    So great! Very reliable. They emailed and texted to confirm the appointment. They shared the location of the plumber so I’d know when he’d arrived, which is amazing. We even had a little miscommunication in apartment numbers but the plumber was still really positive even after the inconvenience. Didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and amazing at his job! The service was quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!

    I highly recommend Quix plumbing. My assigned plumber Sylvester was on time (only like 4 mins off schedule , Im guessing due to the difficulty finding parking)and very professional. Even after facing some challenging issues caused by building MGMT he was still able to do the necessary work even with all the complications he was faced with. Unlike other plumbers that will just give you a full fee charge, Quix works hourly. So you will most likely save money if the job is completed sooner than expected. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing honest and professional plumbing work done.

    Philip L was amazing - we’ve been struggling with mold and mildew smells in both bathrooms. Philip arrived right on time, immediately located the source of the issue, verified it with his team and immediately went to work to fix and remove the cause of the mold. Almost instantly the smell was gone! Can’t recommend Philip and the Quix team enough -extremely responsive and professional!

    Menson was great to work with. We quickly identified the source of the leak and it was corrected quickly. Thanks, Quix for the speed and efficiency.Updated review - 08/2024Has a plumber come to figure out a water pressure issue. He was very professional and kind. I did have some issues though -1. He didn’t inform me that I could get a sold out part from the manufacturer. Instead I had to ship the part from Amazon to a friend in NJ (they didn’t ship to nyc) and then had to make a plan to get it to nyc. It was a major pain.2. He went to find a replacement part and brought it to a store and they friend to “fix it” but just broke it. So he came back and was like yeah sorry. Since there were none in stock that basically left me without a shower for 2 weeks. Very frustrating.3. The caulking job wasn’t the best. He did not remove the prior caulking and I can still see it. Maybe it’s petty but for $550 you would think the job was impeccable.Anyways I’ll still work with quix but this wasn’t the best experience.

    They came by the apartment, unclogged the pipes. They were efficient professional, and competent. Basically all that I could ask for!Only thing I wish they could have done better is to have cleaned up a little more after themselves, but not really a complaint because their primary purpose was to fix the plumbing, not clean the bathroom.Would definitely use again.

    This is the business that property management sent to fix a dripping shower faucet at my apt.     Quix disconnected an old gas dryer and installed a new one for me. I’d spent the day calling other plumbing services who insisted they needed to send someone to do an evaluation first (even though it’s an extremely routine procedure) and each one gave me an estimated quote of over $400. Quix quoted me less than half the price, sent someone over a few hours after I called, and the job was done in 30 minutes. The person who did the service was a total delight and the process was so easy. My new dryer is working beautifully and I couldn’t be happier.

    Call quix plumbing to replace a water heater appointment was supposed to be between 9am-11am.When I looked outside in the morning the van was parked with the plumber waiting that was about 7.45. I called out to him to let him know that he can start whenever he was ready.Job was done in about and hour and a half.Not only was the response quick but the price and service was second to none.I will be using Quix plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.I suggest you do the same.

    The plumber was professional. I thought the leak was at the base of the toilet but the plumber showed me the leak was around a pipe that he replaced. He also noticed that the toilet was not straight which was causing another problem. He paste the necessary places. He took the time to explain each area he repaired.
