    Carlisle Petroleum just installed a new gas furnace and AC unit in our 1898 home. The service was excellent. From our initial contact with Andy, working to give us quotes, to the two days of hard work by James and Jason doing the install, we were very pleased.     Tristan Martinez did a fantastic job of cleaning our furnace and air conditioning systems. He arrived right on time, was personable and informative about what he was doing, and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He spoke highly of CPI and told me it was a very good place to work. When I asked him about his training, he said CPI paid to send him to school. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Tristan and CPI to anyone.

    Our heat pump was showing signs of age so we had CPI come out for a review of our entire system, and since the prices seemed reasonable, we decided to replace our 30+ year old oil furnace at the same time. The crew showed up as scheduled with enough resources to finish both jobs in one day. Were very pleased with the efficiency of the crew and the product quality. Both units are much quieter and more energy efficient.

    The guys took great care of my floors and did a beautiful job turning my wood burning fireplace into a beautiful natural gas log fireplace. I love it. Courteous and polite. I showed them my attic and they smelled gas and so did I. The place that put our furnace in didnt close the drip pipe and I was leaking gas. They fixed it free of charge and made sure we were safe from other leaks.I am so very grateful for there kindness. And I feel they saved our lives.

    They helped me design the right central air/heat pump system for my retrofit, on a house with no existing system. Extremely knowledgeable, the install crew was at my house 2 days, was courteous and professional the whole time. They offered and extremely competitive rate as well that made my decision very easy to go with Carlisle Petroleum. Looking forward to enjoying my new AC/Heat for many years to come, and will be calling them as well for any service needs I have in the future.

    CPI has maintained my oil furnace and delivered my heating fuel for 20 years now. Very good company and good service people. When I was ready to replace my stand alone air conditioning unit I called CPI for an estimate and had them install the new unit on their schedule. No more than 60 days later they came and installed the new unit in one day. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

    We recently upgraded to a new natural gas-fired furnace to replace our older unit. Mike from CPI came to our home to assess how to more evenly heat/cool our three levels of living space with a single-zone H/VAC system.We followed his recommendation and two of his professional staff installed our new unit, including cutting new vents and intake, within half a day. They were professional, clean, courteous, quiet, and efficient. They took the time to link our new thermostat to our WIFI and showed us how to operate the controls from wall unit or electronic device.They measured the air-flow at every heat/ac register in the house to do their best to provide comfort on each floor.CPI installed the original unit when the home was built nearly 20-years ago and have maintained our system ever since. They are easy to work with, offered flexible financing, and back up their work.

    Carlisle Petroleum did very well with our heat pump/ac replacement. They came out in a timely manner to perform an estimate. The individual told us he would have us a quote in our email in a few hours and we did. We went over that afternoon and signed the paperwork. We were told that it would probably be a couple weeks until they would have all the parts and install it. They were there within one week. They told us it would be a full day install and they were done in half a day. Everyone we spoke with were very friendly and personable. We would recommend CPI to anyone.

    I had an aging American Standard heat pump that needed some service, and since I was unhappy with the original contractor I contacted Carlisle Petroleum since they deal with that brand. The gentleman who came to our house to look at things was very knowledgeable and performed work to temporarily fix my immediate concerns. He also did an analysis and provided an estimate on what needed to be fixed to completely repair the unit.After due consideration, we decided to install a new American Standard heat pump and contracted Carlisle Petroleum for that purpose. They were able to have the unit installed without delay ( a very few days) and did so without any inconvenience to us. I also had a humidifier system installed and am happy to say I am extremely pleased with everything that was done by Carlisle Petroleum. Their professionalism throughout every aspect of our dealings was much appreciated. Both their service department and the installation crew were great to work with and I do not hesitate in recommending them for any future or immediate heating needs you might have.

    We were recommended to Carlisle Petroleum by a guy who had done servicing on our 25 year old furnace. They came out very quickly and gave very competitive quotes to replace our furnace. They were able to order our furnace and begin working within a week and finished everything within a day and a half. This included furnace removal/replace and and AC condenser removal/replace. The people doing the work were very friendly and knowledgeable. Oil and propane prices are very low compared to the company we used previously. I could not recommend Carlisle Petroleum enough.

    I contacted CPI for a free estimate to replace my failing HVAC system. The owner came out right away for the estimate and I quickly received written quote options. The estimate visit was very straight forward, with no high pressure sales tactics or feelings of being over-sold anything. Staff was friendly and helpful in my selection and with available rebate options. The installation techs were professional and provided a nice/clean installation. From first call to finish was about a week and a half so I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. If you are looking for a quality system and installation in reasonable time they can do the job. I intend to use CPI for future maintenance needs.

    We have had CPI servicing our HVAC for a number of years; and during that time they installed a Central AC unit, a propane Furnace, and just a few weeks, a Heat Pump for our office area. We are very pleased with both the service and prices from them. They quickly quoted our most recent need, and knowing that hot weather was forecasted by the end of the week - they rearranged the scheduled installation, arriving sooner than promised, and had us up and running quickly. Would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs - personal or commercial !

    Having central air installed on our old house, I took 4 bids. CPI offered the best combination of Btu, Filtration (very important in our house), and price -- by a considerable amount. At installation their 2 young fellows had the system installed, tested, and fully buttoned up in 2 - 1/2 days. We have done business with them for years, and have always been very, very pleased with them. The system is fast, efficient, and amazingly quiet. Their billing was prompt, and devoid of offers for EZ credit terms -- something important to me. Would hire them again for any related need.

    Great experience with this company when looking to install central air for our older Victorian style home. From the start they were quick to respond to our questions, and provide estimates.     We have enjoyed having Carlisle petroleum Inc. do all our plumbing and HVAC work for a large master bedroom addition with an en suite deluxe bath shower and total plumbing facilities. The people and technicians at Carlisle petroleum go above and beyond what is required to produce professional results on each individual project ensuring that they incorporate all of our requirements and desires. Their personnel, whether it’s Amber in the front office or Andy,James,Chris and the rest of the technicians are very very professional, courteous, highly skilled personnel that produce a first class product that we could all be proud to have. If I ever have any additional plumbing or HVAC requirements I’ll go to CPI first. I would give them six stars if that was a possibility.

    Big kudos to Andy, Jimmy, and Shane for a fantastic job.Outdoor AC unit, and the old 275 gal oil tank and furnace were out of my basement in an hour.Replaced with new gas furnace and new AC in about 8 hours.This includes hook up to g meter, and new elec connections to furnace and AC.Andy customized the air intake and lifted the furnace 4 due to water concerns in the basement.Linda was great with the financing to include a Nice rebate from UGI.MIKE, you have a Great team!     CPI arrived on time for the installation. The 3 workers only took a break for lunch and worked diligently to complete the job. By 2:00 p.m. they finished, the air conditioner and heating units fully installed. They left the area completely clean, using their own brooms, vacuum.

    We mainly use Carlisle Petroleum intermittently to fill up our propane tank, but recently had HVAC issues.
