We highly recommend Sean and his team! They provide high quality, professional, comprehensive, and detailed work. Sean is proactive in his approach in thinking ahead about items that will be important for the project. Sean and team remodeled our kitchen and updated our bathroom! We are in awe of everything! They not only do the demolition, construction, electrical work and so much more, but also provide input on design options! They are a one-stop shop and will aim to work within your budget. If by any chance there is something outside of their scope, they would let you know and help with any referrals to companies that may be helpful. We will definitely utilize their services for future projects. We cannot recommend them enough!!!

I have worked with multiple contractors in the past and Sean and his team at the Shavonya Group are by far the best. I have used them for many jobs, including a new kitchen, and each job was performed with precision and detail. They are so good even my tenants have mentioned the work done by Sean and his team is better than the other contractors. Ive had issues resolved that other contractors were perplexed by. That alone is a testament to the excellent work done by Sean and his team at the Shavonya Group!

Sean and his team of workmen are the absolute best at what they do. They did several home improvement projects on my house and the workmanship was amazing and impeccable. I also tree commended Sean and his team to two of my friends and neighbors and they had nothing but high praises and a joy of sheer satisfaction. One of my friends, Linda who had a heating problem at her house exclaimed that her house was completely warm for the first time in years. It got cold a few days ago for the first time this season and the temperature in the entire house was so perfect at 74 degrees, the thermostat did not kicked in at all. Each of my friends and myself has more improvements to be made and will definitely use no one else but Sean and his team. These guys keep their promises and showed up on time every day. My friends and I give them 10 stars!

Sean is the best contractor I have ever come across. My house is 100 years old and was in terrible need of a good paint job. It was a difficult and tedious restoration job since the walls are mostly plaster. He also restored and repainted the outside (stucco) and trim. And he wallpapered a room and again perfect!The place looks new! His workers are meticulously neat courteous, and professional. I could not speak more highly of Sean and his workers. Hired Sean and his team to do numerous fixes around the house from small things like caulking molding and tiles, replacing my light fixtures, and building a closet from scratch amongst others.
