Thank you Ark Plumbing for coming out on a Saturday and having Jason show up within the hour to diagnose our water heater! We scheduled a replacement service and Asa and Eli showed up to swap out our old water heater for a new one. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and we will be using them in the near future to change our kitchen sink and faucet.

Needed some maintenance done on my tankless water heater. Asa came out and did the job quickly and professionally. He gave me some solid advice on the status of my water heater and recommended a better maintenance schedule than what I was currently on. There was no pushy sales tactics.I even asked him to look at a toilet that I had concerns about and he gave me honest feedback and once again no pushy sales or unnecessary repairs. I had Ark Plumbing come out to check on my plumbing issue. We have septic tanks and our toilets started to back up. Jason Heck came out and once he figured out the issue, he advised that we needed to have another service done before he would work on it. He could have charged us a service call fee but chose not to do so. He gave us expert advice on what to do next and told us to call him back if we still needed his services. I will definitely be using Ark Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs. Any company that cares about the customer not being just a dollar sign is number one in my book.

Jason was great, we had purchased a steam shower online that had a different plumbing and drainage configuration from our original setup. Jason came to our house to access the situation and within a couple days was able to come back and complete the work. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he would be doing and completed the work on time and for the exact amount he quoted. Hubby broke a valve stem on the water shut off to the house when trying to bypass the irrigation system, which shut off water to our house. On a Friday afternoon. Before the Memorial Day weekend. We found Jason at Ark Plumbing and asked if he would come out to help (after reaching out to three other businesses, none of whom were available). Not only did he come out for us, he was early and provided a generous discount. The gate valve has been replaced with a ball & socket, and our water is back on again. This took just over an hour to complete. Jason was prompt, polite, and professional. While we hope that there are no more plumbing issues, we will be reaching out to him first.
