We waited for years to do a complete gut job on our primary suite bathroom, and wanted to remodel it when we could afford to do it right — with custom tile and every detail we wanted. When the time came, we brought in several local places to do estimates. You can tell a lot about how a company does business by their estimating process. Justin was the most personable, dependable, and honest person we worked with. It got to a point where we didn’t want to entrust our remodel to a “lowest bidder” business who couldn’t even bother to get back to us when they said they would, or who ghosted us on appointments, etc.Sure enough, when we accepted the project estimate and Justin’s team took over, they were every bit as personable, dependable and honest as Justin himself. Every decision (and every unexpected hiccup) was dealt with in a loving and patient manner. Various team members were in our home daily across the span of 2-3 weeks. Every person on the team treated our home (and our kids and dogs) with as much care as possible. Anything we pointed out that wasn’t quite to our expectations or satisfaction was swiftly remedied / redone without complaint. Justin remained highly communicative throughout the process and would often reply to emails within just a few minutes.We’re proud to support a small, local business and we would not hesitate to work Carlisle Kitchen and Bath again on our next project.

Carlisle Kitchen and Bath are total professionals, they have the best Customer Service that we have had the pleasure to deal with. They did a custom install with tile work on both our kitchen and master bath. As the pictures show their work is exceptional. The crew was always prompt and cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. The crew was always pleasant to deal with and cooperative. The Customer Service Rep was considerate to our needs and worked with us every step of the way. Our calls, emails and texts were always promptly answered even after hours. We are now having our other bathroom remodeled by them. We have recommended Carlisle Kitchen and Bath to all of our friends and family. This is a Top Notch outfit and would highly recommend to anyone.

We are beyond happy with the quality of service we received from Carlisle Kitchen & Bath. We wanted to update our countertops in our kitchen, as our previous ones were incredibly outdated and worn. Both Justin and Kara, who we frequently spoke with, were exceptionally professional and helpful from the moment we spoke with them about our idea to the final follow up call. They were efficient in getting our appointment to look at slabs, to picking a timeline for install etc. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. This was certainly worth the investment.

What a great transformation of our master bath! Justin was great at listening to our wants/needs for our new bath and provided guidance as we made our choices. Carlisle Kitchen & Bath remodeled our master shower for us recently. Justin Wetzel and his team provided outstanding customer service including timely responses to all my inquiries from beginning to end...and believe me Im one of those that has thousands of questions before, during and even after a remodeling process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking remodeling at their home. The company provides high end products that cant be compared to your box stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Safety was top priority for me during this renovation as we wanted to ensure the shower was safe for my mother that recently moved in. Justin took time while we met in his office to review all the options available for the remodel to ensure I received what I required for moms safety. Most surprising to me was that through the remodel, Justin was able to work it so that we actual had more room to safely accommodate a safety chair, as well as appropriately placed safety rails inside and outside the shower. The installation also included a sturdy sliding adjustable shower spray and an ADA approved faucet to ensure mom could easily reach everything but more importantly wasnt able to just turn on the shower to hot water immediately. The faucet was ADA approved and requires users to turn from cold to hot water providing safety from burns! End result...I would highly recommend this company for any jobs in your home.

Carlisle Kitchen and Bath provided a fair value, knowledgeable feedback on work that could be done, and consulted with us on ways to cut costs prior to signing a contract with them We were impressed from the start with Justins consultation and time spent with us. For us, the professionalism and communication from all members of this team was unparalleled. When the work finally started, Derrick was amazing to work with. His workmanship and attention to detail are noteworthy. All remodeling jobs have hiccups along the way and Derrick and Justin were very responsive to making sure their final product was flawless. When the job was finished, Justin provided us with a gift basket of goodies and toiletry items. My family really appreciated that extra touch and we definitely plan to use Carlisle Kitchen and Bath for our future remodeling needs.

They have a showroom with samples of flooring, vanities and shower/bath options which made the selection of choices easy. Justin was great to work with on selecting those options. I could not be happier with the result. The crew that did the work are true craftsmen & easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any bathroom remodel projects.

(I got several quotes from the national pre-fab shower installers, and the Carlisle price for a shower customized to my needs was comparable.) I found the whole experience was great. Starting with the initial estimate to the final work. This was the first remodel i have ever done and have heard horror stories but this was so opposite! I loved working with them and we love the kitchen!! Justin’s design was perfect for us. Can’t say enough good things about this company!!! Love you guys.
