Both Marty and Jessica were very willing to show off the modular homes on site, and talk about the process. New construction always looks good, with lots of choices. But there are big hurdles in site preparation with perc test, sewage, water, foundation, electric, road, that should not be minimized and are costly also and have to be approved by local government. Ask lots if questions!! -
