Salah and Mohammed are a great father son family business I’ve worked with. I had the opportunity to work with both of them more than once.Salah has done a tremendous job fixing a leak on my sewer line. The way he explained the process to me is very easy to understand and honest.His professionalism and expertise is well passed to his son Mohammed. Mohammed is young and incredibly knowledgeable. He serviced my boiler. I will say the work is worth every penny. Mohammed meticulously took apart the burners and tubes and thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I am confident in his work that my boiler is going to last a long time with this level of service.Another great quality you don’t see very often now is Mohammed doesn’t pretend he knew everything. He found issues that he couldn’t explain the root cause. He then reached out to his network of expertises and finally found the issue on a faulty pressuretrol. He then came back another time to fix it, and then thoroughly tested it to make sure they work.Mohammed and Salah are my go to business for plumbing.

He took his time with the leak repair (he did not rush the visit) and tended to other small heating issues around my home (for no additional cost). He answered all of my questions and I especially appreciated his honesty about not needing to perform an additional repair that was not necessary at this time regarding my baseboard pipe. I highly recommend him and SH Plumbing for repairs and maintenance.

Great staff. Very good Company. Service personnel are polite and knowledgeable in their trade. I had two jobs done by SH Heating, a gas line valve replacement and a clogged outside drain pipe. They arrived on time, did what they had to do quickly. Job was well done to my satisfaction at a reasonable price. This is my go to Company now when it comes to Gas or plumbing problems.

I had to get a second opinion during a new boiler installation since the team couldn’t get it to work properly. I was lucky to get Sallah. His diligence, patience and expertise has the new boiler working. He took his time to get the new system balanced, serviced the radiators and answered any of my concerns. He and his team were pleasant to deal with and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend SH Heating and Piping for any plumbing projects especially if they are complicated. I wish I knew about SH Heating and Piping and had them replace my heating boiler from the beginning and save so much money!

Mr. Salah was just here this morning to repair a pipe that was leaking outside of our home. I called this morning frantic and he was here within an hour of my initial call. After examining the leak, he explained what needed to be done next and went to purchase the necessary parts for repair. I must say I am very impress by his work and honesty had a water stain on my kitchen ceiling right above a bed room where the radiator was. I contact others they give me hefty price and say they had to cut the ceiling and change pipe. I contact Salah he came and look at it for free others I had to pay just to look at it. He check the radiator told me the valve was old and need changing I tell him I had plan to change the two older radiators including the one that had water stain. He gave me a price for buying , labor and removing the old ones. We agree on the job and he install the 2 new radiators I am in love with them and his quality of work. Good plumber like him his rare. I plan on keeping him as my plumber to do every work needed. His price is very fair and his work is top quality. I must say he really loves what he do very knowledgeable. He save me alot in that I never has to cut my ceiling. Thank you a million Salah you are the best.

I had water leaking to my basement from the main floor of my house. Based on the wet spots in the basement, it had to come from 3 different areas from the pipes leading to my heater. I called a few family referrals and people either said theyd call back and didnt or said they would come and did not. One guy did come and spent 20 minutes checking and insisted I had no leak. I finally decided to look up plumbers online and found this plumber based on rating and feedback. The plumber answered and came the very same day. This man took over an hour checking every nook and spaces, moved furniture and then showed me exactly where all 3 places I had pipes dripping water (exactly above the areas in my basement). He gave me a fair price and scheduled me within a few days. He came on time and completed the job. I took 2 weeks to leave feedback because I wanted to make sure my leak was fixed. So far, all is good.

This is a magnificent plumber. Salah is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. I had a leak and couldn’t identify the source, and he worked so hard to solve the issue and wouldn’t give up. I messaged him at midnight about a flooded basement bathroom and although i didnt expect him to reply until the next morning, he did! I wish I found Salah five years ago! My boiler was out and I went without heat for two days when other plumbers failed to show up to our appointments. Salah was SO responsive, he came immediately and not only fixed my boiler, but explained how they work, what I can do to troubleshoot in the future, and what could potentially problematic down the road.
