    This was the first time that I used this plumbing service and I have already recommended them to someone else. When I called I was given very clear information on what to expect and the estimated cost range. I was given a time frame which was accurate. When Al came he got right to it and fixed the issue with the toilet. Very friendly, polite and professional.

    Quick service. Kind people. Communication was great. Julio and Kevin came out on a Friday evening within an hour of calling the office to request service. Fortunately for me, they had the part needed to repair my leaky toilet in their truck. Took about 10 minutes and the problem was solved.Iā€™ve used Philco before for a plumbing emergency that other plumbers couldnā€™t handle. Phil did an excellent job at a fair price so thatā€™s why I used them again. Iā€™ve had my share of bad experiences with other companies. Itā€™s hard to find honest, skilled, trustworthy, licensed and insured plumbing professionals so when you find one, keep them! Thanks Philco!     Al was extremely responsive to my phone call on New Years Day. He said Harry would be over within the next 2 hours, which he was. He diagnosed the problem quickly, installed a new Thermocouple in no time and provided additional overall advice. Very nice people and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

    I highly recommend Philco plumbing. I called them with my water heater issue yesterday around 3pm and they were able to pickup and install the new water heater the next morning. The whole job took 3 hours.Also, the office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the information to the plumbing company.

    Some janky ass guy from another company, that I refuse to even mention, thought he would use my toilet and create a job for himself. WRONG!Reached out to Philco, and managed to get a same day appointment. These guys were Amazing. They came in, assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. They went to my local hardware store, retrieved the parts and replaced the valve connecting the tank to the water supply, and the corroded knob. Most definitely will be calling these guys for my plumbing needs.Iā€™m super late, Iā€™m sorry. This happened back in September.

    First time with this company and I like em!! Professional, efficient and speedy staff! Called for a quote, approved it and they fixed the problem! It was a 40+ year old shower 3 knob Price Pfister set-up! Had to break tile but they covered it up very nicely!     The plumber did a great job. He was punctial, courteous and professional. It was a new toilet. He took it out of the box, knew what to do and installed it in no time at all. Afterwards he flushed to make sure there were no leaks. Im attaching a photo of how nice the toilet looks. Its my first time using Philco Plumbing and Heat...and would definitely call them back. Plumber Alec A answered all our questions in detail and was very patient with us seniors. The labor cost was reasonable. We give him 5 stars. Definitely will recommend Philco Plumbing and Heating to our neighbors and family members.

    I have not used them yet. The job would be in a coop built in 1965. The job, in the kitchen, involves installing shut off valves and speed valves. They came to assess the situation, and now I have to get information from Management before the job can start. The workers who came were polite and seemed competent and professional.     Wonderful working with Al and his team. Al was quick to respond to my call and diagnosed the issue with our garbage disposal on the same day while his office seamlessly handled all insurance requirements with my apt building. Within a few days, the necessary parts were ordered and the garbage disposal was installed. While there was a delay in obtaining the necessary parts (not the fault of Al/Philco), I was impressed with Als upfront and communicative nature throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use them again for our plumbing needs.

    Had a great experience with Alec. I ran into some issues before a new appliance delivery and he came by super short notice, and super early to help before they came in. He unhooked and capped a gas cap (the lines were stuck) and replaced two shut off valves (they were shot and I could not turn the water off to unhook the washer). He was on time, communicative, and his price was fair. And worth calling out he really pushed himself to get the job done before the delivery came (which he did). Can recommend you give them a call.

    I had an emergency in my kitchen for a burst pipe that had seeped through my kitchen floor. Philco came at the drop of a hat, located the leak and did a top notch job.     My water tank broke and cause a leak in my kitchen in the middle of the night. Philco plumbing and heating came up on my Google search and I decided to use them because Alec was very knowledgeable and no BS or overselling. I like how he was happy to give me a free quote based on the issue that was described to him over the phone, pictures and videos while many places charges a service fee to get a quote and assessment. Alec was able to schedule me in for the same day and sent his team through in a timely manner. Luis and Julio was also knowledge in explaining to me the different factors that would cause corrosion on the water tanks and eventually leading to leakage. Pretty happy with the service and will def use them again.

    Its always great to see a local business that cares about customer experience. There was a glitch with the tracking software, so the team was super late.     Phew! I took a big risk and just called the first plumber I saw on Google to fix a backed up kitchen since and garbage disposal. They gave me an appointment for first thing the next morning. Ahead of the scheduled time, I got a call from them apologizing for traffic and indicating they would be late. I really appreciated the update which many companies wouldnā€™t have bothered to do.
