I own a restaurant in Flatbush, I had a backup in my basement at 8pm. I called success and gentlemen name Sam pick up the phone was very helpful, within 90 minutes he shows up with his team and took care of the problem. Im never usually the type to leave a review but the fact that the clean up the whole working are and left it spotless I have to recommend this place to everyone.

Ben and Sam were great about keeping me informed on when they would arrive, were very polite, and arrived faster than expected; despite having to travel across the city in traffic. The problem with my shower was fixed within ten minutes. Both Ben and Same were clean and worked around my messy apartment. I would definitely call these guys again if I need a plumber!p.s. Sam is funnier than Ben but they both seem like good guys.

We spent hours trying to unclog our toilet but nothing would work! Our building maintenance even tried but couldn’t do anything! Ben called to assure that Sam would come within an hour. Sam came within 30 minutes!! Sam was such a nice and funny guy! I walk away for a couple of minutes to let Sam work his magic and BAM!! I hear the sweet sound of a working flushing toilet and just about teared up with joy. He was even kind enough to clean up the water splashes from his quick and easy battle. They exceeded my expectations, We have issues every year because of tree roots and high traffic at our location during this season, I have dealt with many sewer guys before, we have done jetting, snaking you name it. These guys responded to my first call and were here very shortly thereafter. They struggled with the snaking for a while and ended up having to jet, which made sense given the amount of junk in our line that had to be pulled out. The job was completed to satisfaction, they cleaned up after themselves and even came back a second time when I noticed I had forgot to mention a backyard pipe that needed cleaning as well. I have never been back up and running this fast with zero stress, not to mention the pricing was better than what I got with other providers. Thanks guys!
