    Wish I would have called Switch and Fix earlier. There expert services would have saved me money. Our pilot continued to go out. They recommended to convert to a spark ignition and that resolved the issue. We’re all set now. Their technician was clean and very respectful.

    December 2024 , Temperatures below freezing I was obligated to replace my (25 yr old) NG Steam Boiler due to a cracked section . I called to 2 technicians and canceled a third charging fees of $175 to $225 for assessments & Quoting insane amount of $$$$ for a Boiler Replacement at such vulnerable times . I called Switch & Fix and spoke with Jasmine and immediately scheduled me for the following day At no Cost to assess my situation and quoted me a very reasonable price with the option to finance, 10 year warranty on my new boiler and 2 (Two) year warranty to any plumbing and electrical connections made by them.The technician Brian and crew were very good and would have job briefings for any follow up work til completed. Brian took the time to explain the process and safety of the components associated with the boiler and the importance of yearly maintenance and inspection prior to the cold season.I already recommended switch & fix and will continue to use their services for the future.Thank you.

    What a great experience I had with Switch and Fix!As per NYC regulation, my boiler requires maintenance service performed prior to the annual boiler inspection. I called Switch and Fix based on the reviews and Im glad I did. The team is professional, responsive and deliver on quality service. The quote given is very reasonable too. Brian is very professional and efficient. He came right away as scheduled, assessed situation and completed the work the same day. Jasmine who helps with scheduling and billing is very helpful and courteous. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Switch and Fix, and highly recommend using their service. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing projects.

    Jazmine and Brian were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with the installation of my new boiler. Jazmine was available what felt like 24 hours and was always willing to find a solution, or an answer. Brian was also available to support with technical questions and of course the installation. This companies urgency through a less than easy time made the experience extremely efficient. Thank you!

    We had a new indirect water heater installed by Switch & Fix back in July 2024. Brian did a great job with consultation and installation. Very professional and polite . Also, Jasmine from their accounting team went above and beyond. We were very pleased to find and work with them and will definitely use them again in the future.

    The company we were previously working with were taking way too long to get things moving. I called Switch & Fix and they had Brian come out the same day. He and his team installed a new Navien boiler in a timely manner, and I had Jasmine’s contact to call for updates throughout the entire process. Brian was also kind enough to inspect and give ad hoc advice for other questions we had about our unit. I will be calling Switch & Fix for all future repairs.

    Called Switch n Fix for emergency services 4 toilets backed up and sewage coming up from the floor and was immediately contacted by the plumber Brian, he stated he would be there asap and he was keeping constant communication. The problem was a bit larger than expected and he would need to come back not only did he resolve the issue he helped to pinpoint the reason we were having problems at this location and offered solutions. Good service is hard to come by these days and they knocked this out of the park on all fronts... We will be using their service again.Thanks Switch n Fix and thanks Brian...

    We hired this company to replace our 20 year old water heater that sprung a leak and flooded our entire basement. After the initial call - technicians arrived within 2 hours to stop the leak and in another 4 hours they delivered and installed a new water heater. We appreciated the fact that the technician kept us knowledgeable by explaining the different stages of the job while giving us tips on how to maximize the life of our new unit.     After meeting with 5 other Plumbers I settled on Switch and Fix because of their professional attitude and competitive pricing to install two showers in my duplex and run pipes to the second floor unit. I would have given a 5 star rating, however they had to leave the site to purchase a needed part, and returned in about hour to install it.     Our radiators kept clanking everytime the heat came on. With the treatments done over time by his employee, the sound reduced tremendously and the sound was no longer clanking loudly.He also replaced a toilet for us. The two flush toilet, and the were no problems with installation.

    So I was in a bind yesterday, With my boiler not working. I called Switch and fix. Thinking I’ll give it a try. They answered promptly ( to my surprise) and took my information and ask what was going on. After I gave my address Etc. they dispatched my case to one of their field guy Brian. He texted me to give me an ETA. That put my mind at ease. Grated that my boiler decide to not work at 7pm after normal business hours.To make a long story short, Brian showed up in my dark basement and diagnosed the problem and got it back running. He meticulously took his time giving me tips and I stood by watching. So I got a master class in the process. Would I use the again 100%. Side not the price for coming out after 7pm was not bad.     Brian and Jasmine at Switch and Fix were beyond helpful and calm while helping me during an extremely stressful time. My tankless hot water heater broke during a week of freezing cold temps. Brain was very knowledgeable about the tankless hot water heater, was confident in how to fix it and worked overnight replacing it to make sure I had hot water and heat again. They both went above and beyond with calls, texts and scheduling appointments to make sure the problem was fixed. It’s not always easy to find people who you can trust and feel like they genuinely care, but they do. I’ll only use them for any future problems and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.     Our old tankless hot water heater broke down during a week of 30°F temperatures, and our apartment has hydronic radiant floor heating, so this meant that we had neither heat nor hot water.Switch & Fixs Jasmine coordinated with us, and her phone presence was reassuring and helpful. She dispatched technician Brian who diagnosed the issue. I cant overstate how many times they calmed our stress by being willing to patiently answer the many questions we had.Brian in particular (along with apprentice Sammy) went above and beyond by doing an estimated 3-day job within a 21-hour period. They sacrificed sleep in order to make sure we had heat and hot water before the upcoming cold snap.We feel lucky to have come across this company, and we will absolutely be using them again.

    My heating system was very noisy so I hired this company to perform a steam boiler cleaning. I tried many companies before but the noisy heating pipes always remained after the technician left and we fired up the boiler. I started to believe that the noises in the pipes were normal and that they could never be fixed. At least this is what I thought. After using Switch & Fix to perform my boiler cleaning, the system got very quiet to where you barely even notice that it’s on. My heating system seems to be working much less harder to heat the pipes now than before. From now on this will be the only company to work on my heating system.
