Richard (the plumber) was professional, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated that he tried to clear the indoor drain and kept it as tidy as possible. Be aware as the customer that every service that Roto Rooter provides (the snake, the camera, the high power water jet, camera location etc) each has a separate charge - so if one method doesn’t work, the next method is it’s own charge.The quick communication from the central call center to get people out was efficient as well.
