Then the issues weren’t plumbing related and was another issue and he worked with us to find the right contractor to deal with the leak coming from the roof. Craig and Chad responded quickly to my after hours call for help with what turned out to be four blockages in the main drain pipe in our Post kitchen. The blockages were severe and they had to alternately use the hydro-jet and the sewer drum to clear out the pipe. Craig and Chad were very customer service oriented, which is gratifying to see these days. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

He was able to give an estimate right away with reasonable prices had it fixed and up and running in less than an hour . Marty was amazing in help me sort out the clog happening in my basement. I have two separate bathroom with showers that were in the same system and all clogged. Marty was fast to diagnose the issue and got to work. He kept me updated with what’s going on and showed me the video of the problem and the multiple clogs he had to unstuck.This was a new build (less than two years) and having this sorted out unstressed me doing this kind of stuff myself. Vinny and Chad were extremely nice, professional and got my 85yr old mom’s kitchen faucet changed in 25 minutes.I had purchased the replacement and they were able to take out the old one and put the new in no time flat.My only complaint is the company’s price. It was $383 after the $25 senior discount for a 25 minute job.Great service! But extremely expensive when you pay for 2 plumbers on a one man job. When I scheduled the appointment I was transparent on the details letting the office manager know the simplicity of the job. They would not provide a simple estimate and not sure why they sent two folks out.Bottom line —OVERPRICED.

Marty and Justin came through in the middle of the night before Thanksgiving to unclog a floor drain that backed up in my basement. I called many companies that night to compare and their office was the only one who answered and were also so pleasant to speak with over the phone. Marty and Justin came through within an hour and worked until 3 in the morning with my problematic drain. They were both very professional and did the dirty job amazingly with great attitudes the entire time. Even came back by to check up on the work done. I would recommend this company over any other, especially if you’re in a pinch in the middle of the night.

We called 1 Tom Plumber because our main drain was backing up. They got us in same day. After they left the drain backed up again. We knew we needed to get the pipe hydrojet but due to Christmas time we could not afford it. They came back the next day and did a quick hydrojet to get the drain cleared. We will 100 percent be using them for all our plumbing needs. They went above and beyond and the techs were very understanding and nice.

The main drain line in the house was plugged on a Saturday evening causing a backup of the sinks and shower on the lower level of the house. Called 1-Tom-Plumer and they sent Marty to fix our problem. He arrived on time and went right to work. He asked us a few questions to trouble shoot the problem and got to work snaking a very clogged drain line. His hard work paid off and had everything flowing again in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up where he was working and even helped clean up some of the mess around the sink and shower. Marty did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

What started out as a leak in the basement from the kitchen sink ended up being a large clog in the sewer pipe from the kitchen all the way into the garage.The cast iron pipes had been decaying away for decades.They fixed the problem by putting in new pipes which required the removal of part of the cement floor from one wall in the basement to the next and then part of the corner of the garage floor.A snake device they used to unplug the clog ended up getting stuck outside of the pipe so it couldnt be extracted from the pipe because of all of the debris in the pipe and because the damaged cast iron pipes had a groove in the bottom of them which decayed away over the decades.The employees at 1-Tom Plummer are very hard workers, friendly and very fine people who have a good sense of humor.Marty did most of the work on the project.He was sometimes assisted by Mike and Chad who also worked with Marty.I appreciate all of the hard work they did on the project and am very pleased with the results!Customers: Mark and Heidi Hall.

Mike came down to oskaloosa on a Saturday evening and stayed until after 9pm working on roots grown into our outside sewer pipe. He got it opened up, but didnt feel he had completed the Jon so he came BACK Monday afternoon and worked on it for another 2 or 3 hours until he had that drain 99% cleared out 60ft from the house all the way to the alley junction.Mike was pleasant and friendly the entire time, even when he was frustrated. If I could give him 6 stars I would. 1-tom-plumber should be the 1st call anyone makes for an emergency plumber.
