    Excellent experience with Proven Plumbing. One of my two 50 Gallon water heaters started leaking and they were able to bypass it to keep me up and running on one over the weekend so that we could replace both on Monday with a large Navien NVE-240A2 Tankless Water heater. Great team, very polite and kept me informed as they did the conversion from my two regular water heaters to the new tankless. Joe was great both handling the bypass and then the install on Monday with his team. Highly recommend Proven Plumbing!

    We called Proven Plumbing based on numerous positive reviews and we were not disappointed. Cory and Nolan arrived shortly after 11am well within the 11-2 window. After checking our hot water tank they told us flushing our tank really wouldnt be productive because its 8 years old and never flushed. They recommended some preventative options and patiently answered all of our questions without any charge. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing problems and highly suggest you do the same. Very professional, well informed, honest and considerate.

    I highly recommend Proven Plumbing. They installed two new water heaters a few years ago and we recently had one stop working. They had a technician out to the house same day to diagnose the issue, which ended up needing a part covered under warranty.     It was very easy to set up and change an appointment with Proven Plumbing & Air. They came on time and notified me when they were in route. They also have a link that shows you where they are. Two polite technicians/plumbers came to my house. They swapped out my old disposal for a new one very quickly and tested it. So far so good.

    Very happy with the prompt professional service performed to clearly explain what needed to be done to replace my water heater. The serviceman told me the alternative prices for warranties and and I made my selection for a ten year warranty. The work was completed in a timely manner.     We typically use Proven Plumbing for our plumbing services, including replacing our water heater a few months ago. Last week, we discovered a leak in our home, as there was water pooling under the floor. We called Proven Plumbing on Saturday, and they promptly sent a team on Sunday. They located the source of the leak (as shown in the attached photo) and completed the repair.However, we were shocked by the price. The team found the leak quickly, largely because I directed them to the likely location, which minimized their time on-site. The repair cost came to $500, which we paid without question due to the urgency of the issue, but it felt excessive. I realize the work was done on a Sunday, but $500 still seemed steep for what seemed like a straightforward job.Regardless of how well we were served, this experience underscored the importance of having a backup provider to ensure competitive pricing. While Proven Plumbing was efficient, I couldn’t help but feel that the urgency of the situation might have influenced the pricing.

    Dealing with Pamela and Jon’s on the phone was smooth and a pleasure. They both were eager to help me save money and not do unnecessary work and even guided me to do the job myself. At the end of the day though I still need help and Chad was dispatched to come over. He was a professional young man who quickly solved my remaining small drip and he completely checked my water heater system to ensure proper operation. The charge for all this was extremely fair. I’ll definitely call Proven Plumbing again whenever the next problem arises.

    Kam and Lucas came out to install new toilets, only to find the ones we purchased are too big. Their diligence in measuring before cutting into the boxes allowed us to return and repurchase the correct toilets. They charged us nothing for coming out and provided a more than fair estimate for the work we need done.     Chad did an excellent job replacing our old boiler with a new one. He was professional, punctual, and kept the work area clean throughout the process.     Proven Plumbing offers great service and customer experience. I have used them several times and they always do a great job. My most recent experience involved a leak in my main water line leading to the house. Proven was able to send a team out to my house within one hour. Brian and Zach did a fantastic job replacing the section of pipe that was cracked by tree roots. They were quick, professional and kept me updated on their progress.

    5 stars!Great company, Ive used them in the past.We had our PM Schedule another company out who charged us $450.00 and left us with the same problem, they stated they could come back again for another $189 service charge + time and materials. I said absolutely not. I called my PM and told her that she should have called proven plumbing to start. They came out, found the problem and did it all for $250.00.

    Really happy with my choice to go with proven plumbing. I’m not surprised my neighbors on the next door app recommended them so highly. Pricing is very fair. Anthony in Particular was amazing, I would definitely request him in the future if possible. Very respectful, and did great work. Put in a hot water heater and pressure regulator valve. I recently had water damage from pressure spikes from municipal water supply. None of the homes in my area have them. Would highly recommend having proven plumbing come put one in.

    We recently purchased a house and shortly after moving in we noticed some sink drainage issues. I called Proven for 2 slow draining sinks and one clogged sink. I chose Proven based on the ratings and reviews. From the nice lady who answered the phone when I called, to the technician, Blake, that came to fix the issues, I had a wonderful experience with Proven. Blake reached out before heading to my house to make sure everything was still on schedule. When he got here I showed him the issues and he took the time to explain to me why it was happening and took no time at all to clear all three sinks. Blake and the lady who scheduled my appointment made me feel valued and appreciated with their professionalism and their caring approach to making sure I was satisfied with the work performed.

    Jacob and Zach did a great job. They had a very tight area to work in and were able to successfully bend the copper piping so that we had only a small neatly done incision into my drywall. They also left me with instructions to follow over the next week to make sure there are no tiny pinhole leaks before i seal up the drywall cut.

