Eddy and Jon were incredible. They were professional, kind, and stayed to complete the job which took over 7 hours - refusing to leave until everything was perfect. In New York it’s so hard to find a company that cares about how they leave your home and these guys cleaned up everything, sprayed my floors and walls to prevent mold and closed up the wall for me so I didn’t have to worry about rodents. They left me in much better condition than they found me. Truly incredible service will be using them again.

Sal arrived on time and got right to work. Quickly cleared the clog in my main line and used camera to show me inside my main line from the back of my house all the way out into the street. He made some recommendations for going forward. Ran water in all sinks, showers and toilets to make sure that the line was flowing properly before he started to pack up. Cleaned up before he left. Very happy with the work done by Sal.

Ok so you know that feeling when it’s Friday afternoon and you can’t do laundry because the drain pipe for your washer has a clog in it? I do. I couldn’t get any plumber I’ve used before so I figured I’d call Roto-rooter …I called them. They took the details and said they could have someone there that afternoon and I’d get a call about 30 minutes before they’d arrive. Wouldn’t you know - I got a call literally ten minutes later saying they could be there in 30 minutes which they were.They confirmed it was a clogged drain pipe, snaked it out, tested it, it was still clogged so they snaked it some more and this time when they tested it the drain worked great!Were they cheap? No. But they were quick, efficient, respectful, put everything back as it was, and most importantly did the job right!

Daniel came to our place to clear all of our basement drains. When Daniel arrived he carefully looked at all of our drains and made a recommendation. I was initially suspicious that he was pushing the more expensive option, but after verifying with another source it was clear that Daniel was making an honest and correct recommendation. He was not trying to push us into anything. Not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely wanted to provide a solution that would not require him to come back or cause future problems, on top of that he gave us a very fair and competitive price.Daniel spent 3.5 hours diligently working on snaking all our drains, including going in multiple times to make sure they were clear. When he completed the work , he provided very valuable information about our property and made sure we understood the entire situation. I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough, he is the absolute best.

The cost for wax ring replacement was two and a half times what my neighbors paid with different companies (we had building wide installation issues). I went ahead because of timing and peace of mind with a well respected company, but I’m not sure I would do so again in the future.

Roto Rooter sent out Frank this morning and he was able to see that there were tree roots growing in the line leading to the city sewage. Frank was incredibly helpful and friendly. As a woman, I am always afraid of being overcharged, but the pricing I was given was super fair for the amount of time and work that Frank put into clearing the line. I can tell Frank is a honest person with a lot of plumbing experience. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to clean and maintain my pipes in the future.
