I cant thank Juan enough for his service today. I called this morning after my A/C stopped cooling late yesterday. I have an older inside unit and assumed it was the likely culprit. Juan diagnosed the issue very quickly, showed me the root cause (and it wasnt what I thought) and had it fixed in short order. Our home was back to cool in no time! Not only is Juan knowledgeable, hes also a nice, genuine person. I highly recommend Juan!

Juan is a lifesaver. We have been having an issue with freezing, forcible airflow and quite frankly had given up on ever being warm again. Juan immediately sourced out the problem. After fixing the issue, he explained how he fixed it in layman terms we could understand and how to keep the issue from happening again.We can thankfully stop wearing 3 layers of clothes and gloves inside! WTG Juan! You rock!!

Juan has saved my sanity! My office was a frozen tundra. Juan fixed the problem right away. He even had me check the airflow to make sure that it was to my liking. Great customer service. Juan is my hero!

Juan my man!!Showed up on time, he pinned pointed the problem,He ordered the parts he needed, and came back to job and it was done right!On top of that he cleaned up very very well, not a spot in the bathroom,Thank you Juan!

I had Luiz Cruz out this morning to fix our slow drain in our kitchen sink. He was polite respectful and methodical in troubleshooting the issue. He also replaced a pipe under the sink that was leaking! Great service.
