After my conventional water heater started leaking after 8 years, it was time for a new water heater. I got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with Mr. Tankless because he was easy to communicate with and provided the lowest quote. I also trust his experience doing this for so long with central Texas water.The installation saved some drilling to the outside by utilizing an existing drain pipe.Im happy with my upgrade!

We are building our forever home and had to decide what type of water heater to go with. After looking at the cost, energy usage, performance, size and weight of having two 40gal tanks versus 1 tankless system, we were sold. We not only freed up a TON of extra space in the attic, we also reduced the weight load on our joists (almost 2,000lbs!!), and we really look forward to not wasting as much water waiting for the water to heat up. Saving water and money is an easy decision to make. Bob at Mr. Tankless did a fantastic job on our new system. We couldnt be happier. He really went out of his way to install this for us, it was done perfectly with not a single mark against the installation on our city inspection. I highly recommend Bob, you cant go wrong!

My mom used Mr Tankless for her water heater installation and raved about the quality of service she received. Well... Mom was right!! Bob was excellent from first contact. Now I understand why all the great reviews online. Bob came and replaced two old tank water heaters with a single tankless unit. He took the time to explain everything in detail (I typically ask a lot of questions), and proceeded to do the installation within or under the estimated duration. Everything was high quality and the site was all clean when finished. Bob is also very good with follow up inquiries post installation, with response times as quick as at the beginning.It is refreshing to meet such a professional company in the plumbing industry. Our friends across the street moved forward with Mr. Tankless about a year ago. They were so happy, we decided to look into a tankless heater ourselves.Bob was great to work with as we considered going from an old electric tank hot water heater to a tankless gas hot water heater! He visited, gave us a reasonable estimate, and delivered at the quoted price and time.Our pier & beam home was built in the 1950s and it was very important to recover an interior closet that housed the 40-gal electric tank hot water heater. The professional staff drained and removed the old heater, cut/reattached plumbing in the closet, and installed the tankless gas water heater (ran and connected a new gas line). We gained an interior closet - storage space is so important in these older/smaller homes!We had old galvanized pipes in some areas that were going to follow up with Bob to make sure we get the most our of our new tankless heater. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend Mr. Tankless.

I hired Mr. Tankless to install a new Rinnai RUR199 and glad I did. I called around and spoke to a few plumbers who ranged in price from $3,500 to $4,000 ballpark. The more I learned about the Rinnai product it seemed to make sense for us to go with someone they approved which is how I came across Bob at Mr. Tankless and at this point, I’m thankful I did. While his price was slightly higher than others quoted, I knew I had someone backed by one of the most reputable units in the business. Bob and his team were a first-class act. They came out on a Tuesday to review my situation and scheduled me the very next day for an install. They showed up when they said they would and were done about 4 hours later. Also, he and his team wore facemasks which shows me they are very considerate of their customers. Bob exudes Christlike behavior. You will see what I’m talking about when you meet him. Super nice, caring, patient with all my questions and of course really knows his stuff.As you can see with this post, I took several pictures of the installation just to illustrate the top-notch job he and his team does. They did not have to, but they removed some old plumbing pipes and did a very clean install. A previous plumber we had come out did not even notice that our venting hood on old tank was off which meant we were emitting carbon monoxide in the attic; it took Bob about 10 seconds to see that. If you are going tankless, I recommend having him come to your home and assess what is the best fit for you.

This is the best experience Ive had with a plumber in years. Three different plumbers looked at our tankless water heater and without even removing the cover suggested we change the unit. Mr Tankless diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it for a fair fee. They are fast, courteous and really know tankless water heaters. If you have a tankless water heater write his number on the unit so you know who to call. Dont waste time with anyone else!

Bob and his crew were great. We had a 12-year-old water heater in our attic that was starting to fail and I knew it was a ticking time bomb. Im late writing this, but here it goes anyway. Last fall, Bob from Mr. Tankless installed my tankless water heater as we were renovating our new house. Not only did he have a great price, he showed up on time, and did excellent work. We didnt move into the house until 4-6 weeks later and because the house didnt have sinks at the time of install, they were unable to fully complete the job. Bob said to give him a call when it was ready and hed come out and finish by installing the recirculation valve. When the house was finally finished, I called Bob and he came out a few days later like he said he would, and quickly installed the valve and checked everything over. Im giving Mr. Tankless 5 stars for the customer service, the price, and the equipment. Im in love with my new tankless water heater. I was able to set up a schedule so the water is always hot in the morning before showers and at night before bed. No more waiting for the water to heat up. The best part, it never gets cold! Thanks Bob and everyone from Mr. Tankless!

