BLESSINGS: After a few days in PA I returned home to find that my water in the shower and faucet was ice cold. I had a bad experience years ago when a technician came out for the same issue and within a few minutes, he had diagnosed that I needed to replace all the rods in the tankless heater. A couple days after he came, the hot water came back and I never had an issue again. Fortunately, I had not paid the astronomical price that he had quoted. That experience had me apprehensive as I started to look for a company at 5:00 on a Thursday.Call it divine synchronicity but the first company I randomly reached out to was The Heating Cooling Doctor. I was told that someone would come between 7:30 and 9:30. Around 8:30 my phone rang and I went outside to meet Chad. For the next hour, this brother patiently, professionally, and skillfully tested and assessed the unit to figure out what could be done in order to get the hot water back. I am truly blessed to find The Heating Cooling Doctor and meet Chad. Folks, I HIGHLY recommend this company for all HVAC matters. I plan to set up a maintenance contract with them...I dont even know if they have such a plan :-) I also plan to have them service my sisters condo as well. I am so grateful to Chad and the Heat Cooling Doctor. Chad showed up the very next day after I called. At 8 pm on a holiday night no less. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in about an hour and fifteen min. Top notch service, he was also very professional and explained the issue. He was very diligent and checked all possible reasons for what was going on and gave me several remedies. I will 100% be calling them back if ever needed. And I recommend you call them too

Really great experience, I had a problem with my furnace vent system. My furnace kept turning on and running for a few seconds then shutting back off. My home was freezing cold. Initially I called the heating service I normally use but they were completely inflexible with time and wanted me to take a day off work so they could come in the morning. I did some googling and found The Heating Cooling Doctor who came that same day. The technician was extremely polite and quick to fix the problem, I felt he was very trustworthy and fixed my furnace for a completely reasonable price. He also came to my home with that part in hand just based on what I told the receptionist over the phone. He didn’t try to overcharge me and explained the problem to me. With the company I used to use, they would have probably milked whatever problem I had for three visits. I will definitely use The Heating Cooling Doctor again and would recommend them to others.

Every time I hire someone to fix something major I feel like I’m rolling the dice. Who knows if they’re honest, if they’re qualified, and if they’ll show up? I FINALLY HIT THE JACKPOT. Chad called me back super fast, set up an appointment to do minor maintenance and ended up showing me (and fixing!!) what could have been MAJOR problems with my boiler, preventatively. He had to do a lot of leg work for my job, but kept at it, showing up time and again until it was exactly right. He even checked up after to make sure there were no issues. I highly recommend working with him and his team. Also, he just has the kindest personality - a real bonus when you have someone in your home. 10/10

I read all the reviews on Google regarding this company and this wonderful person named Chad. Well as my luck would have it, I had to absolute pleasure and privilege to meet Chad in person when he came to my home (with his assistant, whose name, unfortunately, I did not get) to perform maintenance on my boiler. What a wonderful team they made! They gave me valuable follow-up information I needed to have (and which I will follow), didnt talk down to me as if I was stupid, were extremely thorough in their assessment of my boilers condition, and gave me a very reasonable price. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience and I will absolutely be using The Heating Cooling Doctor for my boiler maintenance on an annual basis.I couldnt figure out how to write a new review for The Heating Cooling Doctor, so Ill just add to my old review. This is regarding Ryan, who came to my home on a follow-up visit to fix two gas leaks, one in my water heater and one in a pipe in my boiler, as well as install a radiator valve in my upstairs workroom. Ryan was very knowledgeable about his work, polite and professional and it was a pleasure working with him. Updating Review: Chad came to save me last year when my old PTAC went out because it was very dirty from previous tenants. This year, he came to fix the fan, and when it couldnt be fixed, he replaced my unit completely.Chad and his team are THE BEST. He took extra time to fix this problem so I would not be out of AC again in my bedroom.I dont know what else to say. This guy knows what hes doing, and is super nice and trustworthy and responsive. My wife and I cannot say enough in regards to how amazing The Heat Doctor is.This is the 2nd time weve called on him and hes arrived at 10:00 at night, after ending his holiday evening to assist us with what has been weeklong nightmare of no hot water in our unit since Hurricane Ida.The Heat Doctor was a joy to see again, immensely kind and just a pleasure to have assist us. Our building has a very convulted history and system that outright stumped a 24 hour emergency boiler repair that were adamantly suggesting insane work that didnt need to be done AT ALL (i.e. tearing our wall, exploring and redoing pipes.)The Heat Doctor was able to look at our system, identify the problem (which blew our minds), and immediately our issue was solved.We cannot recommend him enough and this 2nd experience has solidified to us that we would only ever call him in the future!Thank you again Heat Doctor!
