We had a backed up sewer and called Ben Franklin on New Years Day. We spoke with a live representative who was pleasant and helpful getting us scheduled with a technician for early the next morning. Next morning (early) we received a call from the technician, Nate, who advised he was on his way. Nate was punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions and thoroughly explaining the problem and solution. Two hours later our blockage was cleared and the cost was minimal. Highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing!!!

Cory was great! Stopped by for a “quick fix” with a shower faucet and due to our antiquated dual knob system hit some road blocks. I had patched myself a few times before since taking ownership of the home, but we agreed it was time for an overhaul to a new system. Cory quoted appropriately before starting and stayed way after hours to complete the job when he could have easily postponed the start till tomorrow. Great attitude and highly appreciate his willingness to see the job through with all the unknown road blocks. Highly recommend his service! It’s nice to find a reliable source in the community.

We sprung a leak around 7 pm in the evening. Cory was there by 8 pm. My original theories as to where the leak was coming from were all wrong. Cory did a thorough evaluation and cleared our pipe. We found a leak under the sink and we were having issues with a home installed faucet done wrong. Cory was able to give us a new facet and repair the under the sink leaks that same evening. Very professional, prompt, and good service.

We had an emergency laundry sink issue. Nate from Ben Franklin plumbing came, right on time, and worked his magic! He arrived here by 8 a.m., evaluated the issue, gave us options and got to work immediately on the plan we chose. He worked for about 2 hours and had it all fixed to our satisfaction. Nate even waited while we ran a speed wash cycle to make sure the problem was solved. That is dedication and excellent customer service. That is very rare these days. These guys took good care of us. Our water heater failed over the weekend, they sent someone on a Sunday who first investigated to see if we could repair vs replace. When it was clear that it was a replacement, walked us through options and completed the job the next day. We appreciated the same-day service on an emergency repair.My only note to the company is to change your invoicing so its more like a mechanic, where labor and parts are separate. Its not fun seeing a sink basket with that kind of markup.

Benjamin Franklin came to my house to repair clogged toilet on Saturday 912.00...$912.00 dollars and 2 days later on Tuesday I was in exactly same boat.. clogged toilet .... I will never recommend them.. they came Tuesday snd said thry would have to charge me again if I wanted them to work on it....Hell no.. I called city sewer got charged 285.00 and all is good now... dont use Benjamin Franklin.Unless you have money to just give away cuz thats whats happens.. you give them money and I got nothing in return.. have a good day

I am very pleased with Andrew and his partner. He came the first time and determined that the pumps for our steam shower needed to be replaced. He reached out to the company and told us the parts to order. Second time around, he came with a partner to do the installation. They were both great to work with and stayed after hours to get the job done. Need to get an electrician to double check but overall, I highly recommend! We have been customers of BF for a long time and have always been happy with their service.
