When my moms place in Queens had a sewer-related problem and got a notice from the City, she was a little upset, to say the least. Fortunately she called me, and I got ahold of Joe. He was there the next day. Ive seen his previous work hes done with other family members in Queens and Brooklyn, all with water mains and sewer work. It doesnt matter how dirty the job is-- he can handle it. Joe showed up right on time and his estimates were exactly on point-- he charged us a bit less than the initial quote, which was a welcome surprise. When you have a job that needs to get done, this is 100% the guy to call. Hes funny, personable, and completely professional. Hire this man!Joe is a professional, and 100% timely. I recently Googled JP Sewer and came across their services and reached out to them for assistance with a complex issue I was experiencing with my sewer line. The problem was a blockage caused by tree roots that had grown into the pipes and caused significant damage, resulting in backups and slow drainage. Joe was able to come out to my property promptly and assess the situation. I was my familys home in Astoria and noticed JP and his crewmembers working on a nearby sewage job on 30th avenue - because they were already in the area, I asked them for a quote to see how much it would cost to upgrade our water main. I was so surprised that they gave such a great / competitive price, especially since I just walked up to them without any consultation. So of course i said yes, and they quickly confirmed a time and day and everything was completed that day - very fast! It was excellent service (both customer service and workmanship) and not only did they complete the job quickly, but they worked swiftly and very clean.. Ive had instances where workers would act as if theyre bulls in a china shop and just knock/break everything that in their path... that is NOT these guys - JP and crew were fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our commercial building had a sprinkler water main feed cracked under the sidewalk. High pressure water was shooting out of the sidewalk joints and flooding our storage warehouse. I cold called JP and he was on site with a crew in one hour. He had the water shut off and started digging down to the busted pipe as soon as he got there.He found the cracked pipe and put a clamp on it so that he could turn the sprinkler system feed back on. At the end of the day he left us in good shape. Our sprinkler system was back on line and we didnt need to call in a fire watch crew.JP came back and made a permanent repair. He replaced a 70 year old lead valve with a new OSY valve and full new piping to our sprinkler system. The work was fully inspected and approved by DEP and NYC.During the whole time of the job JP always returned my calls and kept me notified about his scheduling, the DEP and the roadway permits.Doing street plumbing repairs in NYC is not an easy proposition. You better have somebody experienced who knows their business and knows what the rules are.Im a facility engineer for 9 storage buildings. My experience with JP was most professional. I highly recommend him for any major plumbing work.
