We were able to schedule a same day appointment, K&K Piping And Heating did a great job fixing our waste water pipes! Despite being a big project, they gave us a fair price and and finished in one day. They were also very courteous and professional. We will be calling on their services for future plumbing and heating issues.

Keon did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher with short notice. He really pays attention to the details, making sure everything is level and working. I appreciated him being on time and how fast he responds to texts and calls. Would recommend!

Loved that Keon gave an honest rundown of my issue with my shower knobs and what I would need to fix it. He gave fair pricing and came the same day to inspect and correct the problem. Was in and out and done in no time. I would definitely contact him again for another service shall I need help with something else.

Just like the other reviewers, we have had very positive experiences with K&K. Keon comes on short notice, is courteous, really explains the situation, and his pricing is very reasonable. When he wasnt available he sent his guy Dexter, who was also great. Perhaps most impressively, after we had a different plumber diagnose a leak in a way that would have cost us over $4K (and wouldnt have fixed the problem!), Keon came by and explained that the issue was simply cracked grouting in the bathroom above. Thank you, Keon (and Dexter!) for bailing us out (and saving us money) multiple times now!

Keon has helped me out a few times now, the first to install a water meter and the second with a nasty leak. He has been truly wonderful both times, getting to the house as fast as he can, which is sometimes within a few hours. He also checked in with me a few days after his work was done to ask about the leak which was a delightful first for me. I recommend him highly and I think you will someday too.

K&K is absolutely WONDERFUL. They came to me as a recommend from a friend and a great recommend it was. I utilized their services twice recently and Keon was so incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The first visit he was able to resolve my issue promptly and gave me good advice and insight into what was causing the issue and some things to look out for in the long term. The second visit he helped me resolve two issues - the second of which proved to be quite complicated. Despite this falling into after hours, he did everything he could to ensure I was set before leaving. He was so dedicated to resolving the issue so as to not leave me in a lurch (my issue was related to hot water which we all know is dire!) He helped retrieve the necessary parts and worked diligently to check everything before he left to make sure everything was working as it should be before his departure. This spilled into a late Friday evening to boot, and his professionalism and kindness with rolling with the punches was absolutely unparalleled. K&K will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future and I genuinely felt compelled to share my great experience in hopes others will find their services useful as well. I disassembled my leaky, bathroom sink faucet, thinking “hey, this is pretty simple, I could just follow YouTube and the instructions the new faucet came with” Little did I know, I set myself up for complete chaos. Thank the Good Lord, I was able to make the wise choice to find a professional, in which I found K&K Piping and Heating Services- Keon via Thumbtack. He was extremely timely ( responded to my inquiry within a few minutes and arrived at the site within 30) well knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly regarding what he was going to do, what parts were needed and even ran out at the brink of stores closing to purchase parts that were missing. All while charging a fair price. I am so grateful for his services, he came through in the clutch, got bathroom sink working properly again in no time!

What seemed like a simple leak turned into a can-of-worms type of situation as we dug deeper to solve the initial situation. Thankfully Keon stuck with it till the end and didnt waiver till the job was done.Although it was late in the evening, he left and returned a few times to get the materials required to complete the job.Id highly recommend.

Hired to run a pipe through my walls to create an outdoor hose spout. Efficient and fair priced work. Very responsive, gave estimate that was fair and clearly communicated up front what had to be done and how much it cost, and stuck with it to get the job done (at same price) even when some challenges came up. Definitely would hire again.
