Woke up this morning to my furnace blowing cold air in my mobile home. CR Powers was one of the only HVAC companies in the area that would even come and service it. I called at 8:22a, they showed up at 9:08a!!! I was prepared to be told that I needed a new furnace, since this one is at least 30 years old. He told me hopefully we can get you a couple more years out of this one. They were very open about the issue, did the repairs, and had my furnace working within a half hour. What great service! I will not call anyone else. Thank you!!!!

Chris & team are awesome. They’ve done a lot for us and all of the work is very good quality. They are quick and efficient and keep you in the loop and will answer all questions. In our house, they have installed a new AC system, a new furnace, moved our washer dryer to a new location, installed a new sump pump, run ducts to our second floor, and ran plumbing and electric to a new bathroom we were building. And when we had an unrelated issue where duct work collapsed in our basement on a freezing cold Sunday morning in January, he was there in less than 10(!!!) minutes. Chris and his son fixed a problem that they didn’t create and it only took 1.5 hours to get us back up and running. Can’t say enough good things about their work!

OMG!!!! Central air went out. Waited almost 14 days for our home warranty company to send contractor. They sent us 2 companies, 1st one did NOT respond to dispatch, no answered calls or emails. Second company said they didnt cover area. Bought a window unit and 2 portables. Finally, this MORNING, hubby called C.R. Powers. Someone answered quickly and started a dispatch. By 1pm our AC was fixed!!! Luckily, a quick, relatively cheap fix. ( A little over $300.) I cant say how THANKFUL we are for this super helpful and speedy response!!! Will DEFINITELY use for all future needs and refer anyone needing help!

Woke up this Saturday morning with a very cold house. Heating system was not functioning. Called Chris at 7:30 AM and left a message. He called back about 10 minutes later and said he would be out shortly. Within a half hour he was there. Fixed the problem right away. Did I mention that his daughter was getting married that day? We have used him for over 20 years for a reason. Fantastic, reliable, and stands by his products. My highest recommendation.

I called Chris late Wednesday afternoon, and Dale was at our house at 8 Thursday morning. He diagnosed the problem, went for the replacements, and completely replaced an old basement sewer pump and tank. He reported to me on each part of the process. He cleaned the area where he worked, and he was finished by 11. Chris Powers has provided professional, exceptional service many times over the years, and we highly recommend both him and Dale.

Cant praise them enough. I called at 11:30 on a Monday and my Furnace was fixed by 12:45 that same day. Pricing was fair as well. These guys are legit.Edit: my second time using them. I called for a plumbing issue, but due to the Thanksgiving holiday were unable to come out. However, they referred me to another plumber who came out and fixed the issue same day.... The fact that they were willing to send me to another business so I can have my needs met speaks volumes. Thanks again

Chris is knowledgeable, up front, on time and reasonably priced. Called for central ac unit replacement, gave a price on the spot when he came to my house, arrived promptly to install on scheduled day, had it done in 1 and half hours and did very good work. If you dont like dealing with flakey contractors, CR Powers is the place to call. I had 5 other local HVAC companies come to my house, 2 took too long to get me a higher price for a lesser ac unit and 3 have yet to give me a price after 3 weeks.

I wanted to share my experience with CR PowersWe called him out for a Heating Estimate my mother is elderly and we do not live in the area Mr Powers came out for an estimate and told my mom hed take alook at no charge to see what was wrong another company was out the day before said its no good needs replaced. Chris took alook and replaced a capacitor and told her no charge if u decide to replace call us and ill take care of you..I mean words can not explain the gratitude..

5/5 only comes from being able to check off all the bases, and they have done that in spades. When your hot water is gone you don’t want to wait forever to get it fixed. These guys showed up within 24 hours of the issue and fixed it at a price range that would’ve required me waiting a week for multiple quotes. On top of that they provided service to my a/c unit as a courtesy. They were professional and answered all my questions with a positive attitude. Save yourself the time and effort and just use these guys.
