Every experience we have had with Aero during our conversion from oil to gas has been 5 star. From Keith helping with the planning/ordering, to the technicians who did the install, to the follow up to check out our new HVAC before season hits due to install being in January. Mike today was quick, efficient and polite. He even put on shoe booties to keep my floors clean. All very personable and respectful. Would highly recommend them based on service but they are also very competitively priced.

I like having the option for two year rate lock-ins, the auto pay and delivery options, the best customer service anytime I’ve needed something. We have been with Aero for four years, and just added two more! When our contract expired in May I called in for new oil rates. I always look for the best deal my family can get. After two hours of phone calls and going down the list of companies in the yellow pages, I had my best offer, better than Aero. I like being loyal, but I have to look out for my family too. I called Aero and informed them of the other offer from another company that was proposed for a one year lock-in. I asked if they would match the price lock for one year, the delivery fee, and the service contract amount. Lauren was great! We matched the price lock for TWO years and matched the delivery fee! Service contracts are set up differently now to include AC units, so we are keeping our grandfathered contract at the moment. I like knowing what we are spending and the consistency of the whole process. Aero makes it so easy with all their options and I’m glad that they offered the lower rate for two years. Then I only utilize two hours of my time researching every two years. Aero has been great to our family and I look forward to another two years with this company! Thank you to Lauren for helping make it happen, Bill in customer service every time I’ve called with a request, and Aero Energy!! Keep up the good work!

I switched oil companies this year due to the spike in the price of oil that I was quoted by the company I had been using for 2 years . Aero Energy gave me a price I could live with . I also signed up for one of their service policies . Technician Mike Tipler came out to do the annual HVAC cleaning and was so very thorough. The previous company didnt do half the cleaning work that was performed by Mike ! He also spent the time to explain what he was doing and why . As a homeowner , I feel that I have the right to know how systems work in my home even though I dont have the technology to do the work myself and I appreciated the fact that Mike was not bothered by my questions or watching as he worked . Kudos to Aero for having such a competent and friendly professional working for them .

It went from sounding like a small jet engine to a well oiled machine. I can no longer hear it running when I am on the second floor of my house, which is Amazing. Hope that Mike does all my annual service from now on out.

Bob M helped get propane flowing back into our house. All appliances fired right back up except the water heater. It didnt seem like enough gas was getting to the pilot light, so Bob disassembled the pilot and burner unit, cleaned all fittings and tubes and increased the gas pressure a bit. After he put everything back together the water heater lit right way. It was great that the gas man didnt just take off after he completed his job. Bob made sure the water heater was good before he left. Excellent customer service!

For Mike,Areo installed a new oil fire boiler for us in August 2020. it was working fine until sometime last night (12/13/20). A flame falure was noted by the safety device. Although it was Sunday, i called and got to speak with an afters hours rep, she was very nice. She took my information and said she would contact the service department. About 30 mintes later Mike, the sevice tech, called to let me know he was on his way. Mike arrived and in short order diagnoised the problem: sludge and gunk had blocked the oil filter on the tank. Mike Mike replaced the strainer, filter and and resarted the boiler. It is working fine. Thanks Mike! Job well done!

As I said to Mike personally he has a nice way of sharing bad news. I am convinced I was given a faulty unit years ago but Aero has gone above and beyond in an attempt to make it right. I am dismayed that this will be the last year I can get Freon meaning we will have to dig deep to buy a new unit. But Mike is such a professional and your company should be proud to have him. Makes us more inclined to work with Aero.
