100% satisfied! I called early the day after we experienced back-up on the main drain line. The morning times were booked but we had a 12-2 time available. Chris called during that time and was at the house within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered me a couple options. I chose the not-as-cheap-but-more-permanent choice which requires having another colleague help out. They both wrapped up within an hour and the drain was running great! I appreciate the advice too on some steps I can take to avoid further troubles. -

This company exhibits strong professionalism and courtesy. I had a leak that I needed checked immediately, and Plumbing 911 was very responsive, sending one of their plumbers, Adam, out the morning after the call. He was very polite, and really took his time diagnosing the situation. He explained everything he was doing in an understandable way. After testing numerous things, I believe he correctly diagnosed the issue. I would highly recommend this company - they were easy to deal with, very pleasant, and answered all my questions thoroughly. -

We moved into this house 11 months ago and have had on going plumbing issues for majority of our time here. The house was flipped and unfortunately, not done completely right, especially with the plumbing side. We have had several other plumbers out to unclog back up from both sections of our house. We also kept having issues with a toilet leaking into the basement. Our tech repaired the toilet and then discovered we had a clog. He ran the camera down and discovered what has been giving us problems for months! The two main drains went into one that led to the septic and it was connected very poorly! Our tech offered to come in on his off day because he felt we didn’t have much time until the problem got worse. Within a few hours the main drain was repaired and with the large amount of work done, there was barely a mess. I was so impressed since we have had not so stellar experiences with other companies thus far. As someone who works for a contracting business, I truly appreciate the honesty, politeness, and the extra steps to protect our house from damage and dirt during the whole process. The scheduler on the phones was also incredible. Empathetic, good listening skills and truly made an annoying situation, less annoying. Thank you guys and as I loved the work done, I hope we don’t have to call for a while! But if we have any other issues, this is the company we will be calling. -

Pluming 911 was amazing. I am a new homeowner and it was very satisfying to see how responsive and quick they were to come out and help. The gentlemen that showed up was very professional and walked me through everything being done about fixing the root problem in my drain.The part that got me was he even brought me downstairs and actually showed me with the camera on the snake where he cut and where the problem was. Found a leak under our kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon, and we had never needed to call a plumber before, so we had no idea where to look. After trying another company and just getting a machine, someone answered here right away, and got someone to our home within an hour! They were incredibly professional and got the leak repaired very quickly and easily. Will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. -

My sump pump and downspout drain line was clogged. As a DIY—er I normally take care of things like this myself, but this one was beyond me. They were able to come check out my drain the same day I called and, as it was later in the day and the equipment was already in use elsewhere that day, we’re back the next day to jet out my line. Quick, professional and personable service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking. -

Even though the times were a bit delayed when he arrived, I was absolutely floored with the level of professionalism and compassion that Shane provided. Our gas was disconnected due to a leak and Shane really took the time to make sure everything was stable. He even cared enough to come back to see if our gas company had turned it back on or not. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing services. -

Called with a blown water heater Tuesday, recieved an estimate Tuesday, new water heater working Tuesday by 4:30 P.M.. Scott was very skilled and efficient. Josh Calderon is the best! I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning (burst pipe under my bathroom sink). Within an hour of calling 911 Plumbing Josh was at my door. He promptly replaced the broken pipes and faucet. Josh even recommended & called a restoration company to come out and clean the water damage. Josh went above and beyond! Thank you! -
