Logan arrived on time to replace a leaky shut off valve below my sink. He took care to make sure it was working properly before he left. Very nice guy. I would highly recommend Evans Plumbing especially Logan for any work you might need done.This time I needed to replace a 28 year old water heater. I called Evans Plumbing because I knew from past experience that they were a reputable company. Again, I was not disappointed as Ryan And Dane did an excellent job. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need done.

I had a broken bathroom faucet and a leaking kitchen faucet. I had someone scheduled to come over to replace them and they canceled on me 1 hour before they were suppose to show up. Its the Holiday season and plumbers are booked up until the beginning of the new year. They also charge an outrageous emergency fee if you needed them right away. I was recommended Evans Plumbing from a friend. I gave them a call and they fit me into their schedule 2 days before Christmas. They Showed up on time and were very professional, and gave me a reasonable price. I couldnt be happier with Evans Plumbing. A+++

I submitted my home warranty service claim over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Tuesday morning Tim from Evans Plumbing called to go over my faucet leaks, there were 3 faucets with leaks, and set up a time to have someone come to the house.During the conversation I told Tim that I have a dog that can’t walk up stairs so I can’t shut her up in a room and that if anything she would want a pet.I can’t remember names because I’m horrible with names, but two guys arrived, one was new and learning the ropes of the trade.I showed them the faucets and how they each were leaking.With the home warranty they needed to call it in to see what they could do meaning replace, fix or maybe it is something you have to deal with.After their call with the home warranty they talked to me about faucet options so they could go to the shop to get them to install.They got the faucets and got them installed.I was quite surprised/ happy that with having the home warranty that they were able to get the faucets and get them installed in one service call. The new faucets look amazing.The guys were very nice/pleasant and did a great job and in a timely manner.My dog was happy she made a couple new friends.

They came and fixed issues that resulted from a different contractors mistakes. I called to set up the project, and after saying only a few things, they pointed out a concern about what I thought I wanted that would have led to more problems/maintenance, and then pointed out what they prefer, which was something I already knew about and liked/respected. With very little said, the things they suggested matched exactly what I wanted, so they understood me very quickly. Good quality, scheduled work quickly, work was done in a timely manner, no issues. Even things I forgot to request were to my satisfaction, because they understood what I wanted and offered good, quality items.

I was impressed with how professional Jeff and his team were!!! They were informative for every step of the way. Jeff personally walked me through what was done and explained so I understood. Also they were gentle and very considerate of my belongings. They rolled up my carpets and used site protection for my washer and dryer and the flooring. After the work was done they made sure to clean the site and moved everything back into place. And i was then asked if everything was to my liking. Wow ! How refreshing for such care. I have to admit I was a bit nervous after reading reviews from other people who were assigned to Evans through their home warranty companies. However, I had no issues. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. After I got a response back from the warranty company regarding some items that werent covered(which to be honest I did expect having read my contract) I called and asked for an explanation and Jeff explained it well so I could understand and see where in my contract the charges that werent covered fell under(I had my contract pulled up as I was on the phone with him). Bottom line: Warranty company or not, I would definitely recommend! Thanks for great service and getting hot water restored to my house!

Similar to some other reviews, Evans Plumbing was the contractor for my home warranty agreement as well. Contrary to those other reviews, this company has been nothing but helpful and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to help me understand what my issueThey had reached out to me promptly after I submitted my claim to the warranty company, they had called the day they came over to confirm the time, and they were within the given timeframe.The plumber that had to review the situation was very kind. He took the time to explain the problem to me, even though I know little of plumbing systems. Even after the appointment, they had helped clarify why exactly my issue was not covered by the warranty I had purchased.It is regrettable that others did not have the same type of experience as I had. While I do not want to diminish their complaints (some of which I feel can be more attributed to the home warranty contract rather than the plumbers themselves), I do feel it is worth noting that at the very least there are some good aspects of Evans Plumbing.I personally plan on relying on Evans Plumbing should I ever require a professional plumber in the future.

I know dealing with homeowners is not always a fun thing to do, nor is it always enjoyable to invite a service person into your home if they are not personable or knowledgeable. My husband and I both agreed Logan was very personable and professional, and would recommend him and Evans Plumbing. Speaking to the owner, Jeff on the phone, I learned a lot about water filters and the info he gave me may have saved me from getting sick. Time will tell if our stinky drains will stop stinking, They definitely tried multiple things to help us and offered us 30 days if it doesnt clear up, to which I believe they would come back and investigate further. That works for us. 😀