    Enrique and John did an awesome job detecting a leak in our upstairs bathroom. The leak had caused a hole in the ceiling of our garage. Enrique and John identified the problem right away and got right to work to fix it. (I have hired other guys in the past who have sent out young kids to get the job done, and inevitably they didnt know what they were looking at... but these guys have the experience and knowledge to identify the problem right away). I also appreciated the fact that they explained to me what the repair would cost and showed me an estimate before they proceeded with the repair.     We were redoing our tub/shower and wanted to go from a 3 handle valve system to a 1 handle shower valve. I called Proven Plumbing because theyve done other work for us. They gave me a reasonable quote. Enrique texted before arriving and showed up on time. An additional worker came later to help with the project. I purchased the Moen parts from Lowes. One of the gaskets did not work properly at first. The guys worked to perfection and did not leave until it was 100% correct; even if that delayed them on their next call.     I had a leak in my front yard that was pooling up near my pecan tree. It was a pretty urgent repair need. Proven plumbing was one of the only companies I was able to get a hold of to schedule a last second repair. They were communicative and very prompt!! I called in the morning and received service by early afternoon.The men who came out to do the job were very kind, and they were also very competent at their job. They started digging and located the leak in under 10 minutes. After that, they were able to perform the repair with the parts in their truck very quickly, and with no complications! They also made sure to be careful with the roots of my pecan tree (my tree is very precious to me).I am so thankful for the service this company provided!     We had a pipe burst in our slab. We contracted with Proven for the re-routing of our entire plumbing system. Cameron and Lucas were careful to diagnose the routing of the system to minimize cutting of the drywall. This was a huge undertaking for 3 solid days. The guys worked a 12 hour day on a Saturday, to ensure that we had water service restored! These guys worked solid throughout each day, only taking a quick lunch break. We felt like the price for this service was a great value. Cameron explained the process in advance and was patient with all of our questions!

    Updated to add.Today I got home to a failed water heater. Water everywhere in the garage and the pan failed and I had water in my utility room and one bedroom. While they didn’t fix my carpets (not their gig) they were able to come out within an hour and had a new, non-leaking, water heater in another hour and change. Once again they provided more value than other plumbing companies.Had a leak in my front yard that was bad enough I had to shut down our water. I reached out to Proven and they got back with me immediately. They came out a couple hours later, same day, and got everything fixed in a couple hours.     After a water heater failure in my attic with some damage to a ceiling and a wall, I chose to go with Proven Plumbing to replace both tanks. They promptly arrived the same day to assess the issue, provided me with four separate quotes while I was trying to decide which way I wanted to go and made arrangements with Restoration One of Austin regarding mitigation of damage to my home. I chose to replace the tanks with new tanks and had them installed in the third bay of my garage. They had to relocate water and gas lines, new roof vents and overflow drains. This was quite a project, but their plumbers Jacob and Christine handled it all with professionalism, attention to detail, and answered all of my questions. Upon completion, they left the area tidy.     My hot water heater went out late on Sunday afternoon. I got on line to get the phone number for Proven Plumbing in Cedar Park and saw they had an area to Request Service. I filled out the form expecting to hear from them Monday morning. 10 minutes later I got a call asking if I needed immediate service. I told them we were draining the tank and could wait until Monday morning. They had a technician at my home at 8:00am Monday morning and the replacement hot water heater was installed and all work complete in two hours. The technician was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything about the new hot water heater to us and checked all faucets and tubs to make sure they had no issues.     We had a suddenly leaking water heater that needed to be replaced immediately. Proven Plumbing sent someone out almost immediately to give a free estimate and assessment on the spot. I received a couple of other quotes, and none came close to Provens prices for exactly the same parts and labor. They came back the next day, quickly and politely finished with no issues at all (hauling the old one out of the attic somehow and taking it away), and went over the warranty and maintenance with me to be sure I understood everything. Cant beat the experience: professionalism, friendliness, promptness, pricing, and expertise.

    Proven Plumbing came out to do a list of things which I had left over from my home inspection, some small, one rather large job involving a lot of finesse and expertise. The guys did an impeccable job and informed me of statuses throughout which I appreciated. Their estimate was fair and pricing was transparent. They went above and beyond in doing the job and made certain that any residual debris from the work was cleaned up.     Joe was on time and professional. I only wanted an est. at 1st. After he check everything and told me the price and said he could to it today or wait to get another est. I asked him to do it today. He had everything in the truck. 1st I thought repairs were going to be much more. I was pleasantly surprised on the prices.     Very responsive and helpful, they were able to schedule us for the following day. Needed a toilet unclogged and a new kitchen faucet installed. Cory texted us in advance, on arrival Cory walked us through the process, showed us the estimated cost before performing the work.
