of running away.Im still giving 3 stars because they did their job well and I dont review bomb. If not for hiding the damage to my home from me it would have been 5 stars. Ill be much more leery and watchful of the technicians who visit my house in the future.

    We got a new AC unit with Schaal a year ago and our AC unit had stopped working on Friday randomly. We called and got on the books to have a tech come out. We originally weren’t supposed to have a tech out til Tuesday but we got called that they had an opening Sunday and Joseph ended up coming out. It has been a long hot few days with inside getting up to 85 and Joseph was very fast to figure out what was wrong to get our AC working again and was very personable. 10/10 service!!!     6.12.24 Sam Ziebol came to our home to look at our hot water heater to see what the issue was. During his inspection he noticed a lot of things and explained in detail what those issues are and what other problems could happened if not addressed. He was very courteous and made sure he explained any questions that we asked professionally in way that you would understand but at the same time explained what he was doing and why.     The guys came out today to do an inspection of my furnace. My furnace checked out amazing and is doing fine. They guys noticed however that my water heater was leaking. They educated me on what was happening and why and what the options were to fix this. They got a new water heater to the house today and got it installed.     Schaal Plumbing is at the top of the list when picking a company to replace your havac unit.Recently I have read that its not the product but the installers that make a new system successful. This statement couldnt be more true when I found out the hardway when my new Lennox unit had problem after problem and its not even 5 years old yet.To make matters worse this company near me sent out a salesman to give me options about fixing the Lennox issue or to replace it totally with a new unit.He left and never called me back.Schaal may be expensive, but you will know the job will be done right.Happy, near Springville

    Jacob Pulliam is a pure professional. He came to install a new Furnace/AC/Water Heater and ensured that he took care to preserve the floors and carpet in the house while doing the work.     Ryan was courteous and explained what he was going to do step by step. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely seems to enjoy working in this field. I was so refreshed to meet Ryan and to learn more about what he was doing as he was performing the maintenance. He was excited to show us the system readings and even went above the standard and checked how dirty the ducts were. He wasn’t pushy to set up a duct cleaning just told us our options for cleaning. We ended up booking a clean up for when we can fit it in later this year. I am really impressed with how up front this company is and because I am a member they come out twice a year to provide maintenance on both heating and air for no extra cost. It is refreshing to work with a company that operates proactively to continue to keep your systems running top notch!

    Great experience with Schaal. The technician Ryan was very thorough with the diagnostics and repairs, including a few trips up to the roof on a cold December day. He was careful to explain the operations and safety features of the newer HVAC system as well as functions of the newly activated smart thermostat.
