As a busy mom and with very limited time in the day, I could not have been more blessed to have found this company that I called at 6:30pm on a Wednesday and had them clean out two bath tubes that were filled with hair thanks to my kids and myself (guilty). We had a severe thunder shower and yet they still made their way to see me after a 2.5hr advance call. Very professional, courteous and honest plumbers. You don’t hear or even read about that type often. I will absolutely be using them again and I’m thankful to have found them on Google.

The drains in my two kitchen sinks were clogged (both the 1FL and 2FL), the water in the pipe was not moving at all. David is so knowledgable, analyzed the issue and got it resolved right at cure to the cause of the issues. He was so patient to ensure the water drain is running seamlessly, and let us checked them for satisfaction. He even replaced a rusted old part of the drain for us. The team even cleaned up to ensure our kitchen did not get mess up. I would give them 10 stars if there is an option. I highly recommend David and Manny without hesitation. These guys are amazing and super professional. I had a problem in middle of the night and they showed up. We had issues from two lines. First he pulled out a Snapple bottle from one side and the other side had a metal blocking the entire pipe. They came with a camera and pulled out the metal. I almost had a heart attack when my shower drain stopped working, called these guys and they came super fast. Apparently, my bathroom drain didnt clog, it was the drain gauge thing that ended up toggling down which blocked the drain. These guys didnt even charge me anything, God bless them for that! Was in a bind and i called around and no one can help me. Roto rooter was far too expensive the $49.95 sewer cleaner cancelled on me and had no remorse no excuse. So my daughter in law called around everyone said they couldnt accommodate me or my concerns. She called perfect sewer at first no answer but within 2 minutes they called back which to me was a plus. We expected to hear the usual excuse we heard all night but David said hes gonna be at my door in 20 minutes. To my surprise he was only a few blocks away from me. He took a look at this mess that was my flooded basement and tackled the situation. He took the time to show me and explain what the causes are and how to prevent that same problem in the future. This company is the best!!!!!!! I own a Carwash in Brooklyn, and my bathroom is constantly being used by customers. I don’t know what one customer did, but he clogged the toilet. I first tried unclogging it myself. I used an auger, snake, and drano. Nothing worked. Then I called 49.99 company. They came, and within 5 minutes, he gave up. And said that he needs heavy duty machinery to get to the pipe. He said a rock was in there. And he still charged me, without even completing the job! Then o called Perfect. I talked to a person named David. Nicest guy on the face of the planet. He said he would be here in an hour. When he came, I explained to him the situation. He said not to worry. Wishing 10 minutes he was able to fix the clog. I was so amazed, and asked him how long he has been doing this. He told me he had a total of 30 years experience!!!!!! I could tell, by the way he finessed the machine snake thru the pipes. I highly highly highly recommend David. He is the man!!!!!!!!! And is reasonable priced!!!!

Our kitchen sink was clogged. Our building superintendent tried unsuccessfully to fix it so he recommended that we call a professional plumber. We were worried about the cost and the headache calling an outside plumber so we searched on google and based on positive reviews we called Perfect Sewer. To our surprise they send someone very quickly ( within 1 hour). The service person came and tried few ways and tools to fix the problem which, I guess, was not easy and finally it was fixed. One day slow, the next day fine, then nothing would go to the street. 1st sewer guy tried but couldnt get the job done. Ishai came. Super knowledgable. The 1st guy was in the wrong trap.
