I experienced a frozen pipe burst and a broken service line.Rocky has been here for almost the whole week and has been nothing short of amazing. He is kind, helpful, and really educated. I should add note that Rocky, who was kind and informed, came out to help with the installation of the new line. He also gave an explanation of the procedure. Ill utilize this company again without a doubt because they helped me feel at ease during a trying moment. Regards

Hes polite, professional, and persistent until the issue is resolved. Glad I found an affordable, great service. New go-to plumber. I support them.

Two times, Rocky has been to the house for problems that were not related, and both times he was great. He was nice, knew what he was talking about, and did the work quickly. He went above and beyond to give great customer service and make sure everything was taken care of before he left. He came both times within an hour or two of my calls on the same day. It is amazing when you think about how some companies do not even answer their calls or talk to you. This company is great, and I would definitely use them again (actually, I did, so what does that tell you?) Call them up!

My homes plumbing malfunctioning was the worst news. Finding an honest plumber is hard enough without adding costs. Brooklyn Plumbing was located online by my daughter. She merely gave me that moniker because to reviews. Just that they handled my plumbing and myself well. Patrick and Rocky answered flawlessly, going over everything with me. I wanted to be sure I was receiving what I paid for and knew what they were doing because I was paying a lot to restore everything. I have them on my phone and they were great. Ill use them again if I need plumbing services. I recommend this plumbing company without hesitation. Very good. The team in my home was polite, humorous, diligent, and reliable. Ive used Brooklyn for a year. Kind and professional. They clarify without overselling. They dont demand. When our drain overflowed today, Patrick of Brooklyn Plumbing in Fort Worth/Alliance was very helpful. He also fixed our other minor difficulties. This company is reliable and affordable. When done right, this is pricey.

The plumber that resolved my issue, Patrick, was knowledgable, kind, and proficient. He took care of all my worries and didnt leave until we were happy. Every time they were going to be late, they would always phone to let us know. Brooklyn put a lot of effort into resolving a little scheduling issue. Patrick didnt make an effort to upsell me or enrol us in pointless services. He showed me and my house respect. Brooklyn Plumbing has my unqualified recommendation.
