Called multiple plumbers/cleaners on Sunday morning with a number of them on vacation or charging some wild price to clear a backed up sewer line. Given the emergency and stressful situation, The Best Sewer Cleaning Services Inc quoted a super reasonable price and were available to arrive within the hour.Two technicians gauged the awful conditions upon arrival and cleared the line within the hour. Would recommend these guys going forward.

The technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable about sewers.What I thought was a simple blocked sewer, turned out to be a major problem. He used the camera to show me the problem which shocked me. He told me what it would cost me, a price I thought was fair. He worked diligently for over 3 hours to clear the sewer. I believe that his pride in his work saved me from having to replace the sewer. I highly recommend the services of this company.

We used this company previously, to properly clear our main sewer line. Because of Adam’s expertise and hard work, we were able to avoid an expensive excavation job, which could run between $15,000 and $20,000. Recently, on a Sunday, we had a stack line clog in our bathroom, and couldn’t use the water at all. Adam came running over, fixed the clog, and charged very little to do this. He’s as honest as they come, and is very fair with his prices. You have come to the right company. Call this company and ask for Adam. You will be thankful you read this review.

I highly recommend this company. I had a tree root situation in my sewer main line. Other plumbers were advising me to do expensive excavation repair, which we could not afford.This company sent a plumber named Adam to my house, to camera my line and clear out the tree root. Adam was completely honest about everything he told me, from the moment I met him. He took the time to show me my sewer line via the camera, and carefully showed me the issues (Explaining everything in great detail.) Adam worked incredibly hard to remove all the tree root in my line and then showed me the great results (With the camera.)He completely resolved my tree root situation, and in doing so literally saved us from an incredibly expensive and unnecessary expense. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Adam and to this company. Adam was a true professional and clearly is an expert in this line of work. Don’t waste your time and money guessing which plumbing companies are honest and which will rip you off. Call this company and ask for Adam. Not only is he an expert but he is a really nice guy. I cant express enough how happy and satisfied i am with this service. This amazing family company was at my door in no time. They quickly diagnosed and fix my problems that a previous plumber couldnt, at a very fare rate. They then went above and beyond jumping on a side problem that i had lingering for months. They walked me through everything and answered every questions i had. I will be requesting their assistance for a large project shortly. My tenants flushed tons of baby wipes down the drain. Without knowing this, I hired two plumbing companies within two days to snake the drain separately but it didn’t help. The second plumber recommended best sewer, and Adam was able to come very quickly with his high-tech equipment. He explained that the clog must be deep down. As his special camera descended deep into the sewer line, we could see wads of baby wipes on his computer screen. He then cleared all the blockage with hydro jet in no time. The service was a bit pricey but he definitely knew what he was doing. In addition, he was very friendly. So I would say it is worth it and I would recommend him for clearing your stubborn sewer clogs.

There came 2 gentlemen - an older and a younger. They were very polite and seemed to know what they were doing. I was a bit nervous at first due to their lack of English, but they got the job done to my satisfaction. I would recommend this business to all my friends for sewer services.

Excellent Job! I own a 4 story mixed use building in Manhattan, with several outdoor terraces which spill lotsa soil, sand and dirt down my poor pipes..and they can calcify and create mineral build up and blockage. Adam, with his camera detection unit, approached the entire piping system methodically like a heart surgeon, looking for potential blockage problem areas.. Well he found and showed me on screen the areas targeted by his super-efficient high pressure water jetting system. And wow..did it work! He is Professional, honest, a good communicator, and fairly priced for the quality and results of his work. (And btw.. I will never again use an old fashioned mechanical snake approach again. Its equivalent to having important surgery done by a blind doctor....enuff said!)

Adam recently did a expert job on my sewer line. I only had backup during heavy rain and everyone else told me it was the City sewer not able to handle the amount of water. My neighbors have identical houses and they were not getting back ups so it made no sense. Adam did a video inspection to the street and found an entirely clear line with the exception of a small amount of roots. He then did a video inspection all they way to the back of the house and found a 90% blockage. After a few minutes of snaking the drain… all clear on the video!