Bob at Mr. Tankless recently installed two tankless water heaters in my home. He responded to my initial call quickly and came to my home later that day to assess the job and quote. He and his team were back 4 days later performing the installation. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up after the job and took great care removing the old water heaters from attic spaces without damaging walls, carpet or floors. He gave me a operational overview and I will have him return in a year to flush the heaters and provide me the instruction and equipment to do so myself in the the future. This is my second home i have installed tankless heaters. I highly recommend them for life span and to get 50-100 gallons of water out of your attic! Thanks for the professionalism Bob!

Mr. Tankless is awesome! His co-worker found the problem immediately. We had had a power outage and our tankless heater had reverted back to the factory setting and only needed to be reset. For several weeks, we had been wasting water in our struggle to get hot water during the middle of the day. After the heater was re-set, we had hot water almost instantaneously. This is exactly the kind of company I like to work with. Highly specialized, locally owned and managed, with a plumber who runs the business. Mr. Tankless was able to offer a reasonable quote to replace my monster of a water heater.I had quite a few plumbing companies come out to give quotes, and was surprised how many of the big plumbing names didnt know what they were suggesting...re-running gas lines, demoing drywall to find the right pipe it was crazy. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Mr. Tankless, they were very professional, knew where to install based on the age and style of the house, and had the most reasonable price (less than half of what Radiant Plumbing had quoted). They installed a week later, and I am loving the extra space i have in my garage. Thanks Guys!

Mr. Tankless installed two Rinnai 199iN units to replace two aging 50 gallon water heaters in our home. There was an issue with one of the units a week later and he came right away to swap out the problem unit without any fuss. His team did quick and clean work and made sure everything was to our satisfaction throughout the process. He even came back to replace a thermal bypass valve after another plumber accidentally removed the recirculation valve during a remodel. Highly recommend Mr. Tankless as he is very responsive and responsible and focused on customer satisfaction.

Mr. Tankless is the best. If you have an issue with a tankless water heater do NOT call your regular plumber. Call Mr. Bob Tankless. Thats all he does. And he does it well. Our plumber steered us in the wrong direction about what to do with our tankless that had an issue, recommending that we spend thousands of dollars to fix the issue. Turns out our tankless simply needed a good cleaning. And Bob also discovered a recirc option in our unit that allows us to get fast hot water at all faucets, something we had badly missed. Thank goodness for Mr. Tankless.

Friday morning his colleagues showed up on time, answered all questions and did a professional job.Due to the pressure I was under I did not compare too much on the price but I found after some research that the price was very reasonable (for the unit and the installation).Overall first visit to installation was about 24 hours and I have water in my house again! We just had a brand new tankless water heater installed by Mr. Tankless to replace two conventional 50 gallon tanks. The unit is great and installation was very smooth. The price is very reasonable and competive even with recirculation inluded (control and schedule via phone app). We had much higher quotes with much less capable units from other places. Now we actually can get hot water in a few seconds. I highly recommend Mr tankless!

Had a Rinnai tankless system in my last house when they first came out. New models have technologically advanced to fix some of the things we didnt like. New house did not have one, but couldnt install because we were 100% electric. Mr Tankless was able to not only install the new unit, but they also ran a propane line to my attic from my newly installed propane tank. We bought the RUR199ip with integrated recirculation pump to avoid the wait on hot water. It has integrated wireless functions also so I can bump the temp up in the winter without having to go in the attic. He quoted me 5 hours - took him 4.5 hours. He said he would be here at 8:30, he got here at 8:20. Price was fair and in line with other specialty plumbers. Took the time to explain everything before leaving. Installation, vents, lines look very professional and done the way you want it done. Bob does tankless - thats it. I can certainly tell.

I contacted Mr. Tankless (Bob Lemons) on a Monday, in the middle of the Covid lockdown in Austin. He emailed me back within 20 minutes, with a baseline quote for routine maintenance on our Rinnai exterior water heater with integral recirc pump, plus a potential diagnostic fee.He was out the next morning as promised - both he and his assistant wore masks and gloves. They did the maintenance, didnt see anything wrong to diagnose - and he additionally installed and set up our touchpad, which had never been set up properly. Excellent! five stars, and he only charged me the baseline fee. I highly recommend Bob and his assistant.
